One of the best ServiceOntario offices in the city, great location, fast service, nice amazing staff - the only 5 stars I ever gave to a government office.

It was fast service (as far as government offices are concerned). Hot, cramped, and running at 100% efficiency. They need more air conditioning, but the office layout and visit were excellent.

I love this location, friendly, efficient and professional. Delany is one of the lovely representative, I always seem to get her when I go in. She’s friendly and professional and gets you in and out.

The location itself is great, the line up is average.

Fast location. Even if there is a line up it moves quickly. The folks that work here are a great bunch of people.

These people put up with a lot of nonsense, I saw it first hand, and they handled it well. Service was quick and painless, as far as a service Ontario goes.

I was surprised, I was attended to as soon as I walked in, very empty, everything I went to solve didn't take more than 10 minutes, a very friendly and patient employee

To apply for OHIP, came with all the documents needed, was in and out in less than 15mins!

Great location, well organized and kind staff, office is small but very nice! Public paid parking ($1 for 30 min) just few steps away.

Arrived at 8: 35am with just two other people in line. By 8: 55am it was about 15 people deep. Being 3rd in line, I was in and out with my license and health card renewal in less than 10 mins!

Small office but perfect location for king/queen/Dundas west residents. Friendly, patient and polite agents. Multilingual in keeping with the neighbours population. Went to change ownership when I bought a car. Monday morning arrived @0950 queued outside for 25 minutes finished and heading home within 50 minutes. Happy!

Always a huuuuge line up and it'll take half of your day coming here. Same as all the other service ontario offices. Always short staffed year after year after year.

Got my red and white health card updated. Line was shorter than other service Ontario. Front desk was fast and efficient. Waited a little shy of 1hr.

Only 2 people working and 4 empty windows. At least add one more staff to service these big lines.

Best service center I've been to for health card renewal. Bit of a lineup as I went at a busy time on a busy day, but it moved pretty quickly. Staff were NOT rude, which had been my experience at other locations. I went in expecting a negative experience and was pleasantly surprised.

Apparently they close at 3: 50pm instead of 5pm on Thursday July 29th, 2022. There was barely a line. Ridiculous policy should have hours till 4pm serve the public till 5pm if thats the case. An hour is ample time to change a address as I've done it previously. Older white man about 6 feet with grey hair told us they are no longer serving customers without a reason when asking for a question was just saying we can't serve. Poor communication and service skills in a job where you're a civil servant where you should be an exemplary example of service in your community.

The office has a very long line. You need to wait for about an hour. Then, the office doesn't handle all cases. So, you have to go to other offices. In general, people are very helpful but the service time is very long.

I am giving this a one star because they don't take calls when I called to get some information they did not take my calls

In 30 minutes: we waited all 10 people in front of us and get done our documents and the attendance was very kind with us and helped us a lot

Services provided on the website are not done on this location the moment you enter they hand over the Bay Street location saying that location would be able to do it, if certain services are not provided at this location why isn’t it stated on the website, really poor service

Got my healthcard renewed really quickly after having some address issues and was helped by a kind employee! Was nervous to go, no line up, just quick in and out in less than 10 minutes! Thanks Service Ontario!

This review is not specific to this location, but for Service Ontario organization as a whole. I wanted to renew my health card, however the organization does not accept digital copies of documents as proof of address. When planning a visit to an office, please be mindful of this. It's 2021.not accepting digital copies is mind blowing to me.

This location is the best one in Toronto. The staff is amazing, quick and efficient, they don’t rush you and go above and beyond. Case in point, I paid for a sticker renewal and accidentally left my debit card on the counter. The woman who was helping me came outside to give me my card (OBRIGADA).

First time I went there the power went off. The teller told me to come back the next day and promised I didn't have to wait in line. Came the next day and got my business done in no time.

The wait time was fine on a Monday at noon, but I swear they intentionally put the most blunt people on the front desk. Some courtesy would go a long way.

A small serviceontario but accessible location. Up to 3 employees serving at a time. Quick service and staff willing to help. I experienced a rude person in front of me but the staff was very calm and responsive. I changed my OHIP address quickly. Other services offered are license plate registration and all OHIP and driver’s license ones. Up to three people inside cueing but that was it around 2-3 pm. It was quick.

Very quick and easy service for me. Just make sure you have all your docs in order (like ownership, ID, and insurance).

They were super friendly and the line moved quickly. However, none of the employees were wearing masks.

Rude staff and inability to respond to any questions with answers only referring to the website.

People were nice and line was fairly quick but you can't "re-activate" your OHIP here (for those like me who have been out of the country for a while). Apparently this is not renewing or applying for a new OHIP card, yet it uses all the same documents. Need to go to the 777 Bay location.

Best service ontario experience so far. The line was not too long, although the people in front of me there were like 30+ people just 30 minutes before I came. Staff are not exactly friendly (never expected customer service from Service Ontario anyways) but was indeed very efficient. I went in for motorcycle ownership.

Serviceontario need to update how temp workers and PR can renew health cards. Couldn’t know until I had got service after waiting

One of the best Service Ontario in the city. The staffs here are very professional, friendly, fast, and they really know their jobs well. I had one of the best experiences here after going through other different places with very rude and unprofessional staff serving you. After seeing the ladies working here it's hard to believe that not all government employees are Rude. And for the first time I look so nice in my picture usually I look like some alien.

This is the first office efficient and knowledgeable, one phone call, correct info from a real friendly person. Excellent service to my young son/ father Commissioner sign document and all done in one place. Giving the young man his father care. Recommend to all to visit this location. Rating a 1 only because I've learned the hard way, several times, that this office can really only do the most basic of Service Ontario tasks.

Having signage stating what services are *not* available here would save people like me from standing in a long, sometimes very slow line only to be told, "Sorry, we can't do that here. Try Bay Street. "

However, the staff here is really patient, smooth, and helpful. My sense was that they were frustrated about it too.

But, seriously: that needs to be fixed. Make signage, guys. Please.

Went in to renew an expired health card - arrived at 12p on a Monday and everything was complete by 12: 20p! There were about 10 people in line ahead of me when I arrived with 3 clerks working - the staff was efficient and got through this is a very timely manner. Could not be more impressed with the service here. For simple requests (health card/ lisence) I highly recommend coming here vs. The Bay/College location!

Friendly and very fast, the place was clean and not many people if you want to have anything done quickly I suggest you go early but most days it’s not to busy. This is my forever location to renew anything. 5/5

Went to renew my drivers license and my health card at the same time just after 10am on a Friday - took only about 15 minutes from beginning to end! Very quick service from a very nice and efficient teller, and only 4 people in line at that time. The cosy decor with the vintage license plates is a bonus!

Best service Ontario location I’ve ever been to, got in at 440 and thought I was going to be there past 5 given the huge line. But to my surprise the staff were extremely thorough and efficient with each customer and got me out of there along with the 10 people ahead of me out at 5 on the dot. Amazing location!

I really appreciated the clerk who served me yesterday. She patiently waited while I dug up my car insurance and didn’t know if I had it with me or not. Thank you! Line was not too bad at this location either️

Small location that had 4 service staff on the counters at 11 a.m. Moved through the line quickly. I did license with photo and plate renewal. In and out in under 15 minutes, efficient and quick. Friendly service.

Got there 10: 48 on a Tuesday. 5 people in line and 3 staff at the counters. Waited 3 mins. Renewed Driver's License and Health Card. I had the documents I needed, I paid, and she took a photo. The lady who served me was quick, friendly, not overly cheery. Out the door by 10: 57. Pretty great experience overall.

I went at 11: 45 on a tues. No line. I was in and out in 5 mins. Woohoo! I was able to park on Clermont which has 1 hr free so all brilliant.

The worst Service Ontario experience. People showed no empathy whatsoever for a mistake that they/Canada Post made by losing the license plate renewal documents.

Went there 2 weeks back and whilst there was a long line, I got thru my work (Ontario Photo ID) within a few mins and had no issues. Thanks!

As with all Service ON offices it really depends on when you hit the office. I walk past this location to and from work each day and sometimes there is a HUGE line that runs out the door and others nothing.

I went in at 2: 30pm in a weekday and there was just one person in line before me with 3 staff members working the counter. I was in and out of the office in under 15min to renew my drivers licence and the very nice lady that I had even explained away my total confusion around why the information on my renewal card totally contradicted what was on the website which I was told was TOTALLY WRONG or possibly just mis-leading if you want to be generous.

I think the people who work at these centres face a LOT of angry people based on the fact that the information we get from the website is wrong 90% of the time so we have to come back over and over or go to a different location because despite the website saying a certain location does this function.it does not. I know I was uber annoyed when I moved back to Ontario and had to come back to what I ended up calling "NOT Service ON" 6 (yes I really meant to say SIX) times at 3 different loctions before they were able to complete all the tasks that I needed done.

Well, it's better than the old one on College Street.

Still isn't a good location. Extremely limited seating and most likely only 2 people behind the counter at any given time. Seems at best like a sidegrade from the older spot.

If you had a choice I'd still probably go to the College Park one instead. Sure it would guaranteed mean waiting but at least you get to be indoors and with ample seating.

The staff seem nice.

Definetly an improvement over the previous office on college.even has air conditioning.

This is by far the best and trendiest service Ontario I’ve ever been to lol! I had to renew my health card and I was in and out in under 10 mins! It was the fastest service Ontario experience ever. I went at 2pm on a Friday.
