Booked an appointment to renew both my driver's license and health card! Was in and out in under 5 minutes! Super efficient and easy, i highly recommend booking an appointment!:)

This is a great center to get work done faster and efficiently. I booked appointment and my tasks were done at lightening speed. The rep was so professional and courteous in her communication. She made it so fast.

They all move like sloths. It’s horrible… hiring fast and efficient staff is extremely recommended…. The person I got could barely speak English which was even more irritating being a Canadian living in Canada…….

The staff is really efficient and polite. I went there in the morning on a weekend - at around 9: 05 AM. There were a lot of people already in line (which stretched out to outside the establishment), but I was pleasantly surprised with their speed to move things along. I was out out of there before 9: 45 AM after renewing 3 Health cards and applying for 1 Ontario Photo card.

Excellent service by the lady. She was quick & very responsive. Don't remember her name.

It took me around 5 minutes to figure out where to go if I had an appointment but after that, the service was super fast (keep in mind I had all the documents needed so make sure you check online what you need for the service you require before going).

Fast service, there was a lineup but it wasn’t too bad went to renew my photo for my drivers license. It’s good when they have more than 3-4 people working cuz that would make it faster.

One of the worst experiences from a service Ontario. The person was rude to the core and was talking as if passing remarks.

Surprised, very efficient. Long line, but processing was quick. Quite an improvement from the last visit.

Excellent Service. I needed to renew my health card and driving license. The personnel provided seamless services and everything was processed without any hitch.

Super smooth experience. Staff are lovely. Most customers know to come prepared with the correct documents. I renewed my driver's license in ~30 minutes. Which I thought was remarkably fast.

A positive thing I can add to this review is that they move the line inside pretty fast. A side not, I came in to apply for my son Government ID and he only had a health card. The lady then says he needs another ID like a birth certificate and I have to come back in with him. The next day I arrive with it, she asked me to fill out the form and half way through she says she can't do it because he's only 15. The problem with that is, the on-site manager or supervisor needs to educate their staff on how to apply the correct information provided to customers when they come in. I wasted time driving there twice on my second visit when the lady could have mention that my son needs to be 16 so he was not qualified. Please let your staff know and articulate the right information to the public. Thanks.

Went there for the renewal my health card amazing experience staff was polite and efficient great service 15 minutes in and out

Overall the service was okay.
It is very sad that this center does not seems to care about elderly people and women with children anymore.

Today, I witnessed something that really makes me sad, two elderly women and one lady with two small kids were on queue for more than one hour. Starting from the line outside till we got in. The children got so uncomfortable after some minutes that she needed to kept patting them. I even went to asked one of the customer's representative if the lady could come to the front that the kids are getting very uncomfortable. She said no without a blink. Also, the two elderly people that I saw on queue today stood outside, until they were both holding their back. I traded my spot for one of them.

Please, let show that we care by creating a fast line for these categories of people. In those days, service Ontario used to show compassion towards children, pregnant women, elderly people and people that lives with disabilities. I really don't know what happened to service Ontario workers now. Please let's do better.

Amazing experience - the line up was outside the door, but was so fast moving!

All staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

The woman I dealt with was such a pleasure. She was quick efficient and friendly. This is the fastest service ontario I have ever been to. 20 minutes and I was done.

This is the best place to process your documents. The BEST the FASTEST service Canada I had never experienced as fast as less than 10 minutes everything's done. Very helpful, respectful and accommodating staff. To all the staff Keep up the good work. I am happy to recommend this place to all my friends and acquaintances!

I was recently at this location on a busy Tuesday morning. Long queues but reps are pretty fast. I was out under 12-14 mins after completing my name change on drivers license and health card. A representative named Balvinder is amazing. So kind, helpful, professional and polite.if her boss will ever read this, I would like to tell you that she def.deserves some extra bonus/hike. She is a rockstar!

I needed a photo ID card went there yesterday which was a Friday morning at 10 am. It was great no line up I was in and out of there in pretty much less then 10 mins and the lady behind the desk who helped me was very helpful and kind. Overall I had a great experience at this Service Ontario location!

My son and I renewed our health cards and my driver's license. The teller was very nice and polite.

Went with my lovely wife to get some issues resolved and the process was smooth. For a Saturday it wasn't that busy we waited outside in the lineup maybe 15 minutes. Once inside the line moved fast and our service was very good but I'm sure it all depends on your own personal situation. Make sure you bundle up as you do have to wait outside it does get cold. Best of luck.
I went today to get my picture ID and did not have no luck at all as this was my 3rd time trying to get it and I brought along all my paperwork more paperwork needed UNBELIEVABLE. I will be back.

Not a busy location, tons of parking space - the only bad thing is that few members do not have all the information about health card and drivers license. One person will say something and the other something then they blame it on service Ontario.

Spent less than 20mins for health card and license renewal. Super fast service and very friendly staff.

Amazing service because I had knee injured and I had a cane and this lady call me right away and said because I have special needs I don't have to line up. Thank you so much for her understanding.

I came here to get my health card around 2pm, not so busy but this center doesnot offer service to get health card after getting pr card

The S/O representative I dealt with was awesome and knowledgeable. I had a brief exchange with another on same visit, who was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness for the first who provided superior service!

These guys are fast!
Less counters but still fast.

Best to check timings before going there, as Thursday they are open till 8pm. Also the waiting line is outside so be dressed well as it's chilly! Cary your cup of hot drink!

Very efficient. No lines, quick renewal of Health Card, Drivers licence and vehicle stickers. Everything was done on less than 5 minutes and staff was very helpful.

I had a super positive experience here. Even though there were approx. 20 people in front of me in the line I was in and out of the location within about 11min.

I just did call to a call operator she does not know how to speak with the customer i am very disappointed with that she was speaking very rudely.

Had a wonderful experience on my last visit. Staff was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!

Fast and friendly service. Line up wasn't too bad and they're actively managing it. I helped a client with a stroller and later an employee came over to thank me for helping.:)

Waiting for OHIP card
Visited 3 times haven't resolved it. Waiting for my bank account statement.
I have everything else I am a citizen moved back to Ontario.

It was really helpful for me.they are following covid precautions very strictly. Staf is very helpful. I was there for health card.

I went to renew my daughter’s OHIP and was very satisfied with the staff. It is usually very busy but I got lucky to go in for a quieter day. The staff is very nice and got it done within less than a minute. Very very happy with the service here.

Center strictly observed covid social distancing protocol as limited number of visitors are allowed in at a time. Staff highly efficient reducing the wait time. I recommend

Everything a Service Ontario location should be. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff were friendly, helpful and abundant (i.e. There were more than enough to keep the line moving). Very happy with this location.

Busy location, make sure you will allocate extra waiting time.

I don't know the kind of ppl they employ at this location but I went there for same thing 3 times always asking something else and for a health card
At least they should know the requirements of paperwork for someone that hasn't been in the country for 6 month I am very shocked how uneducated this place is I'd avoid going there for sure!

The place is small, smudgy with stale air. One wonders how could people work in such an environment? It typically reflects what the governments are from inside

I went here at 5.30 pm after work There was a very long queue turning 6 times but it moved really quick as people at the counter were very efficient and professional

The service Ontario employees were very polite and looked very calm and composed thought out though was the end of the day and that place was packed with people with no place to stand and very noisy and children screaming and running around Each one of the employees were very polite and did the job really fast and in a very professional manner

Open until 8 and always extremely busy but damn do the ladies who work there move fast. The only ServiceOntario I've been to were I didn't have to wait for hours, even if it was super busy. Props to you ladies!

RidiculousLy long lines miserable staff it smells really bad as well, How it takes two hours to have a simple form filled out is just ridiculous and shows the incompetence of our government and the imbeciles that run these places

Trying to contact this unit by phone is excruciatingly impossible. The message is too soft to hear properly (I have good hearing) ; the gentleman mumbles, so hearing anything correctly the first time is impossible; regardless of which number I press after being directed to do so, the message reverts back to the beginning of the default message. Useless. BTW, I live north of Ottawa and have been trying to contact this office regarding an issue with my 94 yr old father documentation. Useless to put up a phone contact number if it won't work properly.

I have gone there for some of my vehicle work and a women i think soo id was M and it was 352office code was really Polite and helpful.
She was soo kind hearted, respectful and polite. It was a wonderful experience with the women.

Don't be fooled by the long lineups, these ladies are quick! I purposely drive to this location as opposed to the one two minutes from my home just because of their friendly nature and excellent service.
