Today I had occasion to call Service Ontario Peterborough. The rep that took my call Kaylee gave exceptional service, was respectful and professional. In these troubled times, it is so refreshing to know that service such as I received is still available.

Literally in and out in 5 mins. Very friendly staff. Had an appointment booked and had the required documents. Amazing experience.

I made an embarrassing mistake with my driver's license and it got me very worried. I went to this service Ontario location and reluctantly explained my mistake to the rep. She was super nice and confirmed to me that indeed I made the mistake but it was fixable.

She spent 15 minutes in the back office supposedly talking to her manager and came back with a solution.

I was really amazed by the helpful, courteous and understanding support that I received. I only walked away with a blush face and even had a laugh about my mistake.

This rep had been working with service Ontario for many years so she was experienced in resolving complex problems. I'm thankful for the service!

My work requires me to visit many Service Ontario locations throughout Ontario so I have reasonable sense of what to expect in terms of documentation for various services and the general level of customer service one can expect.

It appears to be a mission of this Service Ontario location to make life difficult for the public. Over the years, I've experienced everything from inconsistent Service charges to mistakes on health card applications to blatent racism.

I would recommend visiting the location in lakefield. The quality of service is significantly better.

I went in to get my ID card, very fast and efficient moving through the cue. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. I have intellectual disabilities and the staff were extremely accommodating of that.

The staff was really friendly and good and I got my stuff processed really fast without much waiting time.
