There should be an option for zero stars. I have been here on numerous occasions and the customer service by one of the staff members is always absolutely terrible. She is extremely rude and unfriendly. On some occasions she has completely ignored questions which we asked her. I will never return.

I went on Saturday at 12: 15
They closed the door because there were 10 people in queue

Went in today at 4: 53pm, yes they close at 5pm…. The lady we had was pleasant and smiled. A young man came in, they called the lady from the back room, her name was Brenda. She was very rude, no smile at all, and said to the young man…. You have 2 mins. Excuse me, but this place of business closes at 5pm…. He came in at 4: 56pm and stood in line, as the other 2 ladies had customers. This lady Brenda needs to find a new job, as she has no idea what customer service is all about, if you happen to come to this location; beware of the older lady named Brenda. I give her one star for her lousy customer service, but to the other 2 …. Deserve 5 stars.

I wish I could provide even less than this, but this is the least they can get. I went for my OHIP billing purpose and when it was my turn to talk to one of them, they heard me and said they don't deal with anything else just OHIP renewals. I wish hiring authorities could provide more training to these staff or add more EE at this center. They are unprofessional, and customer service is far far away, I can say they are not even human beings when they are sitting at that desk. After saying they don't do this service here they told me I should go to service Canada.

I wish these people should at least know this an educated person will always search on Google what things can be done on service Ontario and what on service Canada.

These people need more education, training, on-the-job roles and responsibilities and serving people with basic practice.

Fat midget lady that talks loudly has zero clue about customer service. She calls her bosses on phone when she gets confused but she is not helpful at all. I request everyone to write to their city council and mp mps about this location so something can be done about these low moral females.

Clearly, no one cares to read these reviews or something would change. Same rude lady every-time I go in, speaking condescending to everyone she serves. Talks SO LOUD you can’t even hear the person next to you, she proceeds to call my 16 year old daughter MAAM and if I answered a question for her she completely ignored me stating she’s an adult now she can answer herself. She completely ruined my daughters day with the way she was speaking. In such a tone as she is “looking down” on you for going in there as she blesses you with her exceptional personality.
Don’t employ people who cannot communicate properly with the public. I see so many negative reviews stating the same thing and I’m certain it’s the same woman we are all speaking of. GET A NEW PERSONALITY or find a new job because working with people if not your thing. CLEARLY. You are no better than anyone in there. In fact, my tax dollars go into YOUR pay cheque. Unfortunate, it’s the same people working there and they continue to disservice people in our city. It’s disgusting.

Saturdays, they lock the entrance door, at 12: 30pm and you can't access to the services.
The stuff is rude and arrogant.

Lazy staff was here 10 minutes before they close refuse to take me if you guys don't like your job quit lor update your website that you don't take more people 10 minutes before

They are so rude, they don’t help or tell u any extra information. I went to the same lady twice and she was so rude i teared up and as someone like myself who works in customer service, i would show sympathy to customers but NOPE she looked at me so cold and said she couldn’t help RUDELY. Just truly disgusting people there! I WISH i had her name i would’ve named her IMMEDIATELY.

Whether I am there doing business for my company, or my recent personal transaction at this office, the Friendly atmosphere, patience, overall helpfulness of this Staff has always been fantastic. Thank you!

I usually Dread a trip to Service Ontario. I've had some pretty rude people in the past who make me feel stupid and less Canadian for not havjng the "easy ID" but the ladies working there, o. A Friday to boot, we're helpful, considerate and quite friendly while following me down my ID rabbit hole. I won't dread renewals anymore at this location.

Made fun of my maiden last name like a child then felt the need to show my license to the other employees to further make fun. I've had the name my whole life doesn't bother me. But come on have some professionalism
Rude. And took 30 min to do a 5 min job and print out I even came prepared with all documents and paperwork filled out

Honestly they are very rude. If you don’t know how to treat customers or human beings you shouldn’t work with services even more when they related to the government.

Tried to register my car here and the lady didn’t notice I had the right papers. So I had to drive all the way to Ingersoll where they offered me an excellent service and advice.

Even with the process of my health card the lady was rude and uneducated.

So 2 of the 3 of them need to be trained to deal with people, especially with immigrants. BE PATIENT.

No wonder why they have such a bad comments and score.

Drove all the way from london during the Easter long weekend on the Saturday, the Service Ontario website says that the location is open but we come here and it is closed, poor communication.

Hands down the best Service Ontario experience I've ever had. Friendly and efficient staff; I was in and out in 10 minutes!

Best service I have ever had at a Service Ontario! In and out within 5 minutes, and I was renewing my drivers licence! The women working were super kind:)
