There was a line out the door and i would’ve been waiting for hours if i didn’t make an appointment.i made an appointment online, didn’t have to wait, and was in & out within 5 min! Make an appointment!:)

3 people ahead of me in the appointment line took 30 minutes. The lady at the appointment counter was rude, cutting me off, and telling me I’m late for my appointment (which I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time but was waiting for 30 minutes). Practically through my license, health card etc.back to me at the end.

Very slow services. Needed to get birth certificate for my son taking more than 13 weeks. Service associates do not help at all. Regret paying so much tax for this.

I received a great service and the wait time wasn't too bad considering it was a weekend. Took less than an hour to in and out and the lady at counter 2 answered all my questions in details

Had about 15 maybe a 20 minute wait to get the new ontario photo ID card (The purple one) it was mentioned it would be 4 to 6 weeks did it on July 7 2023 and received it on July 24 2023 arrived sooner than the wait time that was mentioned

As usual, I came early to renew my license. Line up isn't too bad if you arrive at a good time before opening. Got through very fast this time, and the service was great. Last time, it wasn't a pleasant experience getting new license plates for my new vehicle. Huge improvements in the customer service here since last year. Well done!

This Service Ontario is in a great location, close to the highway, and on the border of Scarborough and Pickering. The staff were nice and efficient.

Awful service, wait an hour in line watching multiple people go out because they’re missing a form then come back without having to wait in line, but when it happens to me they refuse to let me even though the paper is a ten min round trip to get. Watched people come back an hour later, but ten mins was too long they said and wouldn’t let me get it. Avoid this service Ontario.

The agent helping elderly or clients with other challenges was fantastic. She went over and above, was friendly and efficient.

Went to the location in Pickering and the representative Jackie was phenomenal, so very helpful, kind and patient. She is the definition of great customer service. I will ONLY go to that location and only deal with her. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion

For the first time in a long time, Service Ontario was lest busy than I expected. Maybe because it was during the middle of the week, nevertheless it was pretty good.

They don't train their staff properly because the owner doesn't know how to. Talked with the owner of the franchise and a rep of service ontario together so the rep could instruct the owner of their procedures. The owner blamed it on the employee, but he didn't know the procedures either. Instead of calling the service ontario help line, they just asked me to come back with the proper documentation, which I had in hand.

I Delt with Judy who is amazingly friendly, kind and professional. Everyone is so friendly and with the experience I have had at this location I have always come to this location because of the experience I had with Judy. Thank you for all you do!

Just processed my health card renewal and applied for my provincial photo card in less than 20 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Thank you!

Staff very cheerful and courteous. I don't know the staff name but she was very knowledgeable n kind

Service was quick, waited maybe 15 mins. The employee's seem to hate each other, it was kind of awkward having to stand their while the person helping me was bad mouthing her coworker under her breath, then she became moody and gave me the same nasty attitude.

We had a number of issues that had to be dealt with as a result of COVID delays and the staff, in particular Judy, were brilliant in sorting us out. Line up was only 3 people ahead of us. Had a few chuckles and got squared away quickly. Well done gang.

Long line out the door, waited about 30mins. Monday @ 1: 15pm. Held the door for one of the worker ladies because she had coffees in her hand and she rudely told me to close the door

This place has always dissappointed me: bossy employees, lack of good customer service practices, money hungry leeches and very hermetic management to approach.

I was at the door at 9 am for a permit renewal. I left at 9: 10 am.
This was my fastest Service Ontario visit ever:) Highly recommended!

Haven't found a day it isn't busy, that said it move quite quickly. Staff is fast and friendly. Nevery have any issues when going to this location.

Nice little Service Ontario location with efficient, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Got there at 10 am on Monday, Apr 4,2022. About 6-8 people ahead of me the queue. The lady agent serving me with my trailer permit registration was super-fast and helpful. She gave out forms to customer to fill out at a separate desk, and instructed them to come back when completed and not to line-up. She would then serve the next customer in parallel - that's what I call efficiency! In addition, she was very helpful and kind in assisting me complete the forms as well. I observed the other Service Ontario agents being very helpful and patient to people having trouble filling out forms. Keep up the good work!
