Sebastien greeted me right away and explained to me the new process, helped me get a ticket for the line. Nice sitting area. Walked around the store to kill time. Jocelyn, the rep who looked after me at the counter, was very lovely and helpful. Yes, they’re going through some growing pains and an experienced rep is assisting. I’m not going to blast them and shame them by posting pictures of the staff here as I wouldn’t want anyone to do that to my loved ones. Very good service despite the waiting time of one hour and 15 minutes on a Monday evening from 4: 45 - 6 pm. I love the 9-8 Monday to Friday hours that have allowed me to get this done without having to travel out of the vicinity during the week. I’ve saved gas money and time in traffic and given me some peace and convenience by coming to this location.

The service I received from Helen in settling my father’s estate was superb. Had a bad experience there.wasted my day. Went 3 times same day for changing car ownership. A lady working from right counter all the way didn’t accept my bill of sale documents acquired from dealership. However with the same documents I went to 100 Dissette st service Ontario location. They helped me got my work done with in 10 mins.

I watch like a hawk anyone, anything 3rd party contracted by "government"

Went here the other day to renew my plates. They asked my plate number and how many kms I've driven. Told them and he plugged it in the computer. I asked if that was everything. He said yes. That was it. No receipt, no stickers. No proof.

Not sure if this is just normal now.
