The BEST Service Ontario in the Niagara Region. Even if you aren't from Port it is worth driving here for the friendliest and quickest service. I had to renew my license (with picture), health card, and switch out my defective plates and I was in and out in 15 mins. Joe even took off my old plates and put my new plates on with a smile.

Joe and Devine are amazing. Super friendly and they know what they're doing so it's painless. I reccomend going out of your way to this small little gem. Cuz they rock and I've never had a long wait time there. Very great service keep it up guys

I bought a car that was located in the area so I went to get it registered and plated here at about 4: 00 PM today. I had the good fortune of dealing with Joe and he quickly helped me understand what additional information and documentation was needed due to due to some special circumstances with the vehicle. I needed an appraisal and Joe directed me to a local guy who was able to do it on the spot for me. I was a little panicked because the clock was ticking to closing time and home is a 3 hour drive away and I really didn't want to have to come back again. Joe told me if I was running late and didn't look like I was going to b back before 5 PM to call and let him know and he would hang around to get me set up with everything I needed to drive the car home tonight. Luckily I didn't have to impose on him to do so and it all worked out. I am sure it was all because I was lucky to be dealing with this particular outlet and Joe.

This is by far the best service Ontario location iv been to. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait time was short and I was done and out the door in minutes. So much better then the big city locations. Way easier then trying to do things on line. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

I do not live in Port Colborne but whenever I require the services of Service Ontario I go to the Port office. Joe and Davine are so friendly, helpful, efficient and professional! Went to get my health card and driver license renewed I was there for less than 5 mins. Employees were very efficient and provided great costumer service. Worth the 30 min drive from st. Catharine’s.

The gentleman and lady that work here are awesome. Professional and courteous and they work quick and always are pleasant to deal with. I had the pleasure of going to Sidey's today. Joe and Davina gave me the greatest customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was licensing the truck I had had restored since last year. Worth the drive!

Outstanding customer service from both Davine and Joe! They were professional, polite, and overall seems happy with their job. These two individuals should be training others on the true meaning of customer service. After my experience at the Port Colborne Service Ontario I will now drive 33km instead of the local branch near my home. It is worth the drive not to feel like an inconvenience from someone who is being paid to provide a service. To finish off my pleasant experience they referred to me by name instead of “Honey” as they do at my local location. I find that so disrespectful. Thank you both, it was a real pleasure! Please keep doing what you are doing your pleasant attitude can really change a persons day!

Outstanding service!
I just went in to update my health card which I'd procrastinated because I knew I'd have to have my mask off and wasn't comfortable going the last 2 years during Covid.
Called ahead, the gentleman assured me he'd do everything possible to make it comfortable for me.
When I arrived, he really went out of his way to make space for me away from others for the prep and the photo, without making a big deal out of it or making me feel like I was being a pain, which I really, really appreciated.
The process was very efficient as well.
I have also talked to the woman who works here on the phone for information and she was extremely helpful and nice!
It's clear these two really know their stuff.
Highly, highly recommend this location!

I was very impressed by this Service Ontario location. The lady who served me was very pleasant, helpful, and quick to get everything I needed done. It was a very painless and positive experience!

Ever since I moved back to Niagara Falls, I still trek back to Port Colborne and use the MTO service office for the simple fact that the staff there are very professional, always happy, smiling and their customer service is way above a 10 start rating. Always had trouble at other Service Ontario's with my heavy vehicle. Port Colborne Service Ontario is quick, hassle free and the lady I delt with (I apologize for not having the name) is beyond friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend because the customer service is the best in the Region by far.
