They're always nice, friendly, and respectful.
When there's a long line up, someone comes to the line and ask people what they're here for, and check if they have enough documents. And I think it's a really good thing, because if I don't have enough documents, I don't have to waste my time in line.
I always come out with satisfaction and happiness.

A gentleman helped me today. He is the most friendly and informative staff I have ever met at Service Ontario. I forgot to ask his full name but his initial is MAJ. Really thank you.

Made an appointment online but apparently no staff is taking appointments, not sure what is the point of having an appointment

Service ontario has lowered their standards and are now conducting petty theft!
I called to verify the cancelation of a custom plate 2 times, and both times, they verified that the order had been canceled. I asked for verification number, and they said they dont have one, but I can verify by visiting the website and seeing the plate I ordered once again available for purchase. I thought that's reasonable. But now, after 3 months, I see the plate come in, and I have been charged for it! The order date shows Oct when I was dealing with the ordering and cancelation all in June. So this means that with the credit card info they had, they went ahead and reordered the plate without my consent. I will be discussing this the first chance I get with my lawyer, not just for my $300 refund, but for the malpractice that is happening from privately owned government bodies.

Mike service was exceptional. He listen understand and did a very good job to execute my change of ownership and driver’s license. Thank you again very happy with his service.

I just want to write this review regarding Drew! He was an absolute angel today helped me and my friend so much and literally made our days so much easier. If i could give him 10 stars i would he was the sweetest he had so much patience even when a spanish couple was having difficulty snd was so kind and caring towards not only them but to me and my friend as well.and you can tell he takes pride in his job and enjoys helping others. He was a godsend today and we if you guys do employees of the month he should definitely win!

Avoid this location! It is dealing with newcomers and geniuses didn’t think of having at least one booth deal with customers who actually pay tax and their requests probably just take 5 mins!

Friendly staff and good service. Walk-in was crowded with over 1hr wait time, but it’s Ontario Government issue that not building enough service capacity. The staff in here are doing everything they can to provide the service.

Service here is quite fast and pleasant. Just make sure to book your appointment online before coming here and ensure you have all your original documents.

I had a good experience with the person who helped me, he was knowledgeable and explained things I didn't know very clearly. I had an appointment booked before however and I think like how other people are noting, if you don't there will be a pretty long wait time so if possible go to their site and book a timeslot to skip the line

One clerk was asking everyone their purpose of the visit while they were waiting in the line. I got my answers while I was waiting in the line so didn't have to go to their desk. It made my life easy. This system is good.

Wait here for 4 hours to get license plate and they refuse to give me service because “it’s almost 5 and I have to go home”

Surprisingly quick and helpful. I visited this facility back in April and the process was quick and easy. Today I came again for the renewal of our health card. The officer asked me for printouts of the supporting documents.the last time we were here, the lady was happy to verify the document on the mobile. I went to a nearby library to get the prints. The officer verified and I was expecting him to retain the copies as he has specifically asked for them. To my surprise he returned them.the officer could have easily verified the soft copy of the documents on my mobile and this seems to be a little power trip. Anyways we were happy that the officer let us come back the same day to submit the documents and not expecting us to book another appointment.

This is just one bad experience. However the facility is well run. There was a priority queue for the elderly. The appointments were attended to quickly.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ServiceOntario and had the most wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Drew. From the moment my wife and I approached the service counter, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile that immediately put us at ease.

Go anytime, you gotta wait for atleast 2hours.
But it worth the wait as the staff is super nice and helpful here

So much waiting, so much people, very busy, but this was not the staff’s fault, they were trying to be as fast as possible and smiling.

If you have an appointment you will serve at your time, but without an appointment, you have to wait in line. But one of the employees arrange to send customers in sooner and when you are in line they come to you and check your docs to help the process.

Fabulous, quick service. Clerk who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This location is able to handle all requests and is incredibly professional.

This place is a disaster! Today I was there with my family for a health card. I had an appointment a month ago. Unfortunately, they didn't issue a health card for my wife, saying that not accepting income tax assessment as proof of residency in Ontario since it was on an eligible document list. I talked to the supervisor; she said this is the decision that we made and I asked her what about the rule which you work against it. Simply, they didn’t respect the rule. Based on a rule, we could present only one document as proof of residency and ours was an income tax assessment. I was very disappointed! They wasted our time and energy and I recommend never going to this place!

They have a very astonishing assisting attitude, and we really appreciate them to do their services in a friendly and humanistic manner.

I booked an appointment but when I went in I was the next person in line anyways. I went on a Friday morning at 9: 45am. They were really quick.

Arrived first thing in the morning without an appointment and was immediately helped. The lady behind the counter was absolutely delightful and sweet. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes.

Wanted to send a big thank you to the amazing staff at the Bloomington location. My parents were very grateful for the help they received today. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to assist them with all their questions and concerns.
