Terrible. Trying to transfer ownership. Clerk required more documents, and after leaving to get then, upon return, clerk decided she needed more documents requiring another trip.

I visited office “082” on fairview in Burlington “OPA” on Friday in the afternoon for my personal vehicle as I see these fantastic ladies and Sam everyday. I had visited to register my used Mercedes Benz convertible. I was helped by Sam today, They have always been so helpful and today it was such a thorough and quick process, they informed me what I needed before I arrived and they swiftly and seamlessly helped me out. I’d like to thank Sam and all the ladies there for their continuous help and amazing customer service.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I had a quick and efficient service. Came after a long weekend to update an address on a vehicle permit and it was just a couple of minutes, including waiting in a line of few people. Way better, than in Toronto.

Friendly staff, but a bit slow in processing everyone. Line ups can be long, depending on time of day.

This is my second time being in the area and needing to use Service Ontario and using this location.
There is one guy with red hair and beard who is super efficient. He was taking care of customers very quickly.
I had to renew my license and health card, which required a new picture, and he completed the task in literally minutes.

They spelt my name wrong on my Ontario photo card after seeing it written correctly on my health card and passport. It's not hard. It's 5 letters. It's actually unbelievable.

Not all Service Ontario places are created equal. They are privately owned and operated. I've been to SO in the Power Centre Plaza on Brant St by Silvercity Cinema and it is TERRIBLE and unfriendly and unhelpful. However I've discovered the exact opposite to be true of the SO on Fairview St by Napolean restaurant. If you can choose wisely!
