Amazing, fast and friendly service! Was in and out in about 10 mins to renew my driver license and health card.

Quick and Efficient services with customer friendly staffs. The services was at a speed of light!

In June, needed a photo ID card and a new health card. Health card was expired and I was told by another agent to go down to City Hall to get a new one. The agent we dealt with had no issues replacing the OHIP card. Had wonderful service!

Very bad service. I think I got the most passive-aggressive employee ever. I totally agree that working with the public is far from easy. I worked in a hostel, and I can certainly say that it's so hard sometimes. But what happened to me today at this ServiceOntario was too much. The person continuously nodded negatively and sighed at me, and the only moment when she kind of looked happy is when I wished her a good day. I wrote to the Customer Experience Office to fill a complaint about that because it literally spoiled my first day of vacation and there was no way I would let that situation unpunished. If that lady is not happy to work, she can leave and retire, for she seems old enough to retire anyway. I had some other bad experiences at this place as well. Lesson learned! I will go elsewhere next time

Wonderful Facilty-

I had the opportunity to visit this Facility recently and was simply blown away by the service orientation of the Staff and the owner himself.
I had gone for a simple license renewal but when I reached the counter the staff invited me to review my License plate, and my health card - both of which were near expiry and thank to this centre - it all was done in a single visit.

Super kudos to the staff and team and thank you for your service.

Very happy, only waited about 45 minutes and once at the wicket I was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

When I went the waiting time was not long at all. The first person that helped me couldn't help me in french, which is my preferred language. I wish he offered to bring someone who did.

I ended up asking for something that was above his knowledge, so went to another station. That person had amazing services. Calm, approachable and quick. She made me feel like she was really trying to take care of me.

Overall, great services

Very quick efficient service. I was very impressed because there was a young rude man in line telling an elderly gentleman he was taking too long. The service Ontario clerk responded professionally and told him if he was not getting service in a timely manner he could leave. Then she told him to apologize to the elderly man. I was so impressed with her.

Wait wasn't that long, 2hrs. Person behind the counter was helpful and got everything I needed done, with no attitude (like other places I have been) waiting system worked for me but confused many people. They had an appointment, and took a number or had no application and didn't take a number. Sign on the number just added to people's confusion.

The middle-aged man working here was so incredibly rude to people. Myself and others around me were appalled at how rude he was to others. If you hate your job, just quit. I’m sure someone else would be lucky and happy to take your place.

The staff were very helpful and courteous and renewals were processed quickly and efficiently. Service was excellent!

I brought my kids health cards for renewal on Wednesday around 4pm and was served very quickly and staff was very kind to ask for birth certificates to update my kids information for the future.
