I even don’t want to give one start to this location, the superior Zohar is so rude to their customers and don’t want to assist them politely. Most importantly they are doing discrimination with brown people and white people.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I went there twice and was “helped” by two different ladies. Both had the worst attitude and treated me as if I was a moron when I had questions. Don’t expect to be treated with respect.

I visited on april 06,23. Where i met to a lady over the counter was in a rude way. Just she need to find the exact postal code which she found a hard to solve and was keep shaking her head on me many times. I was keep quite and very polite way but still she continued the same behaviour. Very disrespected lady as they have mentioned to be respectful from peoples but on the other hands they are not.

I can't believe I was in Service Ontario there was no line. It was my first time registering for my first car here in Canada and was anxious at the beginning. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and I want to specially mention that the lady in hijab at the last counter was extremely friendly and made the transaction very less stressful for me and made it even a memorable one. I definitely would go back to this center if it means driving all the way from Brampton.

Super slow.takes forever… please take online appointments. Otherwise, you wait forever.but! Have to say, Rania was such an amazing helper here! She was amazing. She really tried to help and speed up the line outside. The ladies inside…… they need to improve on work efficiency.otherwise, hire more hands!

Worst experience with Nadia so rude for no reason, took a photo and was told I was done, she didn’t call me back or anything so I thought I was done. When I went back I asked y she didn’t call me back to collect my belongings. She proceeded to throw papers towards me and my ID instead of handing it to me.
If that plastic guard wasn’t up….

Really bad experience of getting a health card. Standing in line for an hour just to be told that the document isn't acceptable i.e. The bank document showing proof of address. As a newcomer, horrible experience seeing no common sense being applied, no matter what. Joke of an experience.

I went in for my health card and had a great experience. I went on a Friday morning at 8: 50 am. Got in at 9 am and was out by 9: 12am. Very fast and reliable.

Horrible experience with a staff who is wearing a blue t-shirt with short hair, the lady was treated me from the first glass on the left hand when you enter the building. She was very rude since I tried to make her understandable about my document, but she didn't want to listen because time was about 4: 50 Friday, she was on hurry and wanted to kick me out! I went there to change my plate but I never understand what to do It was my first time to see Horrible government staff!

Husband had to renew healthcard and seemingly they need more than one document with your address. The staff were able to make it work by making a phone call. Appreciate it as my husband really did not want to go in person to renew it. Thanks for the positive staff.

For this location they do have walking for most work.

-Which help for only health card renewal
people who don't want to renew there driving license also as online portal guide like that you have to do both at same time only choice after customer care interaction is in person visit.

You need basic documents below may be more depends on ur situation.

- Residency proof- driving license
- Id proof
- status
- you can show ur credit/ debit card with ur
name as per customer service.
- no need appointment

- covid safe and appreciate follow up sor safety.

My stuff got done very quickly by service staff handling smoothly, but the rudeness of lady with long pony-horse tail running outside of the office to guide people with Covid-19 rules was extremely rude and annoying. She kept shouting/intimidating/harassing at people's faces with Covid-19 questions/rules, she was not conveying information or asking nicely, really tired of her bad attitude. She spent so much time of hanging around and chatting loudly inside with service staffs while they were busy working and let people cut inline/grouped in a big crowd so close each other at the entrance door. She targeted/picked on soft immigrants such as Indians or Chinese descendants.easily to be heard/seen at the end of waiting line by her unpleasant voice, extremely unprofessional staff. Manager of this location should look into this impolite lady closely for better service, please!

On December 11,2020, my dad and I travelled to Service Ontario. It is my first time at this location as I know the the branch in Brampton. Due to the pandemic, everyone had to be in social distance by two (2) meters apart. Nevertheless, I waited patiently until it was my turn.

When it was my turn, I walked to the window where Andrea was waiting. I went with all me documents. Actually, I had too many papers. Oh well, it's good to be prepared. I asked my questions and filled out everything for my driver's license and health. I had a really good customer service from Andrea. I was somewhat nervous; but, she showed me what to do and everything was done. Plus, she answered my question about Service Canada.

Honestly was expecting service to be more friendly and acknowledging of the tough times we are all in, However staff was very unprofessional and did not have proper communication (rude). Service Ontario needs to make sure their staff knows about the posters they’re putting in their offices (“we are in this together”) because the staff are not helpful at all, they are instead making COVID—19 feel worst. I wish there was a zero star.

Upon my arrival line was out the door and around the building. Not a hopeful thing to see. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself at a window with a clerk within an hour! There was a lady outside helping navigate the line, answering questions, and making sure people had what they needed to avoid wasting time inside.
This was one of the best visits to Service Ontario! Especially with all the covid madness going on.

It's a good place where some of officials are really helping and understanding while on the flip side, some officials are really arrogant and taking 4 to 5 calls while serving the people. When I ask about time duration of delivery she had no cleaner answer and didn't give us proper reply. Seriously, Its near by to my house that's why I visit this place but nowonwords I prefer to visit some other place. 3 star is for one lady who provide information in proper way though she was busy with other person

Useless! These people were closed today 8/3/2019 without prior notice. They will also be closed on Monday. People waiting in line obviously pi$$ed off. It is this type of pathetic services we as tax payers are receiving. We as citizens should not tolerate any less.

The only Service Ontario I go to because its closer to where I live but the waiting time here is so ridiculous. You will most likely wait for a solid 30 to 45 minutes depending on how fast the agents work.

The Agency has short employees, only 5 kiosks working out of 7. Which is one for dealer registration kiosk, the other kiosk is for disabilities and the other three kiosks is for public help.

The government has to find a sort of way on how to deal with efficiency. Probably hire more people that will do the job faster and accurate.

As I was reading what other people said about how they were treated by some of the agents, thank god I have never experienced such things. They have always treated me well.

I wish we can see men work in those kind of positions too. I like places where diversity of all races and genders is applied.

Today i was in the area and found this service Ontario office nearly. As soon as I entered the office i saw very long lineup and old people are standing and waiting. Government of Ontario is collecting tons of thousands of dollars every single day from people they should consider people basic wants like chairs to sit, tokens to call and serve people. The staff is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Every single review i read now is 110 percent true. Cant believe still Government offices are serving stone stage things by filling out forms and forms and forms. Please please please do not waste your time and energy by standing hours in this location. Thanks

I’m actually so upset about today. My mom and I went there so she could change her IDs because she decided to take my fathers last name. After waiting for an hour and a half the lady told me the marriage license wasn’t in French! When it clearly was. We then had to go to the bloor and Islington and the kind man was literally speaking French with me the whole time! Don’t claim you speak French if you couldn’t read a marriage license in French and had us go to a different location saying we had to photocopy it in English because it wasn’t “ French “!

Absolutely the worst location extremely slow only 15 people ahead of me and was there for 2 hours only 5 people working and two of them doing the dealers and seniors line they make you fill out all your own forms away from the wickets and then you have to stand in a previous line where as all other locations I have been to will let you fill them out at the wicket or will fill them out for you. Personally I still think its unfair that car dealers get special treatment at all the locations and do not have to stand in line like the rest of us but that's just a personal opinion. Do not use this location if you have other stuff to do as you will be late for whatever you are doing next!

Save yourself from going to this location. I went to this location last week on Friday 15th, March, 2019. They were short staffed, which is understandable. Line was pretty long and I decided to wait. When the person before me was called and I waited there for atleast 2 min to be called. When I was not called I went on my own on to the second desk where a CAUCASIAN ELDERLY WOMAN WEARING ORANGE TOP AND SHE WEARS GLASSES was sitting and I have asked her politely "Miss would you be able to help me"? And to my amazement, She replied with great attitude"I AM NOT DONE YET, I DID NOT CALL YOU GO BACK AND STAND IN THE LINE THERE'. Like offcourse i know where to stand! Then the lady next to her saw what has happened and she told me I can help you, there is another Review from a person named Andrea about this lady, I wish I had read it before and would have saved myself. MISS IF YOU ARE READING THIS COMMENT, Please know that you should not work in public sector. Sit home if you do not like your job, there are so many other ways to make money but clearly you should not deal with people or be respectful to them.and be known that Public like me is not really fond of visiting RUDE PERSON LIKE YOU and your centre but sometimes we have to. I would never ever visit this filthy centre.

Went here to change my address and filled out the form correctly. Lady did not know how to read the form and ended up making a mistake. I was already in a rush, waited for about 45 minutes in line for her to make a mistake and tell me it's going to take 15-20 minutes to correct it. Save time, don't go here.

I went to this location month ago for driving license address change and they said you have to wait till 16th December and when I went after 16th December then they said you should come before 2 weeks of that date. And Now you have to pay $35 for new driving license.

Understaffed, took forever to do anything. This place is garbage I cant believe we pay for this. Also barely any seating and the chair looks like it came from a dumpster.

Usually go to drive test centers and service Ontario centers early in the morning. Went at 8: 57AM and waited outside 3 minutes behind 10 other people. I left service Ontario at 9: 13. Never have any problems going early in the morning, they have 4+ booths open.
