Convenient location, short line, Tamara was so kind and a joy to work with this morning. Got my driver's license and health card renewed. Perfect!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been here for many times and never had any problem, except for the extremely long line during covid time but it was not their fault. The staff here is really nice and patient, I'm glad that I live nearby.

I will definitely not return to this place the attendants are extremely grumpy and don't like to work.

Terrible service provided by a white lady who speaks Spanish. Very rude with everybody in the line. Also looks like she doesn’t know what she is doing. She also said also said “ you get follow my rules “.

Great on every level.

I arrived 10 minutes before opening at 9am and was first in the door. They had all the windows staffed so they handled the first six customers right away. Even when I left there were only 6 people in line waiting.

I was served by Corrina, a true talent and a pro.
She had me finished in 13 minutes. I walked out with my new picture ID card completed and being mailed in 3 weeks and my new health card completed and being mailed, along with a temporary health card/document in my possession.

It was a good bunch of people doing a great job helping out their community and they deserve a big thanks, so thank you everyone at this location.

Also, remember that they are located at the back of the mall if you're coming by Uber because your driver won't know where it is.
Bonus, there is oodles of parking.

Went to renew my health card, some old woman on the counter yelled at me for not providing my date of birth in a “proper format” and printed me a paper of my old health card instead.

Pathetic service.

I paid for the Ontario photo Card which did not come. I now need to pay $10 for another, which should not be necessary. Let’s see if Canada post can deliver mail to the right address.

Quick has more people than the super large 3300 bloor location. Who has ar most 3 agents at a time. SMH.

I want to share my experience in this location of Service Ontario, the staff are very friendly and accomodating no appointment needed, there's a line up but the staff works very fast I renewed my Driver's License, health card and plate sticker I didn't spend that long 20 mins including line up is good enough. Keep up the good work and be safe always! Thank you for being friendly and accomodating.:)

Horrible experience! I am a high schooler and went in with my mom and brother to this place to get our health cards renewed. We brought lots of documents like birth certificate, school ID, our old health cards, etc but as soon as it was our turn to go to the counter this old lady told us we couldn’t get our health cards renewed unless we have our school report cards or something with a signature. I’m a minor so this lady can’t expect me to have all those things. But she didn’t even say it in a nice tone, she had an attitude while speaking and it seemed like she didn’t like her job. Well if you don’t like your job then don’t work there. My mom even told her to stop talking in such a rude manner towards us, we brought all sorts of documents and proof but we still couldn’t get our health cards done. We had to take 2 TTC busses to this place and it was a big waste of time and money. Never coming back.

Quick & easy

I went a few months ago to renew my Photo ID card, the staff were polite, wait wasn't to long, I got there about an hour early (line up outside was about 3-4 people when I got there) ; opens at 9: 00am I was done by 9: 15am. Will go here again for renewals.

Absolutely the most pleasant government office I've ever been in. And the representative Rosa was pleasant, efficient and professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes of my photos. Perhaps my timing of the day 10am had quicken the process.

Very bad service and I am the sort of person who goes out of my way to acknowledge (write a letter) for good service. I rarely write bad reviews but both times I went it was a bad experience. I will go out of my way to avoid this place.

Went into today and was very quick. There were 3 people ahead of me and took me less than a few minutes to get to the counter.

Deducted a 2 stars and the lady serving me didn't explain anything. I worked at service ontario in the past and that would not have been acceptable. At the end of the day not everyone knows the timelines (and I don't even know if there is an impact from covid).

Staff can be a little more friendly and understanding than being condescending and unnecessarily strict.

This place is not busy at all compared with the other service ontario places. I took away one star just because ALL service ontario places make me want to pull my hair out.

They where very fast at moving things along. Was there with a line of 7 people ahead of me was only there 20 mins or so.

Service as usual was excellent, there was a line up of 20 people when I get there. Everything I need was done in 30 minutes.
I acknowledged the staff for their customer service, helping approach and devotion.

I was at this location in the morning for couple of services. Wait time was little bit longer than usual because of the COVID-19 but the service was quick. Agent was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions with patience and provided valuable advice. I would highly recommend this location for your Service Ontario needs.

Richview Plaza location is the best I've ever encountered for any Driver's License related concerns.

The lineups and wait times are very short and fast.

The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Quick and friendly service. I visited on Sep 10 2020.
They open at 9am. By 8am there were 7 people in line. By 9am there about 40 people in line. Believe the lineup photos!

Excellent customer service I didn't know that when you register a custom plates you have to take the old ones they gave me the tools to take the old ones and return them helping me to go the next day with the old ones

Typical government facility.but a little faster.not necessarily friendlier depending on what day and the flow of people. Quick and efficient service!

Waited half hour for opening and got my id renewed in less than 10 minutes. Being first made a huge difference but the next cusmtomer will be done a little faster

Always friendly, courteous and quick. Line ups can be long but it's understandable. Trying times.

Small location with limited parking spaces. Lines move quickly so you get in and out of there before you know it.

and sandlewood but I love this location and I always come to this location because very well staffed and not crowded and very efficient staff.

I like the service here because I came in the morning and it was fast. I remember last time I used the service and I have to wait 45’. This time 6’ only.

You can renew licence, health cards, your plates and more. You can also get an ID card if you don't have a licence. They offer dealer registration as well. Kind of hidden, good luck finding it. Tons of parking if you manage to find it. Accessible parking is also available. They have a bench to sit on if you are waiting. They also have counter space to fill out forms and such.

After checking the reviews, I went to this service ontario centre though it was far from my place, but it was worth it. Though there was a long queue that went up to the main entrance, I was done in around 10 to 15 mins. The staff were quick and helpful.

I think some the customer service representatives takes no pride in the job. I believe there is no accountability on their part so they can talk to customers rudely. A a customer business where no training is given.

I renewed my drivers license and vehicle registration today. There were a few people in front of me but the staff were so efficient the line moved very quickly. The actual process including payment and having my photo taken took about two minutes. I was totally impressed.

Small little office at the back of the mall. Wasn't very busy so I suspect not too many people go there because they don't know about it. Don't go there. It means what it will be busy for me next time. Haha

By far the best service Ontario location in the city. Always fast, efficient and pleasant service no matter what time of the day. Went this morning at 9, had 15 people ahead of me, was being served by 9: 10 and was out the door by 9: 20. Just fantastic overall service.

When there is a need to renew your license, sticker, or health card - this is my go to place.

Lines are short and can be in and out quickly. I have been to other locations and always dreaded the experience and time it would take but not here.

Fast, quick and excellent in customer services. Staff are friendly and very helpful to process for my renewal health card in just minutes. Thank you! There is a concern for lack of accessible such as entrance doors except there is accessible parking lot on a hill that may be difficult for people with disabilities and seniors especially in wheelchairs.

It is exactly what it is. Service Ontario employees behind the counter doing their jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible, and a bunch of whiny babies in the line up.

I was in and out of this location sooo fast - faster than any time in the last 25 years I have been going there. The ladies at the counters are always pleasant despite some of the rude customers I have seen there.

Okay truth be told, nobody wants to come here only when we have too! The line up was not bad, give or take a 15-20min wait. Unfortunately, some days are more and some days are less, I cannot provide a definitive answer. But, what I may say is that they have a separate line for persons with disabilities or elderly which is fantastic. Also, the location is super easy to get to by bus or car and, you can walk around the mall for exercise on really cold days. The staff are kind and professional

This is by far the best licensing office anyone could ever ask for in my experience, I live no where near this place but I always make it priority to go out of my way to end up there, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mellisa and even tho its was rite before close on a Friday she went above and beyond to treat me like I was her first customer of the day, she did an excellant job all around and even tho I left this place broke I left with a smile lol thanks Mellisa and keep up the good work:)

In and out in less than 15minutes. I renewed my driver's license, health card, and got my new sticker all done. Very friendly staff and lots of smiles. Great customer service in a pretty small location.
