First stop, Woodlawn Road staff very friendly. Second stop, Stone Road staff curt, and in too much of a hurry. It was a Friday, which I get is often dress down day but their version was just too unprofessional.

The ladies at Service Ontario on Woodlawn at Silvercreek are absolutely amazing. Roberta and the staff there were all very helpful and very friendly. That were all busy all the time but found the time to be efficient and helpful. Thank you ladies!

The best Service Ontario location I’ve ever been. Staff is very efficient. I had two requests and it was done in 5 mins.

Terrible experience trying to renew my health card at this dump. Not to mention I was in need of medical attention. I could have died and they didn’t care.

I had gone to this location for the first time, and the wait time was next to none. The staff are helpful, and friendly. It seem's to be more quiet compared to the Stone Road location. But due to Covid, that might not be the case at the moment.

Wonderful experience at this service Ontario! The workers were all polite and very helpful and quick, I've even called in quick to ask a couple questions and they had no problem answering them since they weren't busy.

I had bad experiences in this place, the girl told me different prove of my address for 2 days.

First counter on left side, Camera level is wrong! Photo ID camera must be in EYE level. Other all cameras are fine.

Can't rate it higher that this, when I arrived, service number 82, I was 116. Waited 80 minutes. Only seemed that there were two or three people service customers. Service is not the proper word here.
I also tried to come on three previous occasions and could not wait to get "service".
Nothing against the people, but this is ridiculous

The place was very busy but all booths were opened and wait time was less than half hour.

Waited almost 2 hours to be told they aren't a "full service" Service Ontario and that we will need to go to another office to be helped. This should be posted somewhere! Talk about frustrating.

First of all, you need to make people aware of the "CASH" only charge for a Commissioner fee as we don't all carry cash anymore! Secondly, when I arrived at your location you were serving #49 and the number I was able to pick was #88. Not my problem that it's busy and maybe you are under staffed. So, when it's my time to be served and I need more than a sticker and it takes a little longer, don't give me attitude. I was served by this " little uneducated girl " and she glowed with attitude. Ridiculous.

It is the best place to go to get the right information. The girls are very friendly, very helpful and always welcome you with a big smile. I deal with them over 20 years and never had any issues there I went to Kitchener office once only and left very unhappy. They couldn't even explain how should I deal with my problem and the stuff there was rude. Went back to Guelph Office, my problem was solved in less than 5 minutes, left the office again very happy. Thank you Guelph Office for hard work and an amazing people working there.

This is easily the friendliest, most efficient service Ontario I have ever been to. I had a few things to take care of and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly! Highly recommend!

Most of the employees here are very rude. They are super slow and act like they are working for free. Once you get upto the counter, they always rush you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years now and the service has not changed. So glad that there is another location that I can go to now.

Uh, wow. The efficiency here is stunning. Walked in and thought I'd be there for an hour at least. 10 minutes later and I'm out the door. They should give seminars to all other government agencies.
