If you're a work permit holder you can't apply for health card here. So please don't go. However, customer service is good so you can go for other applications.

Younus is the men I want to see he goes above and beyond to help his client, he never disappoint me every time I go to this Service Ontario at Kingston rd.and Lawrence avenue he take care of me and my family he enlighten my day, words can not explain my satisfaction, so kudos to Younus really appreciate your time and your expert.

I had to do 5 complex changes involving company vehicles today. I am very pleased that the service Ontario attendant helping me was Younes! He was fast and personable and helped walk me through all the steps. He was patient and funny. Overall a great experience.

Staff allow people to skip the lineup all the time. Someone walked in today and right up to the counter where I had just finished, skipping a line that went all the way out the door. Even when they were called out on it, the staff still served him.

This also happened earlier when I was waiting in line as well. They have separate kiosks for car dealers but this was just the regular service lineup. With all the posters up asking people to treat the workers here with respect, the clients should also be treated the same way.

Honestly, this is an abysmally run office and the staff are generally incompetent (a supervisor had to help every single person behind the counter with EACH customer) and the lineup is almost always out the door and down the block, but the fact that certain people can walk in and skip the line is just absurd.

The people that work here are absolutely ignorant and super rude.
I went in asking for a commercial driver's record. The lady printed me a regular driver's record. I went back into to get it corrected. And a new lady helped me.she then started super rude and once I called her out on it she became even more rude.like fix your attitude lady

I've had to come to this location twice now. My original location (Kennedy and Lawrence) is now closed. Both times I came to the Kingston location, I was in and out very fast. The first time was a total fluke but the second time I got there 15 min before they opened. The lady that helped me was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable for a Monday morning. I was quite pleased each time I was at this location

Younis was helpful and experienced in his line of work, most importantly had a great attitude

Visited this Service Ontario Centre to register my new vehicle and was new to the process. Centre representative Yonnes was very helpful explaining the requirement of all necessary documents and was of great help to guide and assist during this registration. Thanks a lot for a great customer experience.

Younis really take care of us at this Service Ontario. I took my parents to get their Ontario ID and Health Card and received first class service from Younis. Highly recommend.

Very long wait time but the service was good. Expect 2-3 hours typical wait time and there aren't any chairs to sit on. The line up is typically outside the place.

Stop picking people from in between the line. You guys need more public booth instead of dealer.

Horrible location. They have 5 kiosk/agents and 4 of them are busy helping dealerships. They have dealership customers walking in and getting priority while regular people has to wait for hours.
These rep has horrible attitude issues and lacks customers service skills.

This is hands down the most VILE place I have ever been. It smells and looks like a flop house.

If you're covid cautious DO NOT go here. Its a small room, no open doors, dutty people crammed in shoulder to shoulder. Eejits hacking up a lung and sneezing and no one wearing a mask.

Service Ontario should really rethink how they operate here.

Slow slow slow. Poor body language and attitude from staff. Constantly huffing and puffing while I’m the one standing in line for 45 Minutes. Let’s gooooo!

The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a lot quicker to get through than most Service Ontario offices.

I have been coming to this branch for over a decade. The people behind the counter are amazing, professional, and genuinely care to help in often complicated transactions. Today i had a great experience with Yonnes applying for my handicapped permit here in the Province. Always courteous, efficient, and very pleasant experience!
