I had an amazing experience with Olivia today. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Did my health card renewal in a jiffy. Hope everyone in the service industry is like her-thats how good she was. Thank you Olivia.

Worst location. Had to wait in line for 1 hour only to find out that they wont accept a document which is mentioned in the document list of health card. Went to another location and was able to get it done. Worst service.

Monday morning, and only 1 person is serving the line and 1 other serving the dealerships. 22 people waiting in line. Horrible location.

I have best experience in Service Canada. Staff was courteous helpful and friendly. I really Thankful for that.

Decent hours compared tonother locations. The line moves decently here, and the staff are pleasant to deal with.

I came to Whitby mall and Michelle was beyond helpful. She was pleasant to deal with and gave me incredible service. I highly recommend this location if you’re short on time and need quality service!

I had an incredibly pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and friendly and considerate. I can't say enough good things about Michelle, who helped me. She went above and beyond, knowledgeable and caring and a real pleasure to deal with.

I kind of find it funny that there are signs all over the place about be nice, be kind to the staff. Then on the other hand the staff is beyond rude to you…. Respect goes both ways maybe that why they get disrespected in the first place.

We ended up leaving not knowing what was going on because the ladies best answer was it not my job. I don’t know.

Is that not what you get paid for? To have the knowledge about services?

The service I got here IS A ZERO!

I know that places like this usually get a lot of hate but the lady that helped me was very efficient and friendly! Just make sure you have all the correct documentation and you should be fine!

Very fast and efficient. The line was long for a Saturday, I didn't think that I would be able to see a clerk because I arrived in the last hour. However, one of the agents came out to the line and did some pre-screening, which was brilliant, because it not only made the line much shorter but prevented people from wasting time (those who did not have all of their documents etc). Friendliest Service Ontario service I have ever had to be honest. Good job!

Was Here to apply for OHIP (on work permit), unfortunately all services are not available in this branch. But the lady was kind enough to guide me to the full service ontario brach in whitby. The full service branch is at 590 rossland rd. E, whitby.

Today, Nov 16th 2021. I went to renew my health card and Ontario Photo Card. We arrive before they opened up. I am guessing there were 20 people ahead of us. The lineup moved very fast. When we got closer to the door, I was shocked to see there was only 2 staff members. They were very fast and pleasant. It took 45 minutes. I really thought we would be there forever. Keep up the amazing work you do. The staff in the Whitby should be acknowledged for their Superior work they do.

I needed to renew my Health Card and my Drivers License. I was amazed at the promptness, knowledgeability, and courteousness of the clerks at this location. Such a terrific surprise. In and out in 4 minutes. The name of the individual serving me was Juana. Just awesome.

Its O. K. Not as busy as the Ajax location, but the line ups can be busy. True its a government building. Line ups can be slow here. Located in the Whitby Mall.

We just went here and processed a handful of application because my in-laws just landed here in Canada. We were helped by Linsey and our experience was great because she was very helpful and smiling all through out the procedure even she had so many documents in her hands. She is awesome! 5 stars!

When my husband went in to renew the plates on our car they decided to not only reprint both the vehicle and plate ownership and demanded he sign it there before they gave him the sticker, the issue with that is the car and plates are registered to me. He informed them he wasn't the name on the ownership and they told him to sign it anyways. So it incalidated the ownership paperwork and cost us $56 to have them reprint it for the correct person to sign. The manager informed me I had to pay to fix the mistake because he was the one who signed improperly. Would never go back there again.

Staff are passive aggressive and derogatory to clients. Stress does not give anyone the excuse to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone let alone clients. People don’t fill out government forms regularly so I find it shocking that these middle age women think it’s funny to ridicule anyone that comes up to their counter. Had two “service” employees comment on how their job was “so fun” and had to deal with the snobbiest attitude. Grow up.

Not really that helpful.and if one of them (read: supervisor) gives you incorrect info, they won't apologize for being wrong. Sometimes all you have to do is say, "I'm sorry, I was mistaken. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I will do better next time. "

This is the second time I’ve come to this location to renew my license plate stickers. First time was in 2016 on a Thursday night. There was literally one other person at the clerk stand ahead of me and I was next in line. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Today is the second time there and this time it is Saturday morning. There were several more people this time around. Each of the clerk stands was occupied and there were 2 people ahead of me in line. Even so, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The clerk that helped me was friendly and efficient. This is as good as it gets.
