It’s the worst service Ontario ever, two people working the counter and over 75 people waiting

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to turn in my license which was my own fault obviously, but the lady cut up my VALID health card AND PASSPORT? She was also waving the scissors at me like a genuine psychopath so to the literal bag of bones with blonde hair, kick rocks love<3

Great experience here. I arrived about 25 minutes before opening to transfer ownership of a gifted vehicle. 3 people ahead of me at that time. Was in and out by 5 minutes after opening. Staff were kind and service was quick. Very impressed and happy with the experience.

This second time I came here. Even I come 5 minutes before time. They are like we are close already. They saw you walking in and close the sign and say sorry even you came 5 minutes before but your work takes 10 minutes so we are close for you. So don’t recommend.
If wanna get work done any work done make sure calculate time. Don’t even deserve 1 start I would give negative if I have option

In general, SO has the issue of “consistent inconsistency of information” - agent ask for different documents from website; what document you need is at first this by agent and then that by manager; going to different windows/locations would ask you for different documents; each time of your visit encounters some different documents to add. … it’s hard to get things done, and proof I am I. Regular citizen who don’t live on government welfare yet should just give up, save your admin fee to then and live a life without “government paper”

2023 July.this place suprises me every time. This place offers Fastest service i ever saw in government related tasks. Almost are fast but some exceptionally good they go well above and beyond.
As an example i went in for drivers license renewal, girl at counter asked how about health card.yes that's expiring.she renewed it then reminded me for number plates. She looked it up by plate number. I didn't know km's on one of the vehicle she let me go out find the number come back in its like 4 minutes.and as soon as return she helped me and with in another minute renewed all done. WoW amazing.
I was about to ask if this location is some kind of 3rd party provider to government or is a private location. Keep up the good work

2020. Not crowded like GTA in and out with in 30minutes in peak hour.

What a frustrating experience. Went for the first time to get my son’s health card renewed and was told that at age 16 he had to be with me (not an issue, that was my fault). I asked what all we had to bring and the representative told me just his birth certificate and proof of address. Went back a second time with my son on a different day and was denied because the proof of address was “insufficient”. Got a different proof of address and went back for the third time only to be told he also needs his debit card with his signature, which of course he didn’t have on him since he uses his phone to pay everything. How difficult is it to clearly articulate EVERY item needed in order to renew a health card? Even the website does not specify all of the documentation needed. HORRIBLE customer service.

Well I waited and it was fast service not like old days sit for hours, within 10 minutes I was already at the window. But I wasn't ready so I skipped a number then got back to the window without having to start over, awesome that's how customer service is *****

Once you take the number, with in 10-15 minutes, your number will be called, depending on the no of people waiting.
As long as you have all info and docs, it will go smooth. Very clean place and good customer service.

Went here today at 3.30 PM to get the address updated on my driver’s license because I could not do it online. I am very satisfied with the quick and efficient way the staff handles the requests. Even though there was long queue, they still kept processing everyone quickly. I was free in around 10 minutes! Much appreciated! Thanks!

This place is very unorganized and the staff need training and management support.
I was renewing a license, paid my fees and was supposed to receive my license only to find out a staff didn't input the correct address.wow.
So it wasn't mailed properly and returned. I was told I have to go in.
I came in and the staff saw the error, was confused about it, asked me 4 times what my correct address was and tried to charge me money for their error.
I was shocked and asked does that make sense and what's the policy. She hurried and got her manager who was just as confused and said well where's your tempt license and receipt? Because I didn't have that they said of then I have to charge you.
So they know there's an error.they saw it.they know they know they made the error.but they used policy to make it my error.
I paid but was confused by the thought process of this system. I work at a high end chain store and if a branch was this poorly run everyone would be fired.
Anyways. I cant give them a 0 so 1 star will do

Went there today due to issues with my health card. Was told there was an end date on my card years back. (I had left the province for school) the lady said it’s probably due to an expired work/student visa. I’m Canadian. Racism shouldn’t be so casually expressed at a Government of Canada office. Not all Canadians are white. Please review sensitivity training with staff. We live in Windsor of all places and I’m disgusted and hurt by this assumption.

I've always had pretty awful customer service with this SO and I'm writing this review now because of my father's experience. He went in here to get the UVIP for a car he used to own; for some reason the worker didn't want to give it to him even though she had it up on the screen. My father ended up going to another SO where they gladly got it for him.
