I haven't been able to get anything done from this center but I am content that I was given the correct information both the times. First for Health Card and then for Ontario Card. The staff was co-operative and guided me nicely where I could get both these made.

Great service by Sarah. She knows what she’s doing. There was a brown guy who asked me to write my address last time when I went there to change it. He made me fill all the information. This time I went for an address change Sarah did not ask me to do anything. I waited for 3 mins and boom it was all done. My entire information was updated without me lifting up a pen this time to fill up something that I was NOT supposed to fill last time. Sarah Rocks! Guess somebody needs some coach back on how to do things correctly. Sarah please train your colleagues so that you guys are on the same page. Thanks

Its true they don’t deserve even a portion of single star. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever got in this location. They talk very rudely and give very annoying expression. Never go in this location if you have extra time prefer to go another location. I just moved from Ottawa to here and I experienced what i heared about these people. No work ethics and no manners at all.

Everyone here is so rude I am under 18 and had this proof of address thing from my bank like how else do you want me to get a proof of address I don't have bill payments. She was just so rude like they just make you so mad and she straight up told me I can't renew my health card at all firstly she gave me false information because I went to the Chrysler location right after and they renewed my health card within 5 minutes. These people at this location clearly don't like their jobs giving the worst customer service ever. I will advice you to not go here its a waste of time.

They don't deserve any one star they just deserve zero 0. Recently visited this location to three times just to get health card for my mother.they refused all times and every time they create some issues u don't have bank statement u have thumbprint on passport.last time I have all identity proof which we need for health card then they again refused.all are treated us very rudely.the all four laddies are same they need money for job but don't know how to treat a people.bad service don't go on this location. Choose gateway location.

Pretty good considering what it is. I don't think they get a lot of people in wheelchairs though because the last seemed pretty surprised that she has to re-aim the photo machine to be able to take my picture. Another person in line practically tried to push herself into where I was just before I was finished. The place isn't really set up to deal with wheelchairs in my view. Too crowded and the people are too aggressive. There's no way to ensure the safety of disabled people with a physical disability who enter. I have 4 stars because the rep was nice.

Don't come here for getting first time new health card. Go to 1 Gateway blvd, Brampton.

Writing this just outside this service Ontario branch after coming out. I have not seen this kind of unprofessionalism at any other service Ontario. A girl with black suit and hair tied up high over head having a chewing gum into her mouth and for around 30 minutes I was inside she is not able to talk to the clients properly due to chewing gum inside her mouth and when she is speaking it sounds rude and unprofessional way. May be I am wrong in guessing that a highly professional service Ontario service allows it's employees to keep chewing gum into their mouth while serving clients. But sounds like a highly professional way to do a job in an office environment. Please excuse me if I am wrong in my observation.

The staff at this location are wonderful and never given me a hard time. They are very knowledgeable and If I'm ever missing documents they let me know exactly what I need to complete the transaction. They always go above and beyond to help me and our company. I would highly recommend this location for your service Ontario needs.

I was confused about some things they were telling me so the lady had to go get the manager to explain… the manager was extremely rude to me, to the point she told me to go and drive with an expired license.so I left to go to a different location. I work in customer service, I know what good customer service is…I would rather wait in a 3 hour line than deal with her. The young man who helped me at the Chrysler location was 5 stars and explained everything to me very nicely

First time dealing with this location and I had an amazing experience. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to PAWAN (manager) who helped me through the whole process and made it quick. I highly recommend this place.

Service was fast.location wasn't busy like most of other location. The staff seems like very depressing and sad.they definitely could use some smile on their faces.

Recently visited this location 3 times just to get a new health card for my wife, as she the new to the country. First two times been refused and were sent back just because she had thumbprint on her passport and she didn't have a bank statement, meanwhile we got a printed paper from the bank stating her name and full address and a stamp from the bank, still got refused as per lady working there they only accept bank statements with a specific pattern as if computer robots accept only what they are coded to do anything else they will give an error.
We waited until we got the bank account statement. Once we had the bank account statement, went there for the 3rd time and almost got refused again as she was again going on about the thumbprint on the passport, luckily my wife had a Credit card which she couldn't refused this time. We were given a form to fill up on side while she continued to help others. As I noticed she was so polite with some Punjabi Canadians, she was explaining everything in Punjabi language so nicely to them. When it was time to do our job she put on that mean face again, as she was checking the PR card and CC, when she was done with them she kinda threw that at my wife, we were so shocked at why she was treating us like that? I couldn't help but wonder that why she was treating us completely different then others that we witnessed.
I don't know her name but she sits at far left side of the counter by the wall at this service ontario location, she is this short lady with glasses.
If there were a negative star she would only deserve that kind of review.

1st time going into this location, it’s was quick in and out kind of service. The person who helped me was friendly and helpful. Office it’s not appealing

5 stars. If there were 10 I would give them 10. I wasn’t sure if this is a decent location to goto but I am glad i did ended up going to this one. I was dealing with PAWAN and her customer service is amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate my request for dropping off a vulnerable sector check. She even gave me a receipt for successfully dropping off the document with them. She assisted me with renewing my health card after as well. I am extremely happy with the way she took care of these things. 10 stars and I am sure if you goto this location you won’t be disappointed as long as you take the right documents with you.

This was my first visit here and I am extremely happy. Thank you for this exceptional customer service Pawan.

Friendly staff and really helpful. Staff at this location is have better knowledge than other locations.

I was worried about coming because of the reviews. But I was just here (3pm) and I had a great experience. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes and the lady who took care of me was so sweet.

Yall need to learn to pick up the phone. I dont understand what youre getting paid for dead a55. Literally you can call any time of the day during business hours and these bafoons dont answer. Even when you go in, the staff is entitled and very rude (with the exception of one girl that used to have green/blue hair). FIX UP.
