My wife went there to renew her health card, he said go bring bank statement as proof she brought one, he was busy other guy I would say Arabic national was nice he took a picture about to process he showed up told her that bank statement is not acceptable! So we just left there went another location and finished without any problems!
So rood this guy and he waste my time.

Booking an appointment is the best way to go and the service was excellent

Quick and efficient, I got the best service from the gentleman in the glasses.

Went there for my car licence, An employee named Chris was extremely rude
Yelling at me and 2 min of me being there accusing me of lying…
That last time i was there i gave different information.
I didn’t have proper information and was confused of the process but never tried to not tell the truth
After this conversation going on and on and
I said are you saying i am a liar? Because i have no problem provide more information and proof and he yelled and said be respectful or leave… to a point everyone there started looking at us
Yes! It is your job to make sure people are not trying to bend the law
But if someone who is a obeying citizen but confused and trying to understand the process is different situations
There is no reason to call them a liar
Not everyone work at Service Ontario and know all the processes
And if you hate your job, just quit man
Why are you making a simple experience so difficult and horrible for everyone?
Just quit and get a job who doesn’t need to deal with people

***update: went back to get my license, he again by yelling said I didn’t like your review i wont help and won’t let anyone help you and didn’t let any of other employees help me
Other employees (a lady who helped me previously) were so nice and respectful but because of this wasn’t allowed by him to talk to me
At the end, i had to leave and go other location (other location just did it in 2min and so easy without any issues)
Again, all because he didn’t like my review
This is a employee of our service ontario, who just life hurt him so he is trying to hurt other people
What a shame!

Bring your camping gear because you’ll be waiting for hours.they don’t let you eat or drink either during this time.

Very nice staff, good understanding and communications provider for helping new immigrants.

They made an issue that my bank statement had a name twice and could not be used, I don’t know if that was even an issue. Got it done from another service Ontario
