Had to go to get my son’s health card. Was very quick and painless. The service attendant was very polite and great to deal with. There is enough parking when you go down and it is not that far of a walk. There is a wheel chair entrance and handicap parking also. When you go in the door there is a touch screen to guide you through what you are there for. It was nice to be in and out of a gov building g so quick.

If you want to spend time doing nothing for a long time, you're welcome to join me at this beautiful place. Went there to make my OHIP card and was waiting for more than an hour. Moral of the story, I had to get my arm cut off but my OHIP still isn't here. Just kidding. But I guess that's what's gonna happen soon. Fingers crossed that they call out my number soon. If you find a ghost haunting that place in the morning that's probably me.

Went to transfer a used vehicle into my name and on the ownership was the previous owner’s business instead of his name but the bill of sale was his signed name (obviously). I explained this to the blonde woman there just for her to tell me with a tone of entitlement that she “knows the owner” and that it was not him.so I call the business and ask to speak to the owner just in case and ask for his name and what a surprise, it was him so after wasting my time I had to go back and just make sure I talked to someone else who could actually do their job

Your typical government building, hurry up and wait. Staff is courteous tho

I've been a car dealer and vehicle appraiser for years. Recently I purchased a vehicle for personal use. The ownership was in both husband and wifes names. This service ontario office would not allow me to change it into my name.
Here's why. Both people had signed it and as their names were long it didn't all fit in the box! That's right some was outside the tiny little box!
Now what am I too do? I have an ownership thats been written on outside the box. I can't get a hold of the old owners, and I'm worried that by the time I can sort this out they could still borrow money against it. And then theirs the six day ownership change law.
No where does the ownership say "DON'T WRITE OUTSIDE THE BOX". The manager here needs to quit and go back to school.

Other than having to make two trips because they apparently can't change your health card address without a piece of mail showing the new address. Even tho they changed my driver's license, no problem, but that was kind of my fault for not being fully prepared & besides neither time was a long wait and once I had the proper paperwork it went pretty smoothly. No trouble at all.
