Super smooth experience! I made an appointment online. This allowed me to bypass the line of people waiting inside. Time elspased between my arrival, seeing an employee, getting my license and health card renewed (including taking photos), and leaving the office was exactly 5 minutes.

Went there today to renew my drivers license and health card. There was a line when I got there late in the day but it moved pretty quickly. When I got to the counter my request was handled promptly and efficiently. Even better, the staff were quite pleasant to deal with. I’ll definitely go back.

I went to register my marriage but apparently only one location in Toronto (47 Sheppard) can do this. There is nothing on Service Ontario website that mentions this information. Seems like this would be important information to make public to not waste everyone's time

Privatization DOES NOT GET BETTER SERVICE!

In the good old days you coukd call a service ontario office and in seconds get an answer.

I tried for over a half hour on the phone.git nowhere.had to go in person and wait.and wait and wait and wait.

Although the line gets long no matter what time you go, this location is great for being straight-to-the-point. Their staff, Carina, not only took great care of what I needed, listened and paid attention to detail, was very informative to myself and others, but as well as going out of her way in promising to take care of me and letting me return back since didn’t have a certain required document that was left at home. Her and the man working beside were very friendly and provided great customer services to clients.

Terribly slow and uncaring group of people. Always have a rude edge to them. You know there’s an issue with this monopoly when the first thing you see is a large poster that states they don’t tolerate abuse of staff. Uhmmm, maybe everyone needs to be trained in customer care? I waited in line and witnessed customer after customer being terribly serviced. Kind of an icy moronic name - “Service Ontario “

Everyone seemed nice except the girl I got who was very rude even though I was polite, just because I had studied abroad for a few months and didn’t know I had to go to a different location. Wait times were fine (Friday afternoon in May)

There is someone her customer service is poor. I asked my drivers abstract n I told her it’s my first time & showed my email n everything what I want & still she made mistakes & I have to pay $24 instead of $12 it’s not about only money it’s about her service. Need to work out politenesse, the way she talks n asked me that makes me very uncomfortable there. Not really kinda nice. It’s bit rude. N I don’t want to describe her here how she looks. Otherwise people will recognize her & I don’t want that. Thank you.

Small place, located Inside the mall. They don’t do health card service for work permit holders

I really had Wonderful experience. The staff was so gentle and kind and even supported me in a very well manner. I had some missing documents and the service person guided me well and even let me bypass the queue during my next visit.

Great place for all your service ontario needs. Line ups really depend upon the time of the day you are going and your luck. Overall Really helpful staff. Staff member name carina is one of the best there and really helpful.

Line is always long but usually the wait is about 15 minutes. No one loves the dmv but they accomplish what you require

Dealt with a older lady with all grey hair & purple stripe bangs…. Incredibly rude and terrible service. I could tell the other clerk were trying to reason with her so she could understand our situation (we have spoke to another clerk days before at service Ontario asking for the required documents). She was not listening & basically made the whole time as difficult as it could of been. We did not get anything done & will have to come back. This is probably why the line up at service Ontario is always hours long ….

One of the best ServiceOntario’s I’ve been to. The line can sometimes be long but I don’t mind waiting because everyone is so helpful. Carina went above and beyond to help when dealing with Estate items.

Quick and prompt and polite service by the staff once I got to the counter. Sure I had to wait abit before I got to the counter, but the staff were literally working non-stop trying to see as many people as possible so I honestly don't mind chilling on my phone.

I've used this Service Ontario several times now and it's a really mixed bag. I've been there when the lines were short and the service was fantastic. I've also been there when the lines were long and the service was just awful. I'll relay a couple of instances.

First the swift, helpful and courteous service. I went here for issues pertaining an address change. The line was short and the gal was incredibly helpful when I got to the counter. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Another time about four months after the previous experience I went there again. This time the line was wrapped around down the hall and the wait was well over an hour. When I finally got to the counter I was met with one of the crankiest folks I've ever dealt with at a Service Ontario. She wanted any excuse to deny me what I was asking for. I had looked up the requirements online so I knew what documents I needed and after being told no a half a dozen times I told her that either she needs to give me what I asked for or explain why the provincial website requirements were different than hers. Then she gave me what I asked for with a lot of dirty looks and attitude.

I guess it boils down to if you get the right person you're in good shape. If you don't you might be in for a headache.

The service here is amazing! Especially in comparison to the martin grove location.such lovely people:)
