Went to this location to renew my drivers license and health card. I was in and out of the building in 15 minutes. Super friendly and efficient staff.

Staff were friendly and the service was fast and efficient. When I visited, the line moved quickly, but that is likely dependent on the services that everyone in front of you is looking for, and how prepared they were.

A bit of advice: read up online ahead of time so you know what documents you need. This will make your experience and those behind you all that much better and faster.

Also note that not all locations provide all services, so make sure you check that as well.

Although the queue was quite long but the process is fast. Staff that assisted me was friendly and helpful.

I'm a car dealer and I have a horrible experience with three ladies that stand for dealer service. Unprofesional, they look each other and pretend they are bussy, nobody called me to ask for help. I've been there three times and allways they try how to find something to avoid you not to help. For the same case I went to another location and they helped me in 2 min. Those ladies in dealer desks are a disaster. Please replace them with motivated people. Other staff is very good, only dealer service is useless.

Normally I dread going to Service Ontario but today I tried this location and had a fantastic experience! Cindy the lady helping me renew everything I needed was so friendly, welcoming and personable. Any questions I had she answered with a warm smile. She is such a gem!
She changed my feelings on going to Service Ontario.

If you want a good experience at serviceOntario head on over to this one. Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you go during the day time it’s likely you will only wait 15 minutes or less to be served. Special thanks to Francesca who was eager to help me get into my first car.

We had such a great experience today during our visit to renew and apply for new documents. The lady (don't remember her name but she was in the first counter from the right where the photo camera was installed) was so courteous, friendly and professional. She processed our requests with such efficiency that we were in and out quickly. There were no lineups and waiting required.

I walked into this location late in the day today. There were a few others in line and others being served. The general air/vibe in this place is so positive! All the counter service people are so friendly and kind. You can hear them chatting and laughing with customers, while efficiently getting the job done. I have always had great service at this location and today was no different. Kudos to this team for doing such great work and being amazing people!

Not sure of her name but she was an absolutely lovely woman with long blonde hair and glasses. She went above and beyond in her duty. She made this experience absolutely quick and painless. This was my best experience at a Service Canada! The staff were lovely and funny. I was in and out within 10 and I didn't line up before it opened.

Amazinggg service! The staff are fast and efficient while also being extremely nice! I dreaded renewing my health card but wow awesome service! There's a line because its a small location but the line moves so quickly, it isn't an issue!

Fast and efficient on a Saturday morning is more than I expect from our government. This office might be privately-owned.

Absolutely wonderful people. The service was quick and the person was extremely helpful. Even though there was a que, it was moving quickly and was done and out of there in about 7-10 mins.

It was fast took them few minutes to change my address on driver's license and vehicle registration.

All I can say is that I have never had such exceptional customer service here before. Susan was knowledgeable, efficient and made my day by being so helpful. I really wanted to speak with her boss about her, but he was busy so this is the best I can do. Thanks so much Susan!

I've been here a few times since moving to Kitchener. I must say, amazing customer service, it's a lady run private office, and it's top-notch. Courteous and polite every time. The lines are issuance non existing, and if there are they go by quick, there's quite a few service windows.

Because of covid there's limited amount of people allowed in store. I went and there was a line up outside. I debated about waiting or putting it off for another day but knew it had to be done so I waited. The line moved quickly I was in and out and the chick at the counter was very helpful.

I ended up being served by a trainee. So obviously she handled it with courtesy. But the staff who helped her was, as usual, inert behaved.

For a Saturday.staff were friendly, joking and cooperative and helpful. Long lines but went fairly quickly

Line was crazy long- I went on my lunch break and it took me almost 45 minutes to get inside. All I needed was new stickers for my truck and considered leaving. Once inside, they were straight forward and quick about helping me though.

Although the office is small as compared to the DTK office but the staffs were very kind and helpful. Because of Covid now they are allowing only 2 people inside. You need to stand in a queue outside of the building.

This one star is for the quick service in this location, the other 4 empty stars are for the rudness of the lady who gave me this service

Great fast and friendly service. Went to get a name change and the teller informed me of other things i can change while i was there that i didn't know i can do.

The staff at Manitou location in kitchener is really helpful. You take correct documents and get your work done!

It was really easy to get a new sticker, you don’t have to make an appointment you just have to wait in line

I would like to say Thank you to Cindy? She helped me and made my day. I lost my wallet and she helped to replace my driver's license and health card. I was in and out less than 5 minutes. During pandemic we need more employees like her who's very nice, kind and very friendly.

Keep up the good work everyone. We will surpass this pandemic together.

So far I never had a bad experience with employees. Reason for my three stars is a terrible parking.

No one is social distancing and people are smoking while in line. Absolutely garbage parking. Worst location

Worst service Ontario location. I know more than the people who work there. What a waste of our tax money.

Poor attitude from one of the employees. Bad customer service on the telephone. Changing your address with service Ontario is stuck in 1995.

If I can give this a negative rating I would. It's not even worth a 0. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees and so did my mother (same employee). Please learn to be respectful and not so miserable and rude. I will never return to this location again!

The worst service I’ve had. I called in to ask a simple question. And the first thing that the agent said is “what’s your question, we are busy” not even greeting properly then just being rude.

Just the most miserable employees I have seen. Very unprofessional. Must check over the counter once to see if they are chained down to work there. (As if there ever will be a next time). I could go on and on of why, but why bother more than with this?

Friendly, helpful, fast. I went twice in one day 11am and 3: 30pm and got the same great service both times.

Horrible staff. Went here for health card renewal and this fat lady who was stuck in her chair was keep on making excuses to send us back home even though we had all the paper work and identifications. After all was done she tossed the papers across the desk with a gross look on her face.

So far so good there. It's better then Cambridge office. I live in Cambridge and I will drive to Kitchener.

This location of the Service Ontario in Kitchener is relatively fast. The staff are helpful, and you may get your affairs done within s reasonable time. The location is great as it helps many of those who live in the south part of the city. The only issue that I can notice is the parking lot when there are many clients to serve. The plaza is small and it has a few other stores share the parking lot with Service Ontario. It would be great if they moved to a larger plaza, like the Food Basics plaza, or anyone on Fairway Road, for parking lots are spacious over there.

Staff does not know what they are talking about.asking us to provide a "CANADIAN Birth certificate" how? If we are BORN in different country? Obviously the birth certificate we have is from where we were BORN.if that's the case then all of the people who came from different country can just get a "Canadian birth certificate"? Well, tell me how and where so I can change my birth certificate from where I was born to "Canadian one"

I am always weary when visiting Service Ontario offices because of the common conception that their customer service is terrible. This was not the case when I visited this location. I had a unique issue with my vehicle registration and visited this location for help. The line was long, but it went a lot faster than expected. Destiny (Stephanie?) was the staff that eventually helped me out. She was very kind and listened as I explained my situation. She gave me advice on what to do and even contacted Service Ontario's head office for additional help. Needless to say, my vehicle registration issue has been resolved and Destiny followed up with me a few days later to confirm. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Fantastic service. I came in at 12: 20,40 minutes before their closing time on Saturday, and I was 7th in line. Figured I wouldn't make it to the desk but the 3 staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. Cathy (Kathy?) helped me replace my lost licence plates and I was back out at 12: 40. I've never had an experience at a service Ontario like that. Must be privately run - whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!

I'm a very patient person, but the bad attitude and snarky replies I've received from multiple clerks behind the counter at this location is enough to drive any person up the wall. If you can afford to go to another location because even with the correct paperwork you're going to leave frustrated and annoyed.

Needed sticker and new licence (w/photo). Parked right in front, no one in line, friendly service. In and out in five minutes.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous! The parking is a bit tricky at the location, but if you show a little patience it's fine. Okay, let's be honest - many people show up unprepared and want their sticker or license renewal immediately. If you don't follow the instructions and show up without the needed documents, don't blame the staff for your own unpreparedness!

If I could this place no stars I would they do there job, but throw paper at you to sign. Today I was served by a rude woman who tossed something at me to sign I said excuse me as she didn't verbalize what I was meant to do, she then looks at me like an idiot and taps her finger and says sign (she was sitting in a chair on the left hand side as you enter directly in front of the camera they take your picture)

I've been here several times and each time the quality of customer service appears to get worst. The thing I find very telling is the friendly banter they with white patron, opposed to the cold getting the job done attitude with non white patrons.

I have to go back soon so will wear my go pro and film and publish on YouTube.

The parking situation is awful. The owner should look at getting more parking spots. I hate parking here as do most people (including the staff).

My sisters car was damaged in their parking lot. They don't seem to care about their awful parking situation. They really need to make it more accessible. Please get more parking spots!

Great service, and fast. Even though I messed up the form to gift a vehicle, twice, the staff member I dealt with was super helpful, and very friendly. There was a line up, but the only delay was my fault. If you ever give/receive a vehicle as a gift, make sure you have all your ducks in a row. Both parties need to be present to sign the sworn statement. There is also a $20 cash fee, that I didn't know about. I will definitely use this branch again, over the Stratford branch.

I went to this service ontario after an awful experience with the one on Victoria and this woman named Trish at the service ontario on Manitou helped me get my photo ID Card. She knew and understood that I was having a bad day because of the snot bag on Victoria. Trish did everything in her power to help me and she made sure to make my day better. I will be coming here again to see only Trish! She made things possible that no one else would do for me! Trish if you ever get this, you are an awesome person! You made my day so much better than you ever thought possible and because of you, I am truly blessed to meet you! Thank you for being my angel and answering my prayers.

I was with this lady with short blonde hair and glasses and she was so rude. I just bought a new car and am selling my old vehicle. I wanted to give in my old license plates. But I didn't bring in my old ownership. And I didn't have the piece I needed. It confusing but the dealership I bought my car from had it. So i had to buy a new one. I told her i need the old one and she printed of my old ownership but made me pay 32.00. She then took my old ownership that I JUST paid for after trading in the license plates. And ripped it up and threw it in the garbage. I drove home and realized I am now short the ownership and I paid for it and she had no right to do that.

I am very angry, this is my first time at this location and I wont be going back. I will have to go in on Monday. I hope they can get me another one because I am not repaying for her mistake.
