Badly uninformed employees, who along with being poor at their jobs, are also incredibly rude and unprofessional. Good Canadian Tire location, s$&! ServiceOntario location.

Never ever come to this location because the lady who assist me to the line is so rude she don't know how to smile and do her service as a worker.very disappointed. I had a appotiment and I was late 7mins she didn't let me in so I had to wait 1: 30 to 2 hours a line up. My next appotiment guy was late 6mins and she let him to go to the first line. I think she has a personal issue with people, it's not her job to deal with client and welcome them. (October/20/2023 1: 40pm)

Quick time for me every time I've been here, but you have to get here early, otherwise you might have to wait up to two hours.

Waste of a trip.they dont cater new immigrants for their first health card.
There was a message on the window which said that. Thank god saw it at the right time.

Was in and out to renew my health card in 20 minutes. Got there at 9: 10 AM and got out at 9: 30

Worst location ever, only have 2 people working, I waited 2 hours just to renew my health card, that's crazy. I gave it a 2 star only because of the lady at the front desk.

3hrs minimum wait; last time there was a 3hr wait as well! No ability to book an appointment. I guess they expect people to just leave and not get any service. Embarrassing that this is what our taxes pay for. Sitting in Canadian Tire for 3hrs with 20 other people in the department aisles.

A well organized location with friendly helpful staff. You can shop whole waiting your turn in line and be notified by a device you carry. Quite efficient, I renewed health card and driver's license in 6 minutes and waited in line about 10 min.

Had a good experience. After reading reviews of wait times of 1-2 hrs, went in before opening time (8: 45 am). Was given a buzzer, got buzzed around 9: 10 and was done before 9: 30 am. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Beware. They say open till 7 and I arrived at 5: 45 only to be told "I'm taking a chance" of waiting and not being served because they close all together at 7 regardless of if you've been waiting.

They give you a buzzer that calls you when you're next. Waited an hour and a half for it to buzz. I thought this was cool untill I realized it was just to get in a second line up and wait another 45 minutes. I have never seen a slower services ontario in my life

If I could give this service Ontario a negative five I would! Service is atrocious your waiting for minimum of an hour. The people at the front desk have zero grasp of thier job always have to confer with a supervisor. Zero compassion for people's obvious hardships. NEVER GO TO THIS SERVICE ONTARIO IF YOU expect anything done!

Service at this location was pleasant and efficient. They had a nearly a full set of agents present on a Wednesday morning, which was a nice surprise. I also have to shout out my agent as she caught that I hadn't renewed my license plates and was able to quickly so that for me as well.

Went at 8h45 am on a Monday to renew a health card (Service Ontario opens at 9am) and left at 9h20. There were people in line already in front of me so I got a buzzer and they told me to walk about the store while I waited.

When I got buzzed, there were 8 people in line in front of me. The process was really quick and efficient.

Be prepared to wait 1 to 2 hours. This location is popular, it's located in a Canadian Tire. For convenience they give you a buzzer that will notify you when you can join the line. If you have kids with you this will be tough.

If you Are here early you will not have to wait lo if you get there later you may have to wait for two hours depending How busy they Are

This location is so slow and it’s always a long wait time to get some help at this location. Service really needs to be improved because this is unacceptable. I should have not have to walk around Canadian tire for 45 mins to have my number called and wait an Additional 45 mins in line just to be helped.

One star, obviously - it's service Ontario! Girl in training had a horrid attitude, and was unable to help me with my issue. Waste of an hour.

Like that its inside canadian tire so you don't wait In a huge line. They give you a a beeper to browse the store or wait in the car and hold your spot in line until there is maybe 8 people infront of you, then they page you to come join the line.

Always an hour or longer wait just to get in line to wait again. Always the some old song and dance with this location. Been coming every day for the past week to get in. 3 out of 5 or 6 tellers on hand. They never are fully staffed to meet the demand. They need to do better then this.

They now have a pager system set up here so, while you still have to wait an hour and a half for service, you can now browse Canadian Tire instead of lining up outside.
There should be twice as many people working here.

The staff at Service Ontario on St. Clair (in the Canadian Tire) are professional, kind and efficient. Today I was fortunate enough to have Sara assist me. She went the extra mile to help me and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks again Sara!
