This service ontario does not know how to explain things to their customers. I went in for an affidavit for a vehicle ownership that was lost. I explained the situation. They said I needed to get an affidavit. So I went to get one. When I came back they said I needed to fill out a form and get that signed again. I had to pay an extra $25 dollars. Then even after I had it filled out they still refused it. Do not go to this mto. Go to Newmarket these service kntarios are all privately owned and some locations are better then others.

The worst customer service in this location. I took the ticket and I was waiting for the number like 20 min in the line after 20 min the asian girl said, the priority is with the appointment’ person.
If you are not able to take care of your customers just hire more professional people. She was so rude to me

Amazing experience with this location. I dealt with only 2 operators but they were experienced, professional, courteous and fast. One of them was Ali, operator U and the other was Rose, Operator 7.

I just came back from this Service Ontario office, I have been to few on Saturday's trying to change the address on my DL. This one is the most efficient with courteous staffs. Great job and please keep it up.

Not a long waiting line on Saturday morning. The Asian guy who helped me was efficient, helpful, and very nice. He also looked up information online for me to see whether I need to mail my old plate. I saw the other staff who was helping another Chinese couples next to me was also nice with a great attitude. It can be very stressful going to government organizations, but this center is one of the best!

My daughter and I went to renew our health cards today. The women who were working were so kind and friendly. Service was fast and thorough!

Waiting outside during winter is a terrible policy because government offices continue to push the "scare" regurgitated by mainstream media to the public when it's already proven conflicts of interest have happened (a lot, think trillions of dollars) in the past 3 years from the imposition of these unscientific policies, by the people who profit from the scare.the location is small, so it could probably use a little bigger space to house people lining up outside in the cold (not all people own cars) -DUH

The lady that helped me was very professional and courteous. Most of all very helpful. Come early and you don't have to worry about a line up.

I did not check the reviews prior to this but wow i definitely agree this was by far the BEST service ontario experience ive ever had.so sweet, kind and patient with explanations and instructions. 100% would make the commute to this location always.

So rule the service. Only yelling and don’t have any guide. The lady with long hair staff so mean to the Old people. Disappointing day！

Service Ontario shows they offer OHIP service. I travelled from GTA to this location but they said we cannot help you because we don't do OHIP for Temporary Residents. What the! Why? Just increasing hassle of others!
