Some of the staff here are kind and helpful and others are hostile and condescending. Even first thing in the morning. I've got a great tip: while you are waiting in line, decide if you want to be disrespected or not and when your turn comes up, let someone behind you go ahead if you don't like the staffer who calls you.

Did a double vehicle transfer, and they got it done very quickly even with a trainee at the desk, even the wait was very short in and out in 20 minutes on a weekday at noon.

My car license and my health card ran out. Walked in. 5 or 6 people in line. Only took just about 5 minutes and I was out again.

Very quick and friendly. Got in line when it was nearly at the door and only spent about 15-20 mins waiting. Everyone there seemed upbeat and in good spirits!

Staff are very rude. I was calling to fix an error on their end and they just hung up on me because they know they were in the wrong. Awful service, awful staff. Definitely don’t recommend unless you would like to be treated like a child.

Just left service Ontario and the younger light brown haired woman with the intense eyebrows attended us. I don’t understand the reasoning of the attitude we received. She kept cutting my partner off then started lecturing him for not having all the paperwork. She also at one point started pointing at paperwork we had there and speaking down to us like you would a child. Extremely condescending for no reason. When handing things back to us just being rude and giving things back in a hautley way. Only looking at us when she was lecturing us otherwise when we spoke to her wouldn’t look our way very dismissive. I truly don’t understand why she felt the need to be so rude. The woman beside us even looked at our direction during this interaction.

If I could rate them a zero I would because the lack of customer service is incredible. Ive never experienced so many staff members rude for absolutely no reason. The lady who processed my Heath card was so aggressive and impolite and I have absolutely no idea why, I had all the proper documentation and ID laid out quickly and ready to go, so it's not like she was waiting for me to be ready I have no idea what her problem was, everything went smoothly expect her attitude. From the second I walked up she had an issue and I hadn't even said anything.

While waiting in line I heard so many dehumanizing and talking down to of the customers in that office it was unbelievable.
They spoke to people like they were children and spoke loudly at them almost to the point of yelling. At first I thought maybe it was just a couple people who are being difficult but I soon found out everyone was treated like this.

I don't understand how these women are still employed, this is a service we pay for and these are the people they've chosen? !
Single-handedly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life and there are some places that lack service but this by far takes the cake.

Wednesday 23 February 2022 12: 45PM. Went up there for my health card, lady sitting at the first seat when you enter the door wearing a grey top. She started yelling at me just for putting up the wrong date as I was not sure what goes in that column. I felt really humiliated and suppressed by her behaviour. I asked her to please calm down several times but her tone kept rising. She was just yelling at me without even listening to my side of explanation when all other visitors were listening to all my personal information. Very disappointed and unfortunately have to deal with this again as it it Govt place and I need to get things done.

They have changed the system there and the waiting line is outside during Covid-19 pandemic in Spring. Usually you will be done in 30 minutes. Nice people and lots of parking. I prefer this ServiceOntario location comparing to the one that is in downtown

Went in a couple weeks ago. My first, and last time using this location. Went in to try and get something done on behalf of friends living out of the country (with a 3rd party government form, signed by my friend), and, after waiting in line for 25 minutes, the lady I dealt with was rude, yelled at me, told me that I couldn't do the procedure I was trying to do, and basically made an embarrassing scene. If this wasn't a cushy, protected, government-run organization, she would be unemployed.

Always very friendly. Whenever I walk in there is a line of typically 5-15 people but they are always very quick, typically a license sticker or basic other form like that takes maybe 5 minutes with the workers, who are always friendly and helpful.

Very efficient service from friendly, knowledgeable staff. That's a tough job, with a lot of face time with people predisposed towards being angry, and anyone who can manage to still be lovely and smile deserves a medal.

First time user of this Service Ontario but I was deeply impressed by the 17 minutes I was in there. There was about 19-20 people in front of me but the line moved quickly and efficiently. The service ladies were not taking any sh*t from anyone and thus I was in line for 16 minutes and had my new health card papers ready and signed in approx. 45 seconds before I was out the door and back in my car again.

Never have I received such speediness from any Service Ontario- province wide. Will always be coming back here for future needs however will never recommend this place as it would be counteractive to share word of this beautiful quick moving government establishment.

I had walked down to this location on the coldest day of the year with my mom, and if I'm being blunt, for a place called "Service" Ontario, the customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady's working that day were short with each other and spoke to my mother in an extremely rude and condescending tone. I live a couple blocks away, but I've found it easier to save myself the trouble of dealing with the staff and just go over to the branch downtown.

Wonderful service from the woman I just spoke to. Very professional and optimistic, love the positive energy!

On a side note though this place REALLY REALLY irritates me whenever I need something relating to license or health cards.you have to call like 15 times to get someone to actually pick the phone up, impossible to get info from this place. All the side numbers they want you to call dont pick up or even ring either. Huge joke.

Once again going to be calling the OTHER service ontario locations to actually get service, thanks guys.

Unorganized and unprofessional customer service. This location is a prime example of why kiosks should be brought back into convenient locations. There was absolutely no organization of the line and servicing customers. It was just muddle chaos and when asked why people weren't subject to the line, I was explained to that one gentleman is a dealer and he takes priority over the regular people in line. That associate then made a disparaging remark about me to another customer and they shared a laugh together.

I see no reason why a dealer would take priority over people standing in line. Nor do I see a valid reason why someone entering a Service Ontario office without all the proper paper work and ID should be allowed to save their spot and have the associate sit idly while they run out to their car to grab what they should have had all along.

This location is a great example of why kiosks should be back in our malls and convenient locations. Why wait in line, when it doesn't even matter? A dealer can just stroll right in and get serviced immediately. Why? Why does someone get to keep their spot in line when they don't have all the document and required paperwork ready to complete what they came to do? It holds up everyone else.

When the workers are rude and unpleasant, and in this case it's just one, the woman at the far left who thinks it's ok to joke about customers and laugh at their expense. You are a terrible person and an awful representation of customer service.

Please bring back kiosks and also consider closing this location down. Poorly organized, no defined lines for waiting. I've been to several Service Ontario locations and have been treated with respect and kindness. Why can't this location keep it up? They don't want to be there, so shut them down and replace with a kiosk. You can service 3 times the amount of customers in the time it takes on of your associates to utter the words "next in line please".
