I’m a new comer in Canada and didnt know some processes. The lady staff in service ontario in Niagara falls with initials Shavon is rude, condescending and didnt even bother to explain why she need to get the required IDs.she is rushing, no empathy and no customer service.its traumatizing to deal with people like this in a new place.

Worst service there. Long waits and when I actually get to the counter, the ladies at the desks are miserable and unhelpful. I avoid going there at all costs and will drive to another city to go to a pleasant service ontario

Unprofessional and very rude when talking on the phone. When someone is asking a question and doesn’t understand, speak slowly and reassure the person. Not get slammed and rushed!

Very friendly and polite service. The line moved quickly. I was in and out within 15 minutes

Lady working in the end booth was extremely friendly and efficient. Process so quick compared to past years at other locations.

I’ve just left this service ontario and Mary-Ellen helped me with the purchase of my new-to-me vehicle. She was quick, efficient, and very helpful with some paperwork I made errors on. I greatly appreciate her excellent service on a Monday morning!

2 times I went there for my kids to have health card first time she asked for Prove address for one of my kids because he’s 16 years old then I make it after one week I went there again she didn’t anything and the prove address was original she said we need original lol

Best service Ive ever had at a Service Ontario.lady was extremely helpful.got all my paperwork done quickly and she was hilarious.

Very rude and grumpy staff who doent know how to talk to people and doesnt wanna work. They will ruin your mood and day. I would recommend not visiting them unless its the last service ontario option you're left with in Canada.

It's just some miserable old h1ck lady giving attitude to every customer in line. Nothing but pity for the customers that had to (and will have to) deal with this pasty sick honky donkey.

What an terrible customer experience Lazy, Rude and Not having a knowledge what they doing.just becuz I went there on closing time u can't be rude with me. I went to service Ontario to update my license plate I was in different country for medical reason So I put my car on parking insurance today October 17 I landed in Canada And changed my policy from parking to all peris but the lady told me I not insured I showed her my new Proof of insurance that I got, also My current PINK slip that expired on Oct 24 also the new one that Effective on Oct 24,22 to Oct 24,23 but she still want liability card that has date for today I told her it won't possible you can't get a liability card when u edit the policy, the dates will stay the same.

Efficient and fun. We checked online to ensure I was prepared with the correct documentation. Was there no longer than fifteen or twenty minutes. Surprising for not only a Saturday, but for labour day weekend! Yay.

I hate this place always a line up and always have to wait. Never have they had all windows open due to demand.

Laziest people in Niagara Falls work here. Absolutely rude. Needless to say, don't bother with this place.

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered! The two old people behind the counter need to retire and be replaced immediately they refused to renew my child’s health card because we didn’t have mail from her school? Everything is done through email they DONT mail you anything anymore but her long form birth certificate, passport, old health card and the form with her name and address that was mailed to us wasn’t good enough for them! Awesome so happy to see Ontario is just continuing to make things as difficult as ever for people

Just asking a few questions and updating my address. The attitude is so bad.

If I could give this place less than 1 I would. Unhelpful, told me to leave before closing (locking the door at 4: 53pm, asked for physical paper copies and would not let me bring physical copies after I went next door to have them printed. All this despite the fact it says no where about a physical copy. Told me to.come back another day. What a joke.

Very bad experience here.i don't think so their mental power is that much to solve problems of customers.if you ask questions than they are totally frustrated.

Dropped in to this location and there was basically no wait. The rep that served us was Mary and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. She new exactly what I needed and how to manage processing my request efficiently and quickly. A+ service! Thank you!

Excellent Service

Our Auto Exporting business has been using this Niagara Falls Service Ontario site for over a year on a consistent basis. The dealership desk which is ran by their skilled clerk Carol has been extremely benificail for our business. Our work is done swiftly and accurately without fail. Their dealer services are the best we have recieved since our business began in 2008. We highly recommend them to other dealers.

Terrible service. I rushed over as fast as I could after work only to have lady lock the door in my face before closing time. They took every single person in line before me, the last person went in at 4: 53, only to have the door slammed and locked in my face at 4: 54. They also wouldn’t answer my questions while I was standing outside. Just ignored me and locked the door. Atrociously rude staff.

25 plus people waiting outside on a Saturday and only 2 people working inside. Waiting for more than an hour and still about 10 people ahead. Why not have enough staff to provide a better a faster service.

Went twice waiting each time more then hour standing out, and could not finish our Decuments yet, Its frustrated experience.

Only 2 people allowed at a time long line behind me I showed up at 830 and was 4th by 9 am there was about 20 in line Seems to be the only one open on a Saturday right now Was fast service though.

Fast and friendly service. Not sure why they are making folks wait outside in the heat though. Province has lifted in store limits on number of folks inside.

Great experience got in 0ut in 15min got two vehicles license and health card lady who served me very nice polite

June 23rd 2021 - line up even before they open. Expect to wait anywhere between a half hour to an hour. More if the line is wrapping around the parking lot. They are only allowing in 2 - 3 customers at a time. Two when I was there, but occasionally they have a 3rd teller open. They are renewing licences and health cards. Taking pictures. Selling plate stickers, etc. Beat the rush before the government makes it mandatory to renew.

Safety form from mechanic had slightly misformed number. Said I needed new one. Unhelpful, could have made more effort.

Was very quick and employees are very informative and helpful. Got there early and only waited 5mns till I got service

The woman working took my picture as someone was walking by and my eyes weren't even focused. When I told her to do a retake she refused. Not professional. How long does it take to do another retake? A whole 10 seconds.
