They're currently open and despite calling for 30 minutes, they don't pick up. I need to renew all my ID and want some info.

Always busy, but polite, professional staff make things flow well. Two sets of new plates with two year renewal done in minutes

We arrived to get OHIP because we're returning to Ontario. First, they can't do that. Second, they gave us the wrong information so when we went to the James Street location we were told our temporary licenses didn't work. When I called to give them my feedback / complain I found out their phone number just tells you their hours and what they do, then hangs up. Don't bother calling.

Top notch customer service, experiencing excellent service like that these days is a commodity left desired

Its good covid restrictions are followed strictly only 5 people maximum in to the office other than staff.still same quick and easy service. Thank you

Very helpful and great to deal with. Needed new license plates and they gave me the tools to remove the old plates.

The service center had all Covid-19 safety measures in place~social distancing, masks, hand sanitizers, plastic shields, the staff person cleans the payment apparatuses between client's etc~very friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained staff

Never answers phone. Very slow service. Always complications. 1 start because they at least get my issues sorted in the end

Wow - wait time was extremely short - quick and efficient - but more importantly FRIENDLY staffers - I wasn't just another number - of course the gov't liked my money!

Health card, Driver's licence and plate sticker renewal with two kids in tow. No problem. Very fast, friendly and courteous service.

Extremely poor service- actually no service at all. I presented a renewal form for an accessible parking permit a short while ago and went to check today on why I hadn’t received it yet.
They had no record of the form being received, said that the protocol is to always issue 3 month tempoary permits (which did not happen,), gave me a blank for my doctor to fill out again, and sent me on my way- not even with any further extension.
Normally, I have found the staff at the Red RiverRoad office to be both friendly and efficient. But service at Service Ontario shouldn’t depend on the luck of the draw as to what staff member renders that service. They screw up and bare no consequences - apparently it is up to the client to fix their mistakes.
I suggest you take a photocopy of any important documents before you give it away to these folks. Do not leave that Office without a temporary permit in hand.
