Staff helpful are helpful. They answered some of my questions over the phone as well which saved a lot of time.

Arrived at 8: 27 and was second in line for the 9: 00 opening. By 9: 00 the line was quite long behind me. People seemed to be moving through quickly.

I called to ask if they can help me with my problem and they said they can so I went the other day waited for 2 hours since it's rush and no slot for appointments. When it's my turn the girl just said they can't do it in a rude way given that I asked them on the phone before going.

I went there a few times, always a great service. I think her name is Steacy. She did wonderful, definitely cares and knows her costume service. Fast place especially around 11: 30

Understaffed and should learn how to better estimate the capacity to handle the demande.
People waited for 1 hours yesterday in the line up, then all of the sudden one of the employees came out and informed everyone that the office is closing and they are not taking any more persons.
Please have more respect to your customers time.

What a miserable place. 110 people ahead of me. I never seen anything like that, even from the 3rd world country that i left behind. I’ve been living in Canada for 21 years, what I saw today is heartbreaking. You lose a day to finish a simple task, that’s a loss of a day income. My time, my life is worthless for them. Whoever is responsible for that should loose their job and even prosecuted. Outrageous!

Very long queue, terribly slow service. Prepare to spend 5-6 hours standing (NOT sitting) in line.

Very very slow, I’ve been there 3 days in a row and still haven’t talked to anyone, I guess I’ll go back tomorrow.

Showed up at 10am on Saturday (today) "just in case", by which time the lineup was a solid 40 people outside the entrance. I was lucky that someone said aloud that the lineup means nothing, and that you have to take a number in the office and then wait your turn. With that, I waited until 12: 30 to finally be called - B97 - and went in confident that I'd finally get this dealt with. I brought every item on the ID list to renew a health card, only to be told after five more minutes of standing there that I needed *more* (EDIT: On visit #2, someone finally explained that they want documentation to prove Ontario residency for each of the years your card was not renewed; still dumb, but at least it's a definitive answer).

This place is supposed to help people renew their stuff, but they didn't help at all. Also, despite them specifically asking me why I was renewing it, they didn't seem to care that I told them that I need medical care right now. Then she stopped talking, like she was waiting for me to thank her. "Universal health care". Yeah, right!

Epilogue: I was finally able in July to prove to their satisfaction that I'm a human. I pretty much had to beg.then they sent my card to my old address. JFC.

Very bad experince, The clerk his name is Carl was very rude, unknowledgeable, with unaccepable coarse language.what a shame!

Very quick and all my questions answered, I was in and out in a short amount of time. Great staff!

Went there on Saturday afternoon and it was super busy as any other Saturday. The staff is very well trained and they are polite, explains and answers all your questions patiently. The supervisor at this location is doing an amazing job running the show single handedly, quickly processes applications, always wearing a smile no matter what and handling the difficult cases in a great way. We waited for an hour but it was worth the wait. Kudos! Keep up the good work team.

I booked an appointment beforehand, which sped things up for me tremendously. If you can fill out any required paperwork/forms beforehand (look online), that would also make things faster for you and the staff. Carl was very efficient, helpful, and pleasant despite the fact that it was quite busy. No complaints!

Been here to do passport photos, car registration, etc. The service is often slow, but they get the job done effectively when you can bear the wait times. The area is crowded so maybe explore the mall during your wait

Very efficient staff, we are thankful to them. Though there was a big crowd, they does an amazing job to serve everyone quickly. The token numbers moves faster than you expect.

Waited for nothing.
I got a queue number and waited 3 hrs and the staff told me that I will need to go to another office to get my OHIP (Ottawa city hall).

One of the best service Ontario I have visited yet. Super efficient and supportive staff. They do have long queues but they are super fast. They service 30+ people within an hour so don't get scared by the number u get when u arrive here.

Lineup is always horrendous. Went to stittsville location and was out in 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Stay away from this location unless you get there early.

Unfortunately I witnessed a horrendous employee tell a special needs human being who had been waiting in line long before I even got there be told because they didn’t take a number and was waiting in line patiently that they would not be seen due to not having said number. Very unclear to take a number as I had to ask another person if I should take one. The special needs human being was very distraught and left very upset clearly due to waiting for nothing. I have never been more disgusted by this treatment of a human being who clearly wasn’t as able bodied as I am nor would have the confidence to ask someone what the correct procedure was. The employee in question was absolutely disgusting and should be reprimanded and removed from this position. The special needs human being will now need to return another day due to this absurd treatment. I recommend you never attend this service ontario. This is the capital of Canada and these pretentious employees think it’s okay to treat special needs HUMANS in this manner. This was the most disgusting and horrendous treatment of a human being I have ever seen by public service employee. Do not frequent this location. I still am visibly upset on how this HUMAN was treated. I went to go look for them as I wanted to give them my number but they had already left clearly upset. These employees need a refresher on how to treat humans as they are not the judge nor the juror of how people get served. Especially when it was clear that this human has special needs. Unbelievable treatment.
