Very upsetting! Got here at 9am (which is when they open) on a Saturday morning. There was already a huge line up. Waited 2 hours only to be told that they will not be able to service the rest of of who are still outside. They should’ve came out and alerted us sooner instead of having everyone line up and wait so long. It was cold too! Wasted everyone’s time.

So unhelpful and rude staff here. I did not had a hard copy of one document and I requested them so many times to print one in their office but they kept on denying. For one print out, they made me go through all the hustle to go back get hard copy print and come back. They seriously need to consider medical conditions of people and act wisely. Being a medically ill person who uses assistance to walk it’s very hard.
Also, they seem so confused that they have a make phone call to someone for assistance every time there is a customer.

You can have one person controlling the time you close but that same person can be helping. This place is probably the worst experience you can have for a government office. Prepare for 2 hour waits just to be turned away because these people don’t care about you. I’m glad the Government can care more about people OUTSIDE it’s own country more then inside. Maybe spend some of the money being dished out everywhere but here on I don’t know better staff? More people working in a 3 HOUR WINDOW ON A SATURDAY LOL the hours of operation is a joke.

Very badly managed. There are 8 counters but only 3 is working and the lineup extends outside all the way to the end of plaza.

It was raining badly outside and one of the staff was not allowing people to stand in the "appointment line" even though there was no one in that line.

Their staff take their sweet time as if they are on honeymoon with eachother.

Went for my mom’s photo id card. The Asian woman told me she’s not qualified. Then we went to second location. Everything was fine. Got it done in less than 10 mins.

Slow, inept, smelly service, provided by imported trash.

1. Employees should have a working grasp of the English or French languages. This is Canada, not India.

2. Employees should have a working knowledge of employer's policies.

I visited this joke of a location on September 29th to renew my son's & my health card.

I had my (expired) Ontario I. D.card, as well as my PDF receipt & temporary I. D.card. The illiterate fool & his even more inept, idiotic supervisor, tried to deny me service, because my Ontario I. D.card was expired, even though their own policies state that the temporary I. D.can be used, until the replacement arrives.

Avoid this location and the unqualified morons, pretending to provide this crucial service.

In the event that you do need anything from these fools, make sure you know the laws, statutes & policies, or they will try & pass their ineptitude on to you.

I went here to apply for my license plate because of changing province. I brought all the documents with me, but the staff said I didn't meet the requirements. I had to wait in line for more than three hours, but they didn't tell me the specific reason. I went to another place to apply for the same document and it was approved. Don’t go here, the service is too bad. They just think they are right and cannot listen to what others say. I got all my documents from the official side.

What a joke of service provided. The rep can't even tell me what documents I would require when she sent me to a different full service location. So I wasted my time waiting in line at the other location and had to leave since I didn't have the other documents that I wasn't informed on. Learn your processes. It's not difficult.

Excellent services! Even though they may have a line up, I preferred to go to this location on Sheppard and McCowan because of the great service they provide. Once you arrive before closing time you will be served.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in recent history.

I came to obtain a simple plate for a new trailer. I provided all the necessary documents and the person asks, "where is the bill of sale? " I pointed out all the details on the sales invoice. It indicated the deposit by Credit card and the balance by e-transfer. The invoice clearly showed PAID in FULL and yet the rep kept asking for the bill of sale. I called the merchant about the matter and they couldn't believe what was happening. They said they sell dozens of trailers weekly and everyone gets the same type of invoice.

After on very long wait while the rep discussed the issue with her manager over the phone, it was finally determined that I indeed had everything needed as proof of purchase. Sheesh!

The staff had a difficult time understanding what process we needed. They spoke so quietly and could not explain anything properly. When we decided to not proceed with our process, the clerk’s supervisor suddenly came from behind and threw our money back at us. We remained polite and friendly but really disappointed for how we were treated. They have signs everywhere about respecting staff, but the irony is that they clearly don’t give the same respect to clients.

The first staff that served us was very rude. She was not helpful at all with providing information. Also, we noticed that she spoke to us quietly on purpose so we could not understand or hear her (when she talked with her coworker, we heard her conversation from across the room, she talked very loud). It seemed like she did not want to help us, so we left her counter. Terrible service!
I don’t understand why she made it very difficult for us, is it because we said we are international students?
Few minutes later, we lined up again and another staff here helped us with a proper service for making a photo ID card.

Fast and efficient! You can skip the line with an appointment but didn’t have to wait too long between 9-10am.

Seriously? They have the worst service, they talk to you in very inaudible voice, and they don’t understand what you want, you explain to them everything and they just saying “I don’t know”, ”you have to…”and then kick the ball to other places.this place is totally formalism.

The lady asked me for passport and driver's license while applying for photocard. I told her i dont have any thats why im applying for photocard. I only brought marriage cert, birth certificate, and citizenship cert. She said thats not enough.

The website of this location does not clarify the services they don’t provide. It is very frustrating to wait in queue for hours and then being told that they DON’T provide this service. It is not very hard to update the website and I assume they do so in the near future to stop wasting the time of customers.

Went here for my health card. I am lucky I had an appointment. There was so many people waiting and the queue was very long.
The stuff was very professional and helpful.

The only con was the parking. The place itself had none. I had to use one of the restaurants.

This is small center of Service Ontario. It took me around 40-45 mins, because there was a queue for whole process of getting health card. You need to fill up the form and provide documents like passport, ID Card (PR Card will do) and show address proof on phone. That's it.

Consistent Service Ontario level of customer service just like elsewhere. Rude staff.
Good part: Has parking/easily accessible via TTC. Smaller lines on weekdays.

Lined up @ 9: 20 for simple health card & driver license renewal, as new photo is required, thus unable to renew online.

Chinese lady whose served me was very quick, efficient & courteous; the whole transaction was completed in less than 3 minutes.

Commend your office for being very organized & professional. Even Dealer's counter was opened to serve the public, due to long line.
Well Done, Good Job. Thank you.

I don’t know who to blame the government or the system for hiring people who are less qualified for this job. Website says something else and in reality it is different. Waited 30 minutes in line to get a health card to hear “you need to go to another service canada location that is full serve”. So these guys are half serve lol
