Exceptional service, if I could’ve given 7 stars I would. My apologies if I’m wrong with the name couldn’t catch it properly but (Cindy or Sydney) was one hell of a person knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient all I could say. My appointment was for 9: 30 reached there early at 9: 10 just waited for 5 minutes and got my turn.now all the services I’m about to mention are all done within 10 mins period time. License renew, change of address on license and vehicle registration, applied for a new health card. I can confidently say she takes pride in her job,

I love this place. The staff are friendly and professional compared to the other places I have been to inside a shopping complex. If you didn't have an appointment make sure you come as the earliest as possible. Highly recommended.

This location is slow like a sloth. Best to come here with an appointment. Otherwise you're waiting. The workers don't have any urgency to move swiftly either. It took 45 minutes for 1 number to move up.

Went to this location for health card. The process was soo smooth. I have an appointment at 11: 30 but i reached early. So i was done by the time of 11: 30.

I went to apply for health-card as a new immigrant the process was so quick even though it’s busy. Moreover if you book an online appointment and fill your form online it would lesser time than 10 mins I could say… Finally had a great and quick service Thank you Team 220NORTH SERVICE RAOD.

First Service ontario I have been too where the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Got a renewed health card and ontario ID for my daughter. In an out in 15 mins with an appointment. Amazing service and the guy who helped us, many thanks to you. Hope all this good karma is returned to you 1000. God blessed

Worst service provided by them. Please come only if you are free to wait and watch your clock for 4 hours.

Avoid this location! The service is terrible and pretty inhuman. They don’t allow an 8 months pregnant woman to wait in a chair, I had to wait outside in an extreme cold. Even thought Ontario human right commission clearly stated everyone MUST accommodate any need from a pregnant woman, they refuse to lend the bathroom! They are all insensitive men… MORE EMPATHY! This is canada not the Middle East where you clearly are from. RESPECT AND VALUE WOMEN!

I went around 3: 30 on a Tuesday and was in and out with no wait at all! Staff were friendly. I was nervous seeing the bad reviews but pleasantly surprised when I went.

Best service center. I don't understand the negative reviews! I visited them for more than 7 time never had an issue. If you are eligible and complete documents.
