The entire organization is haywire. I begin by going to the legion on time to get my license renewal session. Nobody at the legion. So I drive back to the drivers test centre. The lady instructed I drive back to the legion were I'd be looked after. Again nobody there, so I drive back home.

I would like to thank the 2 ladies that work @ the Winchester location. They have provided me with great service. Not only do these ladies do their job but have to deal with multiple irate patrons almost on the daily. I've had an ongoing issue for months now and it has finally found resolution thank to the patience & kindness of these 2 ladies. Give respect you'll get it back folks!

Had all of my paper work in full order as this is NOT my 1st Rodeo
She would not accept my appraisal even tho it was 100% correct

Went to Smiths Falls and the did everthing I needed done!

The girls there are great here at Winchester, they go above and beyond to ensure my stuff is correct.thank you for great service

Came down from Greely, was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The two ladies were extremely helpful.

Very rude staff. Regardless of this location being privately owned but still operating under service ontario logo. Half the staff there if not all don't know whats they're doing.

The two ladies did a great job getting my summer car back on the road with “sticker” although the ministries new policies with insurance has changed this past year. Thanks for your help

While the staff there may not be bubbly, smiley people, they are always polite and efficient and get the job done. This based on about ten years of patronage at this location.

A please or a thank you would not be out of place in that building, staff yelling at customers for no good reason. I’d suggest looking for other license bureaus unless you have earplugs.

I gave this location one star only because I couldn't give less. They deserve -5 stars and this will be too generous anyway. They are rude, unprofessional, demanded to disclose my health condition publicly and threatened to call police if I don’t. If you go there expect to be harassed, humiliated and intimidated. I am going to file official complain.

By far the best Service Ontario I've ever worked with. Lori and Sherry are amazing! They are very friendly and always serve you with a smile.

Absolutely awful severe. They are rude and refuse to help in anyway. Clearly the woman does not want to work or even be there. When asking for options I was told to go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to renew an expired health card and was refused service. I had all my documentation proof, Canadian passport, Ontario drivers licence & credit card. One from each of the 3 lists. She told me I couldn’t renew without 3 years of tax forms to prove I live here in Canada, which is completely false. She was rude and lazy. Worst service I’ve ever received.
