I visited this location on a holiday when most other locations were closed, expecting a long wait and staff who would rather also be off, but was pleasantly surprised. The line moved fairly quick, and the location was well staffed with many people moving the line along.

I had to complete a number of transactions: drivers license and health card renewals both with photo, 2 UVIP packages, and a plate renewal. I was inside for a total of 30 minutes, my transaction took about 6-7, and the longest part was waiting for the printer. The lady serving me was very kind and pleasant, and the ladies I could hear very well on both sides of her also appeared quite pleasant.

I had everything ready and was prepared for my payments and with my VIN numbers, so if you’re looking for a seamless experience, 9 recommend being as prepared and organized as possible.

Bad experience, site doesn't mention the list of services they don't offer and when you go there they have paper pasted on the door that we don't offer this and that.

Can’t explain the amount of disrespect the workers give here, the 3 ladies I speaked to seemed to not know what respect was as they were giving a strong attitude towards me and my were not helpful at all! This isn’t the first time I’ve went to this service Ontario and had this experience. I’ve went previously to this location and the workers have always gave me some type of trouble. After I left I went to a different location in Toronto and the workers there were so nice! They directed me through everything with no issues and with a lot of respect. For anyone that’s looking to go here I would suggest you DONT as they will always find an excuse to not do your job, instead find a slightly further one from you but your experience will be way better and smoother. Never coming here again. Wish there was a 0 star. Employees at this location need to learn what respect is.

July 10th 3: 30 pm.
The Lady at the 2nd booth near the entrance helped me. She was very patient with my situation and really took the time to call (i guess their main office) to figure out how to fix my driver’s license and quickly fixed my license plate issue as well even though it was not booked in my appointment.

Unprofessional staff with very bad attitude they need to be take some classes to how to speak with customers

So unhelpful staff with attitude.
I thought like the lady was doing me a favour.
I stood in the line again and went to the other counter but same most of them got attitude problems.

Best service ontario I've ever been to. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Melissa was welcoming and got the work done with no hassle.

Compared to the location in Brampton, this was heaven for me. I can’t take crowds of more than twenty people. What a find. The staff were fine. If you were stuck in an office with no sunlight or fresh air all day, you might get a little surly.

Employees here are very bad and unhelpful. There is a red-haired female employee among the staff, she acts very racist, she humiliates people, she is busy with her phone, she probably doesn't realize that this is Canada, please I demand the necessary action on something. I consider this employee a total waste of time for my community and cannot be expected to be useful.

They have long waits outside the location then inside. No social distancing or care for patrons. It’s like your in a ladies salon with ladies gossiping giggling everywhere No respect for human life in here. Should be a lady’s zoo doesn’t even listen. Spent 2 hours here in this Covid with sick people. Coughing sneezing everywhere ew. My last time coming to this location. Full of hootchies

Customer service lady is the worst. Very rude and bad attitude. Called for information on my drivers licence. She said she's not infront of a computer so I can't help you sir and I don't care then hung up. What is that about service Ontario? Please fire the lady on the chair. Reception she needs to go.very very bad customer service and all 1 star reviews are all about that particular person.

I arrived at 9. In short it took 40 min max for all my work including waiting for turn.
I encountered with 2 staff and both were nice.

They dont answer the phones if your an employee at service ontario do your job and whats right people need to access services through you guys without that functioning its nearly impossible for someone to ask question or change information on there ID or get a ID etc. One star for poor services. You would physically have to go into this place to get them to work.

I never knew this location exists. I was served by Katie, very nice and helpful lady.
These guys are so friendly. Wonderful lady wonderful team. Even the guy at door entrance was very friendly. Must recommend this location. Atleast they are not rude like the ones in Keele and Hwy7 location. I was done in half hour. Very happy and satisfying visit today.

Great experience visiting them today to register my car that I bought from Copart Canada. Thanks to the great lady that helped me out there I wish I know her name.and thanks to the manager that spent some time to get the things professionally. Highly recommended.

I arrived at the office for change of address around noon, saw a long queue like 15 people in the line and thought of going back but they had Timmy's in the mall. Had my coffee for the line and waited for ONLY 5 mins to get in. The service was super fast and customer service was A+, friendly and had a smooth interaction with no delay. I was done with everything in less than 2 mins.

Had the shortest line of 3 locations I attempted to go to. I waited for about an hour, luckily it's inside a small mall so you're not standing in the cold. There is a washroom and Tim Hortons directly adjacent to line so quite cozy! Once inside, the ladies are quite friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Some of the staff have been with the Woodbridge office for at least 40 years. They know what they're doing and they do it fast. You are the best.

Today I dealt with two ladies at this service center and I have to commend both. I received exemplary service and both ladies were pleasant and extremely helpful. I thank you!

Horrible long long time waiting experience. All these changes must already long time ago be done online and plates mailed, etc.instead of coming to these offices for a minute change. Must be addressed asap. Very inconvenient.

i reached at 5.15pm. Closing time is 5.30. The rude lady is not letting me IN and shut the door in front of my face.

Was a long wait to get inside but because of safety that's normal but once inside they take care of your needs all the works was awesome

They are very efficient, polite and clear about the process. Lines move quickly here as all windows are open and they are calm and quick in the process. Awesome experience.

I arrived there at 8: 30am on Wednesday, there were around 18 people before me. They are efficiently, and almost all windows open.waited 25 mins there, and leave at 9: 35am.

Waited an hour to speak to an agent, who was polite but likely new. The manager was rude and very condescending. They give information in bits and pieces. I had to make multiple trips to get one simple thing done.

Waiting in line over An hour, dealer guys walk right in no wait. Agents seem to not care about the huge line in the mall.

Best service Ontario I've been to to date. Went in for 9am and was out in 50 mins! The service is great, efficient, and it is very well maintained. There is someone at the front letting you in to minimize the number of people in the place.

BEST MTO and STAFF around! We are a dealer that frequently uses this location for our licensing needs. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. When we make a mistake with our paperwork they always have the patince to help us sort it out. The line moves very fast and we always leave with a smile on our face. I would highly recommend using this location as you would not be disappointed!

Not so busy but it’s never empty either. If you compare this Service Ontario location to the one at Finch Avenue and Highway 27, this location is way better. I have been to both of these location and now I don’t go to Finch Avenue and Highway 27 location anymore because the process there is so lengthy.

Hands down the best service Ontario you can go to, filled with a bunch of competent hard working women that get the job done fast. I've yet to wait in line a long time, even when the lines are long.super fast and positive experience.

Definitely POSITIVE experience. Within a week I was twice in this Service Ontario branch and experienced a great service from 2 different employees-ladies.

The ladies at the location are verynice. It's clients that come in without proper documentation that hold up the lines and give the staff a hard time. If you don't like to wait in lines then do it on line.

Got there before 12, line was stretched to the doors but waited only for 20 minutes. They went through fast and efficient. Did not see anyone treated poorly, as some people commented bellow.

You walk into a service Ontario. You know its a wait but what making this location great is its faster and more efficient. You will wait shorter here.

Pretty good place, second time I came here, the line was super long but they serve really fast! 5 people only working there and I got it in time.

If there was a Minus 5 i would have given that rating. Worst Customer service experience ever. They took an ownership and threw it out and provided a new one. Then told the person to come back and charged them for the new one saying it's the fee to pay for the replacement of a lost ownership. When confronted that they threw it out they denied it. How do you agrue that? They threw out our proof! It's sad they would stoop to this level just to make a few dollars to meet their quota.

I love this place and I feel for them as it's not are tax paying dollars as most of the service Ontario are PRIVATE OWNED and the staff at the private service Ontario have not gotten a fair wage increase in YEARS and that's the government's fault there so please if you have some and I mean just some common sense think before you post a review AND AGAIN TAX PAYERS MONEY DOES NOT GO TO THE PRIVE SECTOR GET YOUR INFO/FACTS STRAIGHT.

Not to bad. Lines don’t get huge it’s the slow pace of the employees that make you wait. 10 people in front of me waited hour 45. But when finally got called. Info was spot on and help was up to par.

Really terrible service here. The staff treat you with no respect and assumes everyone in line is dumb (you can hear them mumble under there breath) and roll there eyes. The older blonde woman there are more concerned with there next cigarette break then assisting the people who have been patiently waiting.

Great location! Much better than the other SO's I've been too. The staff are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I notice quite a few negative reviews on here reference people who either don't have any idea what they need or show up moments before closing time. Get it together, ya fools!

If I could rate this location zero, I would. This is hands down the worst location ever! I stood in line for 20 mins on a Saturday. I realized when I got to the representative at 12: 59pm that I forgot my plates that I was returning on my car seat. I asked kindly to quickly run to my car and get them. The representative and her mean manager who has ZERO compassion told me tough luck.

I did not have a complicated transaction. All I was doing was returning the plates. The customer service here is HORRIBLE.

Best Service Ontario location ever! Dolores served me - I waited no longer than 5 minutes in line and the girls were all friendly as I was listening to them conversing with the customer's while waiting. I was served with a smile and Dolores was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. She was lovely to deal with and made my day for being so friendly and helpful.

I was there thursday, Sept 13 and I was surprised by most of the staff, very helpful and quick and efficient, however, there was one lady who has a raspy voice - avoid her at all costs! She was so miserable and so rude. I was just listening to her with her customers and when it came to my turn, she called next and I instead had the person after me go because I really did not want to interact with her. She was so rude and condescending to most of the customers I saw her interact with. Please please, i'm begging you, avoid her at all costs so that maybe if all customers refuse to go to her she will have no reason to be there and hopefully get fired. If that woman is so unhappy with her life then maybe she should just stay home or go work at a place where she does not have to interact with anyone ever again. As far as the other employees, super fast and efficient and more importantly FRIENDLY.that other employee should take note from her co-workers on how to deal with people. I also work in customer service and if I ever spoke to someone the way she did to most of the people she called up to her wicket, I would've been fired on the spot. There were 2 people who I did notice did an excellent job - there was a lady with short hair, she speaks Spanish who was very friendly and I could see she was really fast, just a bit chatty but I can deal with that and another lady with blond wavy hair, she literally took 5 customers in a 9 minute time frame and smiled the whole time and didn't talk and talk and talk to the customers about things that don't matter, she did her job, was pleasant and got all the customers out quickly. So, again, the office is great, dealing with the general public is very difficult and they are really good except that one lady with the raspy voice. - AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!
