I've had some good experiences here but also some bad ones and today's was really disappointing. I was told to change my name online when I had the form filled out, despite that being impossible in Ontario. I then called up a very nice man who explained that I simply have to go to a different location for name change. I would rather just hear from people that they don't know how to do something than provide downright wrong advice.

This is my go to Service Ontario. Every single person who I have dealt with that works at this location are always so helpful and kind.

Very quick service to renew DL and HC. Line of 5-6 people cleared and I was in and out within 15 mins total.

Very unhappy with the staffing. They say they have a commissioner of oaths on site. You get there and after waiting patiently in line you get told that that person is there only on Tuesdays, a day you can't make work. Now it turns out that the Tuesday thing was just temporary because of a staff shortage. Please be open with people. You are Service Ontario not Bureaucracy Ontario.

Got a new photo for drivers license/health card and updated address on my vehicle registration and was out in under five minutes. Honestly the best service Centre I’ve ever been to. Staff were super quick and friendly!

I went to this branch and the guy, chinese looking. Asked me to have a bank account statement.im just renewing my health card.i went to the bay branch instead.and the guy just asked for a billing receipt with my name and address. IM SO DISAPPOINTED

I was extremely disappointed. I came in to update my OHIP and driver's license with a new name and gender marker, with a new birth certificate as supporting evidence. The rep proceeded to change ONLY my name, did not tell me, and handed me the new temp documents. I indicated that the gender marker was incorrect, and they claimed that one could only change to X (this is untrue). After consulting more with a supervisor, I was referred to 777 Bay. Because the name change had already been put through, it was extra work (and a phone call to central office) for the very friendly and helpful rep at 777 Bay.

The reps here need to know what they can and cannot do, and inform customers immediately if they cannot make the full change as specified. A mildly disappointing scenario was instead charged with systemic transphobia and extra work for people later on.

The staff were polite to my face, but this is not cool.

Amazing! It took me less than 5 minutes from lining up to get my health card renewed! (Friday 11am).

Honestly never have had an amazing service Ontario experience until I visited this location. The staff were so nice, helpful, and friendly! There was also no line up.

Super friendly, efficient and helpful. A completely different experience than some service ontarios I’ve been to. And the lady who helped me with the beautiful smile, was absolutely a delight.

Is service Ontario intentionally giving poor service. We got there at 9 am, there was only one person being served which was great. We went to the counter and told the clerk we were there to change the old red and white ohip cards for the photo version. We had checked the website and it told us this site did ohip renewal’s.
The lady looked at the card and immediately handed it back and said “we don’t do this here you need to go to a government site. This is a private service Ontario location” what!? A private service Ontario? The woman who was being served next to us was being told the same thing. The website specifically says they do this at that location. And when did the government of Ontario franchise out service Ontario. Absolutely horrible experience 4 clerks there twiddling their collective thumbs just redirecting people to the service Ontario on Bay Street.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was lucky to walk by and was seen within 10 minutes. It's a small office but they make it work

This location was very fast. There was almost no line. I was I'm and out in 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly.

Brand new Service that had absolutely no line up! We were literally in and out in 5 minutes!
The kiosks were obviously from other locations and the place already looks a bit run down.
Staff were nice!

When I arrived the line up was outside and there were perhaps 20 to 25 people ahead of me. 30 minutes later I was finished and walking out the door) Despite all the grumbling and complaining from the folks in line, the staff were friendly, helpful, patient and professional.

Went by today, the guy employee I spoke to was very friendly and he was super quick. Love this new location!
