Today I accompanied my Dad to process his ID Photo cart. Despite there being many people in line, the waiting time is not long. The staff is very efficient, we were served by Aashima and his treatment was very friendly. Attentive and Professional. Excellent service!

These guys are scammers… tried to charge me 100 dollars and only accepted cash to transfer my vehicle… weird

I recently visited Service Ontario, and I must say that my experience was excellent with Marjan. From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the process smooth and efficient.

Multiple trips and different answers given by each representative. No accountability, lost a lot of trust in the system here. Customer interrupting me and putting your hands on me no matter how trivial is a pathetic attempt at not doing your job. Practically stealing with the amount of work being done. Manager didn’t even know the right “NAVIS” form. Bye.

I came to renew my drivers license and health card. I was out in 10 minutes.

Staff members were pleasant, smiling, but very professional.

Bad service, did not accept the walk in s as per cx service we can walk in, security told us we cannot do walk in, poor service.

Extremely happy with the service provided. Only took around 25 mins to get your turn in the queue even though the line was long.

I've visited this location 2 times in the past month.
Both times the wait time was next to nothing, the staff is friendly and quick.
I've never had such a pleasant experience at a service ontario.

When I walked in there’s was a huge line ahead but they did so well in moving lines and served well. Very co operative staff and well trained.

Service was good, and professional admins are available to assist and process your requests. Draw back is the line up is so long.

Although there were 20+ people ahead of me, the staff are prompt, efficient, and courteous.
Suggestions- If you are applying for OHIP card for the first time, fill it online, get a print out, and sign it front of the staff member. This saves literally 15 minutes (and save times of others).

If you have a pre-filled form ready, all the officer needs is to check, take your photo and boom!

My mom and I were helped out by a very kind woman by the name of Aashirma. She was very patient, and efficient.

This is about the lady Aashima Ghai who helped me yesterday 3/15/2023. I just managed to be there at 4: 59 P. M.when they were about to close business. With a smiling face she assured, once we are in we never return empty handed. Even if at just five PM. I was late in surrendering my worn out licence plate by 3 or 4 years. I was supposed to pay penalty sixty dollars. She handled the case in such a way that I didn't have to pay anything!

All along, her cooperation was beyond just official or business like. Aashima ji, I appreciate the friendly gesture as if one of my relatives!

It is always busy and crowded even on the weekday. The line moves soooooo slow even slower than the baby. Never come back!

This is the fastest service ontario. Our needs are so quickly addressed.

This location is the best Service Ontario I've visited. Lines move quicker and staff are helpful. This office is open on Thursdays until 7pm which is so beneficial for those of us who work from 9 to 5. Plenty of parking as well.

Arrived at 9 AM on a Thursday morning, I was number 12 in line, left at 9: 22. The line was shorter when I left.

The lady that “helped” me Samina Siddiqui was extremely rude… she didn’t even ask me proper instructions and starting insulting me and then said I was being rude after I told her to change her attitude. Lacks professionalism and customer service, she needs to change her job clearly.

Fast service. But LACK of attention to detail. Renewed my health card recently and mind you I've been a Canadian citizen for the past decade and a half. My citizenship information was incorrectly inputted. Instead, it said I was a newly landed immigrant. Went back to the location, and they made me fill out an entire form to change my citizenship status on my health card. If you're also a Canadian citizen renewing your health card at this location, double check every piece of information these attendants are typing in for your new one. You don't want to be handed an entire form to fill out to change the mistake they made after being a valid Canadian citizen for years or even decades.

Very Poor service, one girl called me to serve and she went on the phone for 10 minutes which is personal call and then asked me to go to other girl which she wasted all my time for nothing. Laziness and careless at it best. Sep/21/2022 at 4: 50pm

Waited 30mins in a queue and was turned away by a worker saying I didn’t have the correct documents for a Health Card. Went to another location with the same paperwork and my forms were processed immediately.

Location is small and expect queue’s. The girl didn’t even check my paperwork and was insisting on another form which wasn't even required. Perhaps she should read OHIP eligibility instead of acting like a know it all.

Pleasurable experience. We went to this place after an awful experience in Dundas Street’s location. And we had our business done with lots of efficiency, politeness and kindness! Such a difference in service… I truly recommend this spot!

Fast reliable service but you have to wait because of crowd.generally they are so cooperated and effective.

I visited the service Ontario today located at hurontario and Eglinton in Mississauga. I was running around trying to get my medical form printed and finally made it back to the location just in time. I noticed a clerk became available so I went to that available clerk. This person was so rude and obnoxious! I had to ask her if she was open then be spoken to in a rude manner that she was not! I am a person with accessibility issues so I did not expect this behaviour! After another kind person assisted me, I made it known that I did not appreciate that persons tone with me and if I can speak with a manager. They advised me that the person who spoke to me rudely was the manager and apologized. The manager overheard me asking to make a complaint and she blurted out in front of other customers that I could complain all I want and that her name is Monique! This is unbelievable! She needs to be trained in customer service! Please look into this manager’s behaviour! Thank you.

Aashima is very nice lady, she is friendly and professional, giving priorities to seniors and moms with babies, thumbs up!

Very polite and understanding officials. Waiting time not more than 10-15 minutes and process gets done smoothly. Excellent experience!

Overpriced. $12 to just print 1 piece of paper with my records. It feels wrong.
The staff are good and the line moves fast.

Highly recommended. Arrived at around 2PM, the line was full (25 people). With 6 main windows and a couple for Dealers, i was in and out in 40 minutes for OHIP registration. Given that some people didn't have the proper papers, others were older, and some didn't speak good English, I expected to be there for a while.but really very efficient process and staff!

Fast and efficient. Arrived at 8: 30 and was one of the first served at 9am. Out in less than 15 minutes. Saturday AM.

I went there for my DLH Certificate. Reached there at 9: 03am and saw around 30 people were in line before me. I was really surprised that I was out at 9: 26am without appointment. There were 6-7 employees working who were fast and experienced. I will recommend everyone to go there. Thanks.

Customer service was on top. I was attended by simran. She was very professional and helpful. She guided me on how to apply for health card. She politely answered all of my questions. I was greeted properly and had my health card process done in no time.

It was lunch time when I arrived, but there are plenty of staff. The social distancing is well maintained, and our waiting time is about 30 minutes. Only part of the health card application is accepted here. （no temporary work permit or student visa holder)

Manager of this branch was super rude. She didn't give the proper info that I needed, I had to ask for clarification again and again and she replied in a very short way while using arrogant and rude tone. I asked same questions from an employee, got same arrogant & rude behavioral response. She didn't even know what I was asking for. Then she referred me to the manager and she treated me even worse. These people don't treat humans as humans. I had to go to other branch to get my work done.

My mom who is a senior and i went to this location towards the closing time and they not only accommodated us but were fast and the lady at the front counter was so pleasant even though it was the end of the day! They need to have a bigger location and I recommend they have a separate line for seniors but other than that it’s the most pleasant Service Ontario experience I’ve had so far. Will be coming to this location if i need to in the future.

Expected delays.long line ups.but got what I came for.service was prompt once I got serviced. 8 out of 10 rating from me.

Fast service, efficient. However security tries to tell you that you need an appointment even though there is a sign right at the entrance that says you don't. Had to call management to enforce the fact with the secuity guard that you don't need an appointment

I was literally told "we know our stuff" by the supervisor, while she was arguing that the definition of spouse by the Family Law Act is wrong and that the Government of Ontario form is wrong. A joke. And the teller was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was pointedly quiet even when we left to say thank you. This was during a car ownership transfer.

Visited today for health cards. Courteous staff. Observed other visitors also being assisted by the staff professionally in resolving their queries / concerns

Really fast and efficient. Masks everywhere. Very smooth. I was 18th and was there maybe 10 minutes max. The dealers were in and out in minutes because they have 3 staff helping them. I am impressed.

On October 13,2021 I went to return my old license plates and placed an order for customized plates. I was served by Marjan. She was amazing, polite, helpful and above all had a smile on her face. Especially given the fact that there was a line up of customers, and she must have served numerous people, she was still pleasant! Kudos to her customer service.

After asking 2 questions because I wasn't explained the information regarding my vehicle properly by the worker, was then ignored for 10 minutes in silence pretending as though she didn't know that I had filled out the 8 highlighted areas that needed to be filled out while she was doing her other work that seemed to be backed up from other customers from an earlier time.

Thanks to the Service Associate in providing us very helpful advice to our requests.

My mom was helped by the lady with green eyes don’t know the name, and she went above and beyond her expectations to help her.
She was very helpful and courteous. Perhaps it’s employees like her that make service Ontario an outstanding place to serve the community.
Awesome experience

One of the best Service Ontario offices. Service is fast and efficient and the staff is very polite. Went in for a car transfer. Took us less than 30 mins for the whole process (including waiting time). The young lady who served us was ever so polite and very helpful with our enquiries and transactions. Even the other counters were dealing with clients expeditiously. Kudos to the whole team.

Lots of parking at this location. The line seems long but it moves quickly. Great experience with the staff very helpful, answering all your questions and providing quick service

Pathetic service. Pathetic people working there. Had a terrible day there at this location on Hurontario near LCBO. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
The word customer services does not exisit here at this location. Worst ever experience one can have at any government department. Never expected such a bad and rude treatment with the people standing in the long ques. The Supervisor there was extremely unprofessional. The staff there was rude.
Highly recommend and suggest not to visit this location. Government of Ontario should hire quality people to serve Canadians/ residents.

Great staff! Make sure you get an appointment before visiting, or else you may have to wait for an hour or two.

Overall experience is good. Staff is cooperative but a suggestion. This place don’t offer new heath cards or renewing health card if you’re changing your status from work permit to permanent resident. So go to 1 gateway blvd service ontario.

We are arrived at 5 o clock and they said they were closed, although on there website it was written that they were closing at 6PM. Also, right before we asked to go in they let another person go. They had bad service and were very rude. PLEASE CORRECT THE TIMINGS!

I've been here twice, there are about 7 or 8 agents to serve you, so if you see a line outside, it will probably take about 20 minutes to get in, but once you're inside, you'll realize the line moves pretty swiftly.

It was a fast process once I got in but the line from outside was incredible even though I was early. But once I got in, they made up for it.

Still doing their best to provide good service to those who need help with their Licences and Stickers and Health Cards plus those general services associated with Service Ontario.for those who are unable to tap into their online services during Covid times.

Don’t jump to conclusions! The people working here are trying their best. Long waits are always guaranteed.so if your in a rush show up at 8am to be first in the building.

They are making people wait like crazy. I waited for 1 hour to know that they are not taking people with work permit. These people don't have value for other people's time.

Awful ServiceOntario location. Line took 2 hours on a weekday morning. Its been months into the pandemic and they can't get their act together. Once I got inside, I saw that only half of the counters had employees to help people. 2 other employees were standing around and drinking starbucks, doing nothing at all to move the line quick. Unacceptable way to treat Ontarians.

Phenomenal staff - we had so many questions and our adviser - Amanpreet was so patient & knowledgeable that I couldn't hold back without writing a review. She made entire process a breeze and explained us all aspects of car title from US to Canada. I really see how people like her add value and make our visit exceptional.kudos!

I came to this MTO and it was too long of a line up almost an hour by 3 star because the lady was nice.

Great service. The staff here is really helpful. Was here to get our health cards. The queue here is pretty long. Try to be there atleast an hour before the closing time.

It opens at 9: 00am but people lining up may be around 8: 00am, once you get it's quicker than expected.

With the amount of staff in this location. Does anybody think of answering the GD PHONE.the place is open and nobody can pick-up a phone call!

Stood for more than 2.5 hrs in sun - feels like 37c only to know that the branch does not offer services for work permit holders - highly unfortunate and hard to imagine specially in these times when even venturing out is a risk. The services ontario network should be more informative on their services across each locations. There should be displays and use of tech to make people informed. Common - we are living in a world of technology. Had a very bad experience today which is not acceptable by a govt office opened to assist people in todays times.

Jay was awesome and so helpful and patient. We had to change our Ab plates to On plates as well as many questions. We also had to get our Ontario health cards. My experience was amazing due to his sense of humor and diligence. Thanks Jay.

Note to any motorcycle rider, this Service Ontario location provides motorcycle plate service. They were quick to process my application. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. It's an obvious five-star rating across the board and will be coming back for future needs.

We met a lady in the office, her name is Amanpreet, who was super knowledgeable about her work, and helped us in a very short time, with the best service ever. We like her attitude, and support, and knowledge. I wish Service Ontario hire similar knowledgeable people like her in all the places. Special thanks to Amanpreet again.

This location is awesome, they’re doing a great job in light of the current situation. Got here at 11: 00 with about 15 people ahead of me in line, and I was out by 11: 30. The guy at the desk was really nice and helpful. Thanks again!

I was by this MTO office during the Covid pandemic and I was helped by a kind person, Monica heard that this office in my area didn’t wanna help and did the opposite, it’s great to feel like someone is there when help is needed, thank you again Monica.

They are extremely fast, efficient & always working diligently. A special thanks to the site manager (Monique) who ensures daily her staff’s SLA times per customer are met & handled very fast leaving customers and business owners like myself satisfied! Special thanks also to (Morsal & Rhea) who works at the dealer counter for their high level of dedicated service ensuring there is always no wait time for any transaction at any given time of day!

Excellent efficiency here. It took me around 10 minutes total to get in and get my licence plate sticker replaced which had not arrived in the mail when I had ordered it online. It almost was too quick because I had a hard time filling out the form they gave me in line. Very impressed with the operation. The clerks must be highly experienced.

I wish i could give anything lower than that.had to wait for 1 hour in a line, just to hear that i had to go at another office.
There should be an inquiry table atleast.as these guys don't even pick up the calls!

This location has to be the best run service Ontario. I timed my visit this time so I could review about it. It took 6 minutes to get my stickers renewed. Barely any line. Fast and friendly.

AC broken, long waits, large crowds, you would think AC would be a priority not just opening the front doors thinking that would help. Cheap.

Fast, quick and efficient service with professional and friendly staff. I must say I was hesitant to go to a private office than to a full service one. But left feeling different. Keep up the good work.
