The wait was not long at all, and all the employees are always ready to help with a smile. Very friendly.

This was one of the best experiences I ever had in a facility servicing my motorvehicle document needs. I was here for an address change and in and out of the place within 10 mins with all my questions answered. This visit was on a Friday around 11am.

Book an appointment to avoid long wait times. It took me less than 15 minutes to renew my license, plates and health card. There’s always a long line for walk ins. Half of the service desks are empty. Overall, good experience.

I dont think I've ever had a good experience going to any service Ontario.the thought of having to go to a location.especially this location.fills me with stress and anxiety.a pre-recorded message from a 1800 number told me I can call my local service location and make an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait in line with my 92 year old aunt.who is frail has dementia and not easily mobile.she needs to renew her health card but lacks all the necessary supporting identity information to do it on line.when I call my local service location I get another pre-recorded message telling me that they dont take messages and to call a 1800 number for assistance.so I called the 1800 number back.after waiting 40 minutes to talk to a human being this time around.i got cut off.so now I'm writing this review to vent.because that's all I can do.non of our bad experience stories will ever be taken into consideration.no changes will ever be made.but.hey.at least our tax payers monies pays for this website.so we can have this cheap therapy session of venting.

I would say it's terribly mismanaged but it's apparently actually purposefully managed to save as much money for the location as possible to the detriment and the time of everybody else trying to get service there.the location needs more people working during rush hour.

This is a management issue where they're trying to pinch pennies. There shouldn't be a 20-person lineup AND four kiosks unoccupied by employees.

There is clearly demand, but the owners of this location have decided that instead of paying another 1-4 people minimum wage between 12 and 1, they're happy with providing terrible customer service during peak hours.

The staff seems to really know what they're doing. I usually go around lunch time whenever I have to go there for any reason. It's usually pretty busy and will take up about an hour of your time most of which will be WAITING IN LINE. The staff moves quickly and they get everything done that they need to quickly.

The problem is this location is managed by people who don't care about the customers WHATSOEVER.

Let me share an incident. I went there at 8: 55 in the morning and I was 17th or 18th in the line. They opened at 9 and by 9: 17, I was already done with my work. That's how fast and efficient those ladies are! Really setting the standards very high. The people here are really friendly and approachable and they'll try to answer all your questions or redirect you in a correct direction. Keep it up!

What a great experience. There was no wait time for me (roughly 2: 00pm on a Wednesday). The staff member I worked was very efficient, kind, and full of common sense and good ideas! Outside the fact we have to use the services of Service Ontario, I recommend using this location; unless you're rude or grumpy, in that case, go to the Essex Service Ontario.

I would usually expect any place with the word “Ontario” or “Canada” in their name to be an absolute terrible experience, but I must say the service was prompt and friendly.

I just want thank Meghan for her help and quick assistance I really appreciate this place. She's so kind and professional.
