This location is one of the worst. I’ve had more bad experiences than good. Most recently - I sold my used car with a safety on marketplace, when the guy who bought my car came to this location to register the vehicle, they would not accept the safety because apparently a 0 looked like a P in my vin number? I’m sorry but I have never heard of something so ridiculous. I understand they are just doing their job but come on. It was clearly a 0. And of course their hours are also ridiculous so people have to take time off of work just to be able to come in. Try to avoid this location if you can.

I visited the place to get License Plates for my car.
SAM was the guy who served us on Counter Number 04.
The service was above the class.
He went to help us to the maximum to get number of our choice.
Sam provided all the available options with great patience and dedication.
Sam is an ideal service provider.
Highly appreciate his vision and customer service skills.
Great effort and service.

There was wait after taking the token but very quick service on the counter. Staff was friendly. I was in & out in less than an hour.

On Sept 11th @11: 00 I had a prior appointment for renewing my driving license & health card. My experience is most pleasant as I arrived 10 minutes earlier & last window on left is fixed for prior appointment. After paying my driving license fee I was out in 10 minutes gone home. Service girl was excellent & very cooperative.

Friendly staff and quick turn around time as this place is usually less busy compared to most other centers. The location is very convenient as well with ample parking space.

Why do they have a phone number posted if they don’t answer the phone ever? I’ve called for the past 3 days no answer.

Called every day for a month multiple times never get an answer no one picks up does no matter what time then I go there wait an hour for the young girl who is more worried about her looks then how she treats customers to be rude because I was asking questions teach your staff how to be nice

Terribly low and unprofessional employees. Although provide good services to car dealers whom they appear to know.

Worst place ever.nobody care about people at all. You need stay in line for 2 or three hours outside before they let you in.

Lisa was brilliant today, the time she took to make sure the job was done right was above and beyond. All the staff goes above and beyond. A true pleasure to work with. Not enough gold stars to show how amazing they are!

Line up out side in the hot sun is no fun but that has nothing to do with them. It did move fairly quickly. They are efficient and friendly.

Nobody enjoys paying fees and fines, but service on a Wednesday morning before 11: 00 was quick and efficient. Plus, the service agent was courteous, friendly, and quite helpful.

Went July 7th and even with 22 people ahead of me, only took 25 minutes to complete my transaction. Quick, friendly and well organized (for Covid rules)

I went at 10: 15 am on a Friday and they were already full, with 8 people waiting outside.
Even so, I was in and out in a half hour after renewing my health card and drivers license.
The lady I dealt with was very friendly.
Absolutely no complaints!

The lady who served was kind, polite, had the greatest smile. I was first in and her first customer today she was at station 3.

Only location that requires an appointment everywhere else in the 519 region allows walk-ins. Short hours and General waste of time.

When I called to ask a few questions, I heard them complain about me over the phone to each other, probably thinking they put me on hold, then rudely hung up without answering any of them. Very unprofessional, and will not deal with this location again.

With the Covid protocols I was dreading going. Surprisingly they were very quick and efficient. From the time I lined up outside to finish (#10 in line I was done in less than 1/2 hour. Awesome.

My visit to get my vehicle license plate sticker was easy very little wait time and friendly staff

Fast service! I was in line behind at least 10 others and it only took 1/2 hour to get in, and do a license/health card/vehicle permit renewal! The actual appt.was less than 5 minutes!

Wow, I was shocked by how quickly I was in and out of there. Unfortunately, the employee seemed to hate her job, and lacked customer service skills but I got what I needed done.

The customer service wasn't very good, she acted very busy but actually they were empty this morning. Again they were rude too. Not a good practice at all

Miserable. I am being told to come back again after 5 trips there already to get a "Purple Card". The incompetence is astounding!

Choosing to go to Service Ontario today absolutely made my morning. I went at about 10am on a Friday, there was no line up I walked right inside to only 1 person ahead of me. The kindest woman called me up to the desk (I didn't get her name. She was the desk on the far left, had light brown / blonde hair, and blue blue eyes) was quick to get everything I needed done and super friendly. Honestly, I was having a rough morning before coming here and the service changed my whole day.
Guys if you have stickers or anything Service Ontario related things that need to get done, head down to the Service Ontario in Cambridge on Hespler Rd. Fastest and most pleasant visit I've had with a Service Ontario.
