I rarely write reviews but this one is worth it. I have gone to this service ontario site twice now and have experienced the most efficient, friendly, respectful and fast service. I would highly recommend using this service ontario site this is the only one we will ever use now.

The teller I seen was very helpful and very easy going. Super friendly and informative. Only issue with service Ontario is it's always busy and could use a little more access online to help burden of wait times.

I drove from Windsor - a 40 minute drive for the lady to refuse to take me at 11: 45am when they close at 12pm. If you close at 12, you stop taking people at 12pm not 15 minutes before.

Great experience here today! After an upsetting visit to the Dougal location (very rude staff and would not help me with my daughter's expired health card) I looked into this location. Best decision to come here! Very friendly, fast and efficient! Recommended to everyone and if you are from out of town it's definitely worth the drive!

I'd recommend this Service Ontario location over any other in the county or Windsor. The employee working the desk was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes for address changes and renewals.

Went to Harrow to title my truck and trailer and encountered a line up right out the door Saturday July 23. There was only one person in office. There were people from Toronto, Kitchener Belle River and I was from Wallaceburg. She realized that and took the bull by the horns and powered through the lineup of patrons like a rockstar. She was fast, proficient, polite and friendly. My hat go off to her.

Never ended up getting my license or health card renewal. The unmasked worker ignored everyone walking in. She was with someone who spent most of the time on phone or running back and forth to his vehicle. The lady who was working unmasked coughed non stop. Not even bothering to cover her mouth. Never going back!

We had to update our health cards after obtaining our Permanent Resident status. We received 5 star service. The lady was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for all your help

Totally amazing how 1 women handles everything so efficiently unlike other service ontario locations (windsor and essex) she is very good and quick at her job! Other service ontario's could learn a few things on speed, efficiency and great customer service! I go out of my way to go to harrow
