Best Service Ontario I've ever been to. As long as you've completed your end of things you'll have never experienced such a pleasant experience than you would here. People don't realize the representatives behind the counter have no say in the process.
The representative I had the pleasure of talking to gave me the experience where I felt I was talking to the most caring member of my family.
I honestly hate dealing with anything government related but if this specific location handled all government affairs I'd actually get my paperwork in on time if not early.

The staff here and super friendly and helpful, and the lines are usually shorter than the London locations (plus less traffic from the north end!).

Rude staff that refused (or doesn't know how and tried to save face) to update our records as we "didn't have the correct paperwork". When we asked what we needed to provide, we were bluntly told "I don't know, I've never gotten married before" and to figure it out ourselves.
Afterwards they claimed to be privately owned so they couldn't make the changes we had asked about in the first place.
If I had spoken to a customer in similar roles I've worked in the past I would've been reprimanded hard.
We went to a different ServiceOntario who made the changes we asked for, with the exact same paperwork, zero hassle. You may have less of a wait here but I wouldn't bother dealing with their staff. Clearly they either don't care about their job and the quality of customer service provided, or just don't want to do it.

Again. Michelle's service was 5 star today! Excellent Customer Service! I required new plates for my car. She provided us with everything that we required and more. Michelle even came out and affixed my new plates to the car. I will always go to this Service Ontario location. Thank you Michelle yet again!

They claim to be privatly owned and can't provide many of the services their name would suggest. Waste of time.

I love the Lucan Ontario Service Ontario location. The customer service clerk is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than one person ahead of me. I moved to London mid-November 2022 and have had to process two change of addresses and my renewal for my driver's licence and OHIP cards (and vehicle permit). That is three visits in 3 months and each experience was wonderful!
