I came here 4 the time and waiting for 1.5 hours and their numbering system is hell. I got my queue no. 3rd time and they said u always missed it and I was continually looking at the screen. They wasted my 1 hour of waiting

Busy place most of the time. Even when it's not busy, service speed is variable. Some people wait 30+ minutes, others 2 minutes. Number calls appear to be not in order.

Been here 30 minutes today, and a dozen people have been called before me when I arrived well in advance of them.

Brutal wait times, tellers taking forever to process the next in line. Talking forever to do there jobs. To busy talking to each other. Been here twice for over an 1hr. Can’t book an appointment cause there 2 weeks out. Just no urgency

Worst experience ever had! Went for getting new health card, tried 3 times and still get denied the reasons were different all the times but all just for one document which was job offer letter, firstly receptionist told about dates until which date or year am gonna work, secondly guy at 12 counter again a date from past time. Third time receptionist said whole information needs to be on one page, dont know why they haven’t told me about all this stuff at very first moment. Got a very poor service at a moment it feels like they are playing because every time i get in new guy came in and tell a new story, fault. Ruined the day.

I inherited my dad's car after he passed away. My 2 brother inlaws came to kingston March 31st 2023 to transfer everything into my name. We were helped out by a wonderful lady at kiosk # 2. She expressed her condolences to us and made the whole matter as simple and quickly as possible. Wish I had of gotten her name but thank you again to this lady for processing everything and getting on our way

Could not have been treated better and we had a complicated transaction involving a few vehicles. The staff were so friendly and considerate.

I've used this service ontario twice now and it's been by far the most efficient and friendly government office I've ever dealt with.

Very organized and well staffed.

This place is a unicorn.
