No lineups and amazing customer service! Applied for a new health card and it was fast and smooth

Same as the other comments, fast service but you’ll be scared of your own picture on your driver’s license for a few years till you renew it again, AWFUL picture and then one of the other employee came over to checked out my picture too and probably had a GOOD LAUGH after i left, INTENTIONAL? Yay, NEVER AGAIN!

Called Grimsby location to ask a simple question, each time I started with “can I ask a question…” the woman would hang up immediately. This happened three times in a row. Really? Why have a phone line? At least have a number listed where you can ask questions and get a response.

The lady on the phone picks up says "service Ontario grimsby" then hangs up right away I called 3 times in a row and she keeps hanging up then I called on a different number and I got the same thing I called on Feb. 8th just before 3pm whoever was on the phones couldn't be bothered to do her job today
