Went in to renew my health card and was in and out in 2 minutes, and the woman helping me was one of the nicest and most pleasant people I've ever encountered!

By far the most efficient service Ontario I've ever been to. I was expecting a long wait but I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Such a great service! Walked in to change my license address and they were so helpful to print a copy of it since I lost my original paper. All in all took 5 minutes.

I went to get my Drivers history record and the representative gave me something else. I confronted and she told that is all it includes.

Definitely representative needs to go under training.

In the end, I ordered the Driver's history record online and it came with all th3 details that I needed.

Looks like now I can not rely on Service Ontario and do it online.: (

Okay so I just had the best experience in my life when it come to service Ontario. This place is so we’ll manage I was flabbergasted. The manager Charlene was the one who atende to me, very polite, calm and professional, this place you get in get a number sit down in less than 5 minutes I was out the door. Please the government has to put Charlene in charge of all Services Ontarios, better yet Charlene should be out next MP.

Went to renew health card and driver's license, very fast and efficient like about ten minutes. Kudos to the people that work there?

No one likes dealing with government stuff, but this place makes it easy.
Needed an ownership replacement, new plates and to register a new vehicle.took 11 minutes.
Quick, painless and pleasant.

Came here around Thursday 1: 30pm to get an address change. Organized and very quick service! No line-ups.

This location is worth the drive. I saved time as there was no line-up. A person stays by the front door to check/ask for symptoms then guides you what to expect inside. Overall, it was a very efficient experience.

This location had fast friendly service. A worker at the door so you don't have to touch the door to enter as well as to regulate the amount of customers in the facility at a time. Dividers have been put in place between workers and customers. They made sure everything was sanitized between customers.

I was here for updating my address on my liscense in morning like 9 am. My experience was pretty nice. It was done in 5 min. The CSR had very friendly tone. So it was a good experience for me.

Good, quick and efficient service at the Dundurn location after the Upper James location sent me packing and threatened to "call the cops" on me. What a welcome change of pace. Perhaps Bev from Upper James could be reassigned to this Dundurn location and be re-trained?

More than satisfied with their service, I renewed my driving license, even during the covid19 issue but still smooth service and fast, the security lady was very welcoming with no stress as other places.the employees inside where just perfect.

I had the best experience here today than any other Service Ontario's I've been to! The lady I had at station 6 was super friendly, helpful and efficient! She was very kind and always smiling. Thank you so much for your help! I also only waited probably about 5 minutes before being served. This location is very fast and efficient. You're in and out in no time.

A much better place now that they've relocated. Unfortunately, there are zero Wheelchair accessible parking lots in front of the Government service. But there are ramps and a automatic door.

I visited this location to renew my licence stickers. It was 11: 05 AM and I had left another location, as I was 20 spots down the line. At this location, I waited for 5 minutes in a clear spacious waiting area. The organization was great as you take your number as soon as you enter and the numbers being called were clearly displayed. When my turn was up, the official greeted me politely and was very helpful. There have been other occasions where the official has looked down on me, or I have observed them treating others in a disrespectful manner.
This is the Service Ontario Center you should visit!

The best service I have ever received at a government office. Waited only maybe 5 minutes and was greeted and acknowledged immediately and with a smile by Jennifer.

I was there to renew license plate. When she asked if I knew how many km I said I'll run to the car she said no problem.

I had questions about the renewal of my license and she answered them quickly and professionally.

Usually any time I've had any dealing with renewals I have waited a minimum of half an hour to an hour an half at Centennial location and Upper Ottawa.

The staff is never as friendly as Jennifer or the other representatives from what I could see.

Will always drive from the East End to this location from now on.

Hopefully I will get Jennifer smiling face.

Visited on a Thursday around 4: 30 and there was no wait. Best Service Ontario I have been to regarding wait times.

Very organized large waiting area; fast service, friendly staff; many services; little waiting time to none.

Very nice place. Updated. Electronic board information. Stuff friendly and very helpfull.
I lost my vehicle id card. I had no idea that I can get it replaced. The stuff member advice that I can get it as long I have the insurance slip with me.

Takes 3 employees to service one person. Only 2 counters open and it’s busy. Terrible service. They literally have 5 employees working and not one person at the counters. Terrible.

Always fast service with the amount of tellers! New location has a lot of more seating and a good system for the numbers while we wait.

Very well organized with queue ticket system, very clean, and the staff is amazing, very helpful, and dedicated. I would recommend this location absolutely. Even at the end of the day, the service is exceptional.

Generally find service speed above average. Staff are courteous and move quickly. Location has ample parking.
It pays to be the “early bird” on Saturdays.

Staff processes requests very promptly. 15 people ahead = a 35min wait during my weekday afternoon visit.

Renewed my sticker today. Was not impressed with the person serving me. I am obviously a female. Didnt appreciate being called a man.

This place is unacceptable! I came to sort out my 2 month olds health card because we didn't get it in the mail. I waited 40+ minutes only to be told they dont do infant health cards. There was no signage or notice of this to let people know. Very irresponsible and disrespectful to customer's time. I had to go to another location and wait another 40+ minutes. This can be challenging when you have a newborn! If you value your time avoid this location.

The gentleman serving me was nice and did his job reasonably well. However, I felt badly for the man at the counter next to me. The woman behind the desk (possibly named Dianne?) said his paperwork wasn't adequate. The man pointed out that the paperwork he had contained every requirement that was needed. The woman still wouldn't accept it.
However, at no point would she explain to him what she WOULD accept. When the man became frustrated, the woman refused to serve him. When he complained that he had waited an hour only to be told that his paperwork was inadequate the woman replied, "Well, that's what you get when you come in on a Saturday. " Standing beside this man, on a Saturday, I was really quite angered by this response.as if somehow showing up at a Service Ontario site on a Saturday was irresponsible. I ALSO had to wait for an hour. NEWS FLASH: Some people work during the week and the Service Ontario hours are so limited that we can't get in before you close Monday to Friday - we have no other choice than to wait for an hour on a Saturday. Some companies anticipate increased demand and staff accordingly.apparently not at this location.

The wait to get to the counter is very short, but the gentleman serving me at the moment is very very slow. He seems new and is constantly asking for help and even making calls. This is all without him apologizing to me for the slow service. I've had a great experience at this place for my driver's license, but today this is pretty bad.

Friendly staff. Easy location with lots of parking. Long wait times unless you're first in line in the morning.

Good and convenient. New location has more counters and seat for waiting. I get my turn in second minute.

The only Service Ontario centre I would go to. Fast and friendly service unlike any of the other locations. Was trying to register an imported motorcycle and none of the three other centres I went to could or wanted to help through the process. The agent named Jennifer I dealt with at the Dundurn centre went above and beyond to help get my bike registered.

Most horrible people ever, Adnan and Courtney are so useless, no since of urgency, I don't know how they hire people like this. Rude, disrespectful, won't go there ever again.
