Went in today to change my address and I was pleasantly surprised how customer service friendly this place is, I have been to other service ontario buildings that did not have that quality of customer service and it was a breath of fresh air to see it in this service ontario.

Worst staff, racist with dark skin customers. I went twice there to apply first health card. The lady serving the customer told me to bring the bank statement send at the address. Second time i went there with bank statement as requested from her for address proof. She still didnot accept it. She didnot even look on the paper and directly refused to apply for the health card. Strongly suggesting please dont go there if you are an immigrant. Try the other locations dont waste your time. She was super nice and helping the white people.

Very helpful on a busy Saturday morning! Yes they know their MTO information very well. Noticed this for us and others.

Always the fastest one I have gone to. And helpful in their service. I live in Woodstock and always drive to Ingersoll for ServiceOntario.
