I had a very bad experience with Katina. She told me that I can’t apply for health card since I do not have permanent written on my employment letter and also told me that she cannot take my bank statement as proof of address since I am only paying my bills and not doing any other transaction. I am employed in an institution for more than a year but she told me that I am not eligible for applying for health card. I went to another service Ontario and they helped me. Please do train her so that people like me do not have to waste their time because of her lack of knowledge.

I made an appointment, came in 10 minutes early and was out before my scheduled appointment time!
The staff are friendly and helpful, shout-out to Brandy - Thanks for assisting me with all of my items and even updating an extra one I was not aware of, that saved me another trip!
Highly recommend this location - speedy service, friendly and knowledgeable!

Booked an appointment the day before for 11: 25a.m to renew my health card. I was a minute late.

They completed everything in record timing and I was inside my car at 11: 33a.m heading home.

Probably the smoothest service Ontario visit I have ever had.

This was probably my best experience at a Service Ontario. The online appointment process was flawless, taken right on time. All staff were very helpful when it came to all the services we needed. We were treated with utmost respect and all services were provided fast and efficiently. Thank you!

I went three times in 1 day to try and get a vehicle registered. They sent me away because I needed an appraisal. I came back with that, but they wouldn't accept it because it was "altered. " The appraiser literally wrote over three numbers making them bolder. There was clearly no alteration. I came back a third time and they told me the British Columbia registration online system was "down. " I phoned the BC registration office and they told me they had no idea of any system being offline.

These employees literally look for every excuse to get rid of you without serving you properly.

Michelle was very friendly and helpful, got the new plates and ownership without any hassles. Even tho we didnot book an appointment but were in and out in about 15 minutes.

Worst service - changed our address online, but the employee said that we need proof of the new address, but it was already changed - proof on the phone as a lease agreement was not sufficient as it needed to be printed off. Keep in mind also that you have to pay for parking, even if it's just to be told that you need a proof of address. Also keep in mind you need to make an appointment and no walk ins are allowed. If you do not know this and pay for parking during a walk in - you still have to pay for the parking.

I went there for a health card renewal and brought my passport, driver's license, and my old health card but the receptionist said it wasn't enough to get a new health card so I left and came back with more papers. The service lady only asked me for my driver's license, passport and health card (what I came with in the first place). Other than the receptionist everything went smooth, better receptionists are needed.

Came here at 1 just to get a Driver's License History printed out and they told me the earliest time they have is 2: 30.when theres barely any people and it looks slow

Hours say they close at 5- literally the closest one that is open past 3: 30 in Wellington/ Halton area for people who work. Paid for parking and then was told 45 minutes before they close they were already at capacity and I needed an appointment?

Brutal. I spoke to a woman on the phone and she told me to come in an get a used car package. When I got there they said I needed an appointment. Would have been nice to know when I was on the phone with her.

Showed up at 1 pm on a Monday and the place was very busy. Went to get a number and the machine was out of order but displayed a number. I assumed I didn't need a paper copy of it. About 20 minutes later someone came to replace the paper and several people proceeded to get a number. I waited another half hour then inquired about not having a paper with a number on it and was told I would have to start over. Shouldn't the employee replacing the paper announce that everyone would need to get one?

I was there on Tuesday, 12 Nov 19, just 20 minutes before closing. When I got to the counter # 10 it was already 5 p.m, but the lady was so helpful to register my car, to issue new licence plates and the sticker.even the process was not straightforward she kindly found the solution and got it done. I don't know her name (she was calling herself agent V on the phone) but I have a feeling all of them were friendly and helpful. Hearth warming gesture.

One of the worst experiences I've had in customer service. They were not accommodating or helpful. After waiting for over 45 minutes I was informed that I would have to come back another time, because of an error on the part of the mechanic completing a safety. There was not effort to call him or try to find a work around. Just no.

Wont Recommend! Please don’t waste your time as they don’t know anything. I went in to get some information on Moving out of Province and they cancelled my Health Card without even my permission. Instead go to the Silvercreek one as they are the best.

Literally the worst Service Ontario in Ontario, and that’s saying something because I’m from Brampton. The free parking is non existent and what they do have is always busy. The staff are lovely, but the location alone makes it a terrible experience. The wait times here can also be insanely long, average of an hour, though I’ve been there for up to four before.

Kira was incredibly patient with me, and she kindly answered all my questions. She also remembered my exact situation an entire month later and was able to help me very quickly. What times were 10-25 mins for me for late morning on weekdays.

DO NOT WASTE your time with this location. They are useless. 10 posts open and only 2 people working while other staff members are talking among each other with 15 people waiting. Provided me with wrong information and rude customer service. Went to the woodlawn location and I was in and out under 10 minutes. Worth the drive to the woodlawn

It is a convenient location. Line up can be long especially at lunch hours. Try to make an appointment before going. Paid parking only.

Far more efficient than the last time I was in with the new "greeter" concept. Kira was awesome with all things paperwork!

I think it’s fair to say people don’t go here by choice but rather out of necessity or requirement. A government business so expect long wait times and less than half the wickets open at a given time. Someone had to say it, it’s what most are thinking, right?

I do prefer this location to many others as they move much quicker and their processing system works better. Paid parking is aweful and a small lot.

I can safely say I appreciate the staff, it’s just the system that’s broken. Don’t hate the players, hate the game:)

I showed up about 15 minutes before they closed looking to renew a license. I was expecting to be turned away considering how late I was but they managed to find time for me.

I watched for about 20 minutes as people screamed at the women and men behind the counter for doing their job the best they can. These people take so much abuse for things that aren’t in their control.

If you want things to go smoothly, schedule your day so you have time to wait if you need to, do a little research to make sure you have everything they need to help you, and don’t expect 1 person to have all the answers. What they do is very complicated and takes a lot of people, be patient!

These people are doing their best to help you, the least you can do is make it easy and pleasant for them.
