The only bonus about going here is you never wait. Other than that, they are rude, and have big attitudes. Never smiling, always seem bothered. They need to adjust the way they talk to people. Need to take a course in how to be nice.

TLDR; A very rude and aggressive staff member named Sherry who's clearly an office bully accused me of lying even though a staff member legitimately made an honest mistake back in June that screwed me out of money TWICE now. I was treated like a criminal because of my asking for a refund for something I did not receive and should never have been offered anyway. And I feel like the staff member who made the mistake (it happens! Just fix it!) will get in more trouble than they deserve because of a clearly very aggressive supervisor/manager.

In June, when I went to convert my soon-to-expire medically suspended driver's license card to a Photo ID, I was told I could just renew the license and still get a new valid card for ID reasons (just no driving allowed the same as now). Took new photos, got told to expect a card in a few weeks (I made sure everything was right). Turns out you can reserve the license but you can't get a new photo ID of your license if it's suspended so I was right the first time in going to convert it.

However, despite my paying for something I never should have been told to do, I can't get them to own up and fix it! A lady named Sherry flat out said I could be "lying" and tried to say I "paid for a renewal and got one" yet I never got what I was told I would be getting. She was increasingly antagonistic both on the phone and in-person and not just with me. I knew it was her I had dealt with on the phone the second I walked in and heard her talking rudely on the phone to somebody else. I can clearly see this Sherry as a workplace bully here as another staff member was definitely afraid of her.

The lady who served me seemed to know the story before I came in (thanks to this Sherry I presume) but was at least a BIT less antagonistic (she had Sherry to do all the yelling for her over everybody else). NOBODY was willing to acknowledge the mistake and tried to pin everything on me. They liked to say that I "got what was asked for" but I initially went in asking to do the Photo ID anyway, just got something different based on incorrect advice.

So I cannot recommend this place any longer and had to delete my formerly good review. Let's work on getting all that money back, maybe an apology, and then maybe this review will change back again.

Best Service Ontario i have ever been! Have visited this center for like 3 times and every single time had same experience. Staff will do everything possible to help you out!

Very helpful and quick. She even asked if I needed to renew any other documents which I did have too but forgot.

I am surprised to find myself writing a positive review on a government office, but this one is pretty good. Quiet, efficient, and friendly.

By far my favourite Service Ontario to go to. It's not usually too busy, and the staff are very helpful. My time here is always quick and beneficial.

Had my first and not the last visit at this wonderful location today! The staff was really helpful and quick, my task completed before I knew it. Thanks again to the great staff there!

First time visiting this particular location. It was very quick and Tina was super pleasant to interact with.
