Made to feel like a petty criminal by the surly battleaxe behind the counter for having unpaid parking tickets. Was nothing but respectful, but told "our system can't split transactions. " I suspect this was a lie. Avoid. Go somewhere where the staff are thankful for not working out in the rain and cold like the rest of us.

. Friendly staff. Helped me fill out my form, no complaints, no hassles, I believe in the Welland office, you need Rude and ignorant during an interview to get the job!

Terrible customer service. Lady with glasses shouldn’t work there. Ignorant, clueless and rude. Get a new job if you don’t want to deal with people. Honestly just go somewhere else.

Older lady with Glasses was absolutely ignorant and rude to my 16 year old daughter! How dare you treat a child this way! You should be thankful my husband took her and I didn't! How dare you treat anybody this way! Don't work for the public if you're going to be so rude to people!

Every time I go here I get redirected to another service Ontario. What is the point of opening this location if you offer no services

I don't think people in this place deserve to be there. Just the minute I walked in, the staff were very rude. She couldn't wait to hear what I wanted to say. I just walk away.
