Amazing service from this office and Suzanne. They were so helpful and informative. I booked an appointment online and was in and out in under 15 minutes. If you can book ahead, I would highly recommend doing so, so you can skip the line!

Not much supportive staff, always finds some excuse to avoid servicing instead of rectifying it. Went to Carling centre and had exactly opposite experience. Staff there was very friendly.

Wow, I've been living in Canada for almost a decade now, and this has been the most disturbing experience I ever faced. Plain rude, Lifeless bitter people just trying to ruin your mode. Absolutely shocking.

Stittsville Service Ontario is clean and efficient, and the customer service representatives are competent and friendly. There is also ample free parking. This location is great, especially in comparison to others like the one at Merivale/Slack Road, which always offers up an unpleasant experience while witnessing unending incompetence and waiting for ages. Highly recommend Stittsville!

Worst place to go if you NEED assistance. Do NOT go here if you do not know the answers to your questions. They treat and talk down to customers like they are interfering in their day. One real firecracker there for sure. She does not deserve one star, she needs to be moved out of public service. Nametags would be a good thing.

The person we got assigned to was extremely rude and visibly racist.the second she saw my fathers passport, she refused to work and said that no matter how many times he applies for the photo card, it won’t be issued because the names don’t match.he brought his passport and id from a different province and it would’ve been an easy appointment but indirectly accused my father of faking because his middle name was not included.she made us leave and said we had to bring in more documents to verify his identity and name.she clearly does not know how to work and check.she immediately attacked him without even reading the information which shows she’s very unprofessional.don’t recommend this place to anyone of a different ethnicity other than white.

Make an appointment! There was a long lineup, but I had an appointment, so I was in and out with new plates in 10 minutes. The person I dealt with was efficient and friendly.

Employees are so ignorant and just blankly mean, kept telling us we were late (appointment was at 12: 55 we were in the building at exactly 1.) then kept refusing us saying our appointment wasn’t there then when we left and came back 5 minutes later it was suddenly working and showing it,

My husband and I had a back-to-back appointment - his photo ID card and my licence plate replacement and permit renewal. There are four agents and they were so pleasant and friendly. We were done in less than 15 min. So quick and efficient. Also very easy to get to and plenty of parking space. I would definitely go there again.

Service was fast for healthcare cards, however for the driver license we had just a question about our online paid renewal for $27 (when would it come by mail), we were surprised to pay again ($90) that service operator seemed to reset in the application system. Interesting to see that online renewal is much cheaper than at this location.

I was literally baffled when i walked in there… huge line up with no directions or signs.appointment line is hidden behind the 50 people waiting in line.employee was so rude.didn’t look at me and said my bank statement was too old and talked to me like i was stupid.she was so rude the entire time.she then demanded that i find a report card…. Students don’t even get their own report cards.i could barely even sit down before my picture was taken.

While appointments are encouraged, the walk-in line moved quickly and I was out within 10 minutes even after photos. Very friendly staff and service!

Blond lady I met today on August 22nd at 3: 00pm was really rude to me. I was appalled by the way she talked to me and she gave an attitude from the beginning to the end. She didn't let me explain the situation nor did she care. I work in customer service so I know very well customers are not always easy to deal with. In my opinion, if you work in customer service, the least you could do is try to help people and their problems without an attitude. If you can't do that, then maybe find another job that doesn't involve dealing with customers. Just my two cents.

Great service! The lady staff served me is so warm and nice, she helped my changed the address of my drive license and vehicle permit very efficiently, I'm really appreciated for that! Besides, it would be better and time-saving to book an appointment before going to here in person.

If 0 was an option it would be well below that. Not only is the business an actual joke but even worse is the punchline working in it. As informed by VERA who operates the location her and her staff have 0 accountability therfore if you are looking for help please avoid at all costs.

Such a shame people and places like this are allowed to continue. A government office that can't help or support the people should really be closed and especially one where they feel no responsibility for the level of service they provide.

Booked my appointment online the day before, arrived 30 minutes early, was seen almost immediately. I was impressed with the speed, accuracy, professionalism, and friendliness of the person who helped. I would recommend more people use this location.

Great experience here for renewing OHIP. I was literally in and out within 2 minutes even though it was closer to their closing time. So different from ServiceOntario at Merivale where you typically have to wait hours.

Such a positive experience going to this location! Clearly, they are a private organization and their efficiency and speed reflects this! I believe their maturity level has a lot to do with the service they provide. Did I mention that they are very personable? Awesome group! I'll go there again and again.

The waiting line is short, that's true. But the staff who talked to us is very rude and impolite. She didn't greet us or even a smile or nod whatsoever. When I said "Hello, How are you" to her, she just stared at you without any response and the whole body language as if I was asking her a favor. The whole conversation was finished quickly with her inpatient tone.

I booked an appointment online to get replacements of my drivers license and health card. I showed up on time at this facility and finished everything in 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and diligent.

My most recent experience (of many) was fantastic as per usual. I was in and out in 10 minutes as I pre-booked an appointment online. I was able to take care of 3 separate issues in a matter of minutes.

Specifically, I would like to send a huge compliment out to Vera who was one of the most pleasant individuals I have met in a very long time. What an outstanding person to do business with!

I really came in here expecting to have an awful experience but i was super disappointed when i was served within 5 minutes and had a relatively seamless experience.i was hoping to spend at least an hour waiting in line, losing my mind, getting hangry.i guess i’ll just have to go to a Tim’s drive thru at 7am to get my purgatorial fix

Although the staff do work very efficiently, the forms you need for a transaction will depend on who you talk to on a given day. I have registered three vehicles from out of province over the past year and each time the staff would ask for new and/or different documents that hadn't been needed in the previous transaction. They are not consistent with what is listed on the service Ontario website at all.

Rude and terse after I mistakenly misheard instructions. If you deal with the public, and those with disabilities, treating people with dignity and kindness should be a given. I suggest better training of staff.

These people are great! Be sure to go online first and make an appointment. When you arrive at ServiceOntario, look for the sign for people who have an appointment scheduled. Someone will come out and direct you where to go. When I went inside there were 7 people ahead of me. It took 10 minutes total to get through and have my driver's license and health card renewed. Thank you ServiceOntario!

This was the only Service Ontario location that was open on Saturday, anywhere in the area. There was a bit of a long lineup to enter, with a limit of 25 inside. But they kept things moving. Got done what we needed to. That is what mattered.

Normally when ID/license renewal time comes i go to the kiosk located near Terry fox and palladium drive, in Kanata. Since it's temporarily closed, i went to the one on main Street in stitsville. The kiosk was super small but BOY was it efficient! I watched people line up, get served and leave in what felt like seconds! My time with the service Ontario employee was over in about 3 minutes and i only spent about 3 minutes in line despite it being VERY busy.

The actual service I received was very professional. My complaint is that I take issue with a no cash policy, I realize these are difficult times, though this is slippery slope and I firmly disagree. Also not sure that's even legal for a government branch to implement these rules

I rarely post reviews - But I went twice at this location in the past 2 weeks and the front greeter was rude both times! No smile and very impolite. On my second visit, I asked a question to know the location where I should be redirected and she literally stand up and went to the back without a word.
I always have a smile and am positive (even after waiting in line for a while outside). I was so excited to move back to Ontario. But am so sad to be welcomed back that way. This is not a good first impression.: - (

As is usually the case with Service Ontario offices - I encountered staff with both lovely demeanours and some with horrific ones. I’m sorry but if you can’t treat your “customers” who pay your salaries with more respect - then you should not be in this role.

Had to edit, I went today to renew plate sticker. Line up was around the building but moved quickly. Greeter was pleasant and nice. The clerk I dealt with had a smile and was very helpful.

I almost dont want to post this review as I feel like this location is the best kept secret in town.

I used to dread going to Service Canada, and that all changed once I discovered Service Canada in Stittsville. Amazing, friendly service always with a smile. They are always on top of their game and move through everyone as quickly as possible - I usually wait on average 2-5 minutes before I am seen each time I am there - be it a weekday or weekend, first thing, or over lunch hour. I will now always drive out to Stittsville rather than wait in line at another location.

Went on a Wed 11a for license plate sticker renewal. @12 mins line-up and 2 mins to process the actual paperwork. Was politely greeted by the agent, and processed very efficiently. Good service!

Absolutely terrible would give 0 stars if possible. When i went into renew my health card i was only missing proof of address. So They gave me a list of what i needed so I see on the list theres an option for a temporary drivers license. I go to my car grab my drivers license and then they go onto say they dont accept it. I asked what else I could use in a polite manner even though another employee started to give me attitude and being ruse to me they said a bank statement was fine. I went to my bank got what I needed and when i returned to them saying it needs to be mailed they were very rude and unprofessional and it was like they didn't care steer clear from here and jus go to another one even if it’s inconvenient

Absolutely horrible.when dealing with a death in the family and having to change ownerships of various vehicles.have had to go in numerous times because we didnt have a certain piece of info.always being told that we needed to bring a different document next time then leaving and coming back with what we were told.only to be told theres another document or whatever needed.with 2 kids absolutely brutal when trying to grieve as well.thanks for wasting my time. This has happened many more times than once over the years. (not the death) This could all be solved by there being an ACCURATE list on what documents are needed for each service they provide. And for that list to be clear and concise so repeat visits can be avoided.how many times have you had to repeat visit and deal with long line ups and wrangling 2 kids? MAKE IT A BETTER SERVICE!

Called and called the number. No answer, mailbox is full.
I come in to the Stittsville location. Wait patiently in line.
I overhear another customer saying the same thing to a clerk about the phone line.
Went in person to ask if they offered same services as the downtown location (name change specifically). ~No, they don’t.
I ask, where on the internet does it list all the services provided at this location, since no one answers the phone when I call to ask. ~She doesn’t know.
I mention that maybe they shouldn’t list a phone number online, since no one is answering. ~We wouldn’t make any money if we had a dedicated person answering phones, we need to serve customers.
~She starts rambling off a list of services.
Can I have a printed list of the services provided at this location. ~No.
So to recap, nobody answers the phone, no link on the internet for services provided, no printed list of services? ~Correct. You should provide that on the feedback.
Where’s your supervisor?
~She went home at 5.
