My visit to this Service Ontario location at 3555 Don Mills Rd and Finch was amazing! They have implemented an appointment booking system but my elderly mother and I didn’t have an appointment. We were welcomed to stand in line - my mother was ushered to a seat to wait. It was less than 40 minutes later when we were served at the counter. Lilian and Nadia displayed great customer service, efficiency and a friendly attitude. I will come to this location in the future for my Service Ontario needs. Well done, Ladies!

Why did my post get taken down? I literally waited there for a long time just to be told I couldn't get plates and a 10 day permit.had to go to another service Ontario to be able to do it. I told you guys I already called the hotline and you still refused to help me I'm now on hour 3 of trying to get this done! STOP REMOVING MY POST AND ADMIT YOUR MISTAKE!

I had a good ecperience here after a long time.
All windows were open and helping clients.
In and out in 10 minutes

They are super rude, I was calling and they left me on hold for 30 minutes and when I spoke to the person they didn't even let me explain my situation, they mentioned that my license is still in production and they finished the call, I just had a question and they just hung up the phone, what happen with the treatment of your staff?

Both one of my associate and my self dropped in at the Don Mills location to change the address on our fleet vehicles. We met one of their customer service associate who was kind enough to help us, despite we did not have an appointment. Eventually we got to one of the window and Rose the customer service representative was very helpful. She help us with the forms for the vehicles, she was very kind, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. A pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this customer service personnel. Lovely lady. Thank you Rose and you office staff.

Very efficient. I arrived at 8: 15 AM on Tuesday and was third in line. By 8: 30 there were 7 people in the queue. Once the office opened at 9: 00, I registered my car and got new license plates by 9: 10.

We arrived at 4.48pm and was seen by a friendly rep who saw to our health card renewal immediately and effectively. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this location.

Waited for more than 30 min, then they told me they couldn't renew my OHIP in that location. Not having someone to filter people, makes a big line up and when people go to the counter they are turned you away, because they cannot assist you. They should have a board with the list of services provided in this location, so people will not waist their time of the service is not in that list.

I see a lot of complaints about things they are not in charge of, like how large the room is (they are renting from a mall. The size of the unit is hardly their decision or a reflection on their helpfulness) elder has trouble standing (it's not "elder abuse" for people of any age to have to line up and a private citizen was too rude to give up their chair. Also mentions the use of a walker, so literally has a portable chair?) Where parking is (it's a small narrow lot, they don't get to designate the spaces, literally not up to them) their hours (also not up to them) I was served (by a non white person, worth mentioning because someone says they're racist? I'm white so we're not the same race.) She was courteous, helpful, fast. Very easy place to get stuff done on a weekday. Other location near me is super lined up always, staff looks like they hate you, their job, their life, and I have experienced them going out of their way to be unhelpful. I will be going here from now on.

There's a pretty rude staff sitting at the first counter last time I visited this centre in November 2022. She rudely screamed and yelled at certain people who asked her questions. I've read previous reviews before and this is confirmed.

Such helpful and pleasant workers here. I can’t say enough about how welcoming and knowledgeable the manager is. I always recommend family and friends go to this service Ontario location.

I was at this location yesterday (January 4th) at 12: 05pm. One of the ladies working there was extremely rude and constantly came off extremely racist. She was an older lady, white hair and was drinking a diet coke. One of the older couple (asian) being helped by her asked for her to write down a number of some sort and she sighed and said "NO YOU WRITE IT DOWN", after that couple left she helped another lady (white) who she seemed to get along quite well. She then helped another man (asian) and while that man was walking over to her she muttered something to herself which I found quite disrespectful. She should not be working there if she is going to be rude to every individual who isn't fluent in english. Working at Service Canada means that you will come across people of different backgrounds and if that is too much for one then they should reconsider their job.

I went there today Jan 7 /2023 it was supposed to open, guess what? It was closed, what a disgrace

This is my go-to location. Lines are usually super quick. The team is helpful and kind. Thank you John for my most recent experience, much appreciated!

I would rate this location a 0 if I could. After waiting 3 hours in line on a Saturday and reaching to the front of the line at 1 o clock right when they close I was almost not let in and wouldn't have gotten in if it wasn't for me arguing with the security guard. Upon getting in the lady was rushing and wrote down the wrong mailing address completely different from what I wrote down and I now have to take off work to go back there again.

Good service. They try their best to help the customers. Good location as well, many parking spaces there.

The employees are good. Went there to apply for a health card. The girl working there was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and made sure I had my information correct on the form. Definitely, the neighborhood is not good, but the stuff welcomes everyone.

I renewed my driver's license and OHIP card as well. The matured lady was very pleasant and the service was fast.

I rate it Zero. They have 4 employees all of them are rude and only one is working the rest of them are on lunch all the time.

Extremely long line and slow service. Didn't even get to receive any service because I arrived too late past the last customer for the day. Took a peek inside and they just weren't working hard either. Absolutely a waste of time going here.

Great educational place for children and adults. I enjoyed it with my kids from work and i enjoyed it more whenever I was younger and lots more things to explore and learn.

Zero wait. 5 stars all the way. I did my Health Card, Licence and Plates in 3 minutes, no exaggeration!

I have been to Service Ontario multiple times in multiple place and I had a great experience with Service Ontario but unfortunately that was changed today after I came and it was close although it said on the website and in the map that it will be open and that information was confirmed a day ago. Very, very bad communication and technological skills, I hope to see an improve till then, I hope no one visits this place because I know they will regret it, like many people did today after they came, from far away and left with nothing. The poor door was pulled so many times that I thought it was gonna come out. I wasted 2 hours, don’t recommend it to anyone.

The 4 women working today (Fri, Sept 3, labour day weekend Friday) need a raise. Not only were they exceptionally patient, helpful, kind and worked quickly BUT they also worked past 4pm to help accommodate the LONG line of people who had been waiting in line outside for 45+ minutes due to the many people that had already been there before us. Not once I did I hear any complaints, they all had a pleasant demeanour and spoke to everyone respectfully. It was the best experience I've had visiting a Service Ontario and those ladies needed to be commended for their service. Thank you, I'm sure everyone else that was waiting outside, like I was, is appreciative of the extra consideration taken to accommodate us at the end of the long work day/week.

Not a crowded place. After trying Service Ontario at O'connor and Victoria Park where was a line of 50 people I tried this place. 5 people on line. Service was fast.less than 30 minutes.

Quick and efficient service once inside. One thing, it's cold out and I am sure your boss would understand opening the door 2 or 3 minutes earlier than 10 am. Customer service should always be top of mind.

I'm writing this review because I am still in shock at how fast and easy this experience was. I went to one Service Canada and waited in line and didn't have the right documents and went home angry. I went to another one very slightly further away, like 5 minutes, and I was in and out in 5 minutes! There was no line. There was no waiting. There's no attitude. The girl who served me was so friendly and helpful and sweet and lovely and I could tell she was smiling even under her mask and I could not recommend this location enough! Really made my day and help me out so much

The experience was relatively quick. It took ~30 minutes to wait in line and renew my driver license stickers. (Especially quick compared to experiences I've had at other Service Ontarios). I found the staff to be respectful and friendly.

Because of COVID restrictions, there was some portion of time waiting in line outside. With the winter weather coming up soon, I would recommend dressing warmly to avoid being too cold if you have to wait outside.

Lighting fast. (I had change of address on all Health cards (kids included) and my DL, renewal of DL) in and out you go
Huge free parking lot where you can find parking on any day of the year.

I would highly recommend this location to get your drivers licence / health card renewal. Today I only spent 15 minutes to change my address.

The lady who served us was very friendly, the place was clean and smelled like McDonalds (which is across the street). It was bright and the walls were fresh. The wait time was as is to be expected and the line was clearly roped off and defined. Pleasant service all around.

I would highly recommend this location to get your drivers licence / health card renewal. Today I only spent 15 min renewing both. I found the person I worked with was very efficient and helpful. She mention that my health care could be renewed at the same time. I had not yet received a notice for that card renewal so her suggestion saved me an extra trip.

Went on a Monday at 1pm. They only had 4 counters and one was dedicated to dealers. I was in and out in 15 mins, but I showed up when the line was short- the line got very long only a few minutes after I got there. The staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Very slow service. There are only 2 booths assigned with cameras. One was open and other one was for dealer only. Service Ontario is always busy in Toronto so more people should be assigned for faster service. I was 3rd person in line and it took 20 mins for my turn.

This place recently opened. Super slow and unprofessional staff. Looks like staff doesn’t know what to do and didn’t trained well. I visited couples of times and ever time notice that they are working slow and for every single issue they call somewhere to ask what to do.

Went in to renew some stuff and the staff there was so helpful and nice. Little bit of a wait but the staff got through the line very quickly and renewed my things without any problems. Such a nice new location in flemington park. Will definitely be back!

If you are applying for a Health card you need to visit a full service Ontario.
I went to this location without knowing that. The lady directed me to a full service Ontario, but she forgot to give me a handout which contains the essential information regarding the reference letter which must be obtained from the company where you are working full time.

This is a new location and I sure am glad that they are open. I have normally had to go to the O'Connor location but this is much closer.when I went, there was only one person in line ahead of me. So I guess I got lucky. In Reading other views, they stated that it was extremely busy. I suspect that once the word gets out about the location it will also get busy.

The staff that I dealt with was very friendly.she was able to take care of my vehicle registration in no time at all.
