This branch is completely incompetent.they told me they can not order a complete driver history (uncertified or certified) came home called service ontario and was told that yes they do have the ability to order the history in the branch.the lady in the branch was very rude and told me that in her time she has been there 5 years she's never processed a complete driver history.the owner operator of this branch should be written up along with the service desk person who unfortunately is incompetent.the owner operator of this service ontario branch was also incompetent and had no idea what she was doing during this process.two trips there, numerous phone calls and over two hours on everyone's time wasted!
do yourself a favour it's worth the drive into keswick to visit there branch instead.these people are supposed to be able to service the public with all of the needs that service ontario provides, that was clearly not the case.
