Nice and friendly ladies I enjoy each time when I show up there never had a hard time with them

The ladies are the best. Way better than the city. They helped me with drive test and getting my license fixed. Total time ten minutes. Amazing. Super friendly. Fast and efficient. I wont be going anywhere else.

This is one of the best Service Ontarios I've been to, the ladies in here are super nice and catered to my situation today without making me feel like a burden. Thank you so much!

The best place to go to if you need anything handled, super friendly and very knowledgeable about their jobs. Fair warning if you go to Brantford's they're useless!

This Hagersville branch is wonderful. The girls are fast and so nice. Accommodating I wouldn't go anywhere else for my licensing. And big thank you to Heaslips Ford Dealer next store to take off my license plate for replacement. Again Service Canada inHagersville big thank you.

The service here is awesome! Bought my first bike and they helped explain all the paper work I needed to get it on the road.been at this location a few time now and I have never had a bad experience. I wish all government offices were as good as this one.

I just had a very nice experience at the Hagersville ServiceOntario surprisingly. As soon as I saw who was and more importantly who wasn't working I knew it would be a good interaction. The woman with the long black hair is always so friendly and competent and now there is a new woman working there as well who is very nice.

The staff at the Hagersville office are great. I’ve been going there for 4 years now since our move to the area and I have never ever had a bad experience. I went today (NYE) to get two plate renewals plus my health card and license renewal.the woman was very pleasant and we chatted until customers came in. I don’t know what is with the negative reviews of this location because my experience has always been the total opposite.

Worst customer service ever! They need to go for retraining as they have no clue on what they are doing, this office should be shut down. It’s worth the drive to Port Dover

Horrible experience again …. Will never go back there.very rude and unfriendly.lazy and not helpful at all.why this place is not closed down is beyond me.they need attitude adjustments big time.they have no clue of the services they offer.another waste of our tax dollars.

Reading these comments is funny. I agree that the younger dark haired woman is rude and very unhelpful. Talks like she is all knowing and actually doesnt know much always has to phone a friend. My wife refuses to be treated like an idiot and now refuses to go there. But people! This is a real service Ontario and it is owned by the Ontario government. There is no service ontario in Cayuga. Try being accurate before you comment. Its kinda like thinking before you speak.

Over a simple healthcard renewal, I visited Hagersville twice and got nowhere. Avoid the smug younger woman because I think she enjoys making it a horrible experience visiting this location. By the end of it she told me to go to another location, so I went to Simcoe where I walked into a curtious, helpful and drama free visit.

The counter was lady pleasant but unknowing of the regulations, she phoned her supervisor to get an answer to my query and the supervisor knew even less. Service Ontario should give these people a short course so they can help people with licencing problems. We don't all live on their doorstep and to make a time consuming drive and then get given incorrect information is frustrating to say the least!

Yes, like the others sometimes you have deal with the ignorant old witch that works here. If your visit isnt “cut and dry” / straight forward, then be prepared for an ugly experience. The crotchity old bag needs to retire. Brutal.

Staff at the office rude and arrogant. I went for transfer of my vehicle and they call police on me saying I was driving with a suspended driver's license. When I came home there where two police cars in my driveway One marked and another unmarked. This was not the case. Very hasty decision on their part as the vehicle I was trying to transfer, previous owner had a suspended driver's license. Very rude, better to go to other locations but I will never go to Hagersville office eventhough it is the closest office for me
