Got the run around in other locations (3 hours) went home to get other docs not listed on Bellevilles' required docs.stopped here just to see. The problem was solved in minutes without the use of said docs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. In and out in 5 minutes.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We had Lisa assist us, and she was so kind and friendly and made the process so easy.

My second visit since moving to Trenton, on both occasions I found the service excellent! No waiting, All wickets were open. The staff was helpful and served with a smile. They are living up to their name "SERVICE Ontario. Great job folks.

I arrived at a not-so-busy time of the day, there's a sign requesting that only 3 customers at a time be inside the office and I waited only for a couple of minutes before one of the three people left. The agent who served me was quite pleasant, contrary to what I have come to expect from government offices. I was in and out within 10 minutes and accomplished what I had come to do with no issues.

Absolutely miserable human beings. I'd rather drive an hour any direction to avoid dealing with the ignorant people here.

Great experience. Walk in, quick knowledgeable and friendly staff. I registered a new vehicle, renewed the license on my other vehicle, applied for a new drivers license that required a photo and renewed my health card. In and out in 15 minutes! Fantastic!

They never answer the phone like never. Yes I always call during open hours. Also, the staff have very poor clientele service its awful. Never smile, always rude and ignorant. However, they are efficient its quick.

Whenever I have business to take care of at Service Ontario, Trenton is my go-to. Super efficient and wait times are minimal.

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE
Miserable people, not sure why if you hate your job so much that you would continue?
I believe it is their objective at this location to be as unhappy as possible. Good luck

Convenient hours, little wait time and no appointments nessessary and open Sat. Excellent. This is what Belleville should be doing In a larger center. Saturdays should be a must.

Had a Question to ask via phone call and tried 8 times to get through, the line was either busy or no answer with no message option, what's up with that, shouldn't have to go stand in a line to ask a simple question.

Trenton Service Ontario is the best "Service Ontario" office between Brockville and Oshawa hands down. I refuse to go to the one in Belleville. It should be called Disservice Ontario.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Been going here the last 5 years I've only ever had someone polite and helpful a couple of those times.

These ladies regularly deal with horrible people, yet are always cheery when I'm at the counter.

I had a great experience at this location last week. The line moved at a good pace and upon reaching the counter, the staff were courteous and efficient in helping me transfer my ownership to my new vehicle. It was a professional environment and the staff seemed to get along well. Overall I was happy with my visit to this office. Thank you!

You might swell just go to Belleville, this location doesn't handle everything and there is nothing stated on the outside signage that I saw that says we are not a full service location.

Service Ontario needs to train their staff in customer service. There is no where to park. Parking at Freshco across the street is not allowed.

On July 26/2019 my wife to get her Ohip photo done but since her stroke in May has some severe health problems. When we got into service Ontario office i asked people in line up if i could move ahead of the line they had no problem with that as my wife was being sick and could not standup the first staff person asked me to move to the last staff person.when i got there a (gentleman?) had a fair amount of document to process (Car dealer? Anyway asked lady how long it would be she said a couple of minutes in fact by the time she got done, it was ten minutes later and i asked her again and was told the same thing. I would have been better to stand in line which would have been quicker. Neither the staff person or whoever he was, did not have the common courtesy to let my wife get looked after first as she could barely sit in her walker. These two people should be ashamed of themselves, to the Staff lady i think your attitude was disgusting also the other person, no manners. Do not know what nationality this person was.

Always treated well. Sometimes line ups but to be expected. Parking in FreshCo or kitty corner works well.

Arrived at 1230pm and was assisted with a health card request almost immediately. Not a huge lineup as in other places.
