Staff lovely.office area dirty and dusty. Thick dust on large overhead pipes. These folks are issuing Health cards in a deplorable unhealthy office!

The level of incompetence here is astonishing. They are a private entity and not government run. They have no capacity to make decisions and need to call the "government" for all direction. If you have anything that requires intelligence, critical thinking cability and are looking for any degree of professionalism - drive to Oakville or Hamilton and please don't waste your time here. The "manager" demonstrated a clear lack of a basic skillset set to respond to customer queries and doesn't grasp the fundamentals of what it is to be a manager.

Also don't bother booking an appointment. There is one line only whether you have an appointment or are a walk-in.

Probably the best service Ontario I’ve ever been to. Super organized and friendly staff. Everything was so quick and it wasn’t busy at all when I came. I even made an appointment before hand but clearly wasn’t needed or checked

My family had the great good fortune to deal with this excellent Service Ontario staff on Wednesday. We went there after spending almost an hour in the Hamilton office, where my 92-year-old, frail and recently widowed mother was subjected to the most ridiculous mountain of red tape possible. Our pleas for compassion to be exercised in treating her case as an exception were ignored. However, the wonderful people at the Burlington branch came to our rescue! Our concerns were handled with the utmost kindness and expediency, from the excellent young man at the door who initiated the paperwork to the manager, Alex, who saw the entire situation resolved quickly and successfully. We are beyond grateful and want to publicly recognize the exemplary service provided by this branch. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

We were very impressed with the kindness and attention we were given as walkin customer we finally felt likeour loyalty to CAA has finally had some benefits, a young lady directed us to back of store to agents a young lady served us and a gentleman of the name Lawrence Solamon gave us the royal treatment with a smile and speedy and knowledgeable information we needed to know we walked in confused but walked out in a high note praising the service, thank you

I was not able to register a vehicle because the 3 on the date of the safety was slightly darker than the rest of the numbers.

You can run a marathon faster than the workers will help you. Guy at the front folding picnic desk is useless, held up the line checking everyone in stating the obvious to you then sends you into a second line. Absolute way to bottleneck a line.

I feel like these places need more nice reviews lol so hoppin in with my very pleasant experience. Went to get my drivers licence renewed - it was fast and everyone was really nice.

Horrible experience, the staff was rude and kept asking questions in a ride manner about my knowledge about the process involved instead of helping us out.

It's was faster than I thought it would be. But make sure that you make an appointment before you go.

Most bizarre service ontario ever. Very uninformed "door staff" (what service ontario has door staff?), unable to actually speak to someone unless the door staff granted access, long wait times (outdoor waiting, no matter the weather). Seen numerous parents not allowed to assist their children with services, appointments need to be made (since when?). I was under the impression that Service Ontario needed to be accessible, not sure what's going on with this one!

Really poor service and unfriendly I went 3 times every they have excuses seems like they don’t want to work just coming with excuses. I heard from my friends same about this location. Very unhappy experience please avoid this location.

Thank you for your response, First of all I never came for my health card and secondly you are accusing me falsely to bypass your rules. If you can prove these acquisitions I can challenge you in court. I came here for my car ownership.

I can show my health card till what date its needed renewal. Check your DB

Brutal! Somehow my daughter's license was not delivered by mail and returned to MTO. To have them give her a new temp license will cost $35.
Reply:
When the license was returned to you by mail (well before the expiry) wouldn't you;
1. Resend it
2. Investigate
3. Phone her
4. Tell us to come pick it up
5. Give us her license when we booked an appointment, as you knew she was coming in for it
6. Charge an 18 year old double the money ($70) and tell her you promise to send it again (just like you said last time).

You picked six.

Other customers were even advocating for her and shaking their heads as they overheard the conversation.

Arrived with over an hour until close, door locked and poster on door that said appointments were preferred but walk-ins are accepted. Employee unlocks door asks if we have an appointment, upon hearing we didn't then asked what we were there for. We told her, she went back in (locked door again) and then came back to say we couldn't come in! We explained we were happy to wait but were told no. Absolutely, terrible service and attitude. Drove to the Fairview location, no lock on door, no poster on door, walked right in and was helped immediately. I am not sure what the issue is at the Brant location but they need some work on their customer service and attitude.

Today is Thursday February 17 2022 I went to service ontario on brant Street in burlington there was no line up the service was quick and fast

Service was very good. It was fast, professional and courteous. I was in and out of there in about seven minutes, and they were busy.

Worst way to spend your time. Plan on spending 30+ minutes waiting and be sure you have a large time buffer before they close or else they will suddenly shut down and abandon everyone who's waiting. We’re all grumpy here, but the covid rules have made this place so inefficient it almost doesn't even function anymore. Shame on you Ontario government for being such a disaster. If you enjoy wasting time and waiting outside in the cold this is the place for you.

Not customer service oriented. Was there at 4: 40 but my buyer only showed up a 4: 55 after driving from London area and the manager refused to serve us saying they have the right to close when they feel like it. Would not recommend this location. Would give zero stars if I could. My hard tax dollars at work, NOT.

I came here to write an omvic test and not only did i get the same day appointment but bri was really helpful. Really kind ladies here, and i passed the test so thanks everyone!

The hours are beyond absurd. Completely unacceptable. No problem with the service when you get there though. They are most friendly.

Huge line but not a long wait! The staff were super efficient and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.

Very professional service and friendly. I own couple of vehicles. This is the third time in this branch in two months. Amazing staffs. Specially one gentleman I don't know his name- south Asian (srilankan) was so friendly and professional. Also another girl in the office name Samar was extremely helpful. I always prefer to serve by her. I am highly recommending this location for anyone need friendly service.

The service at Service Ontario was wonderful! The people were very curtious and helpful. Especially The lady who greeted me at the door.

Absolutely worth the 'wait! '

This was my first time at this office. I've been to the one in Scarborough Sheppard east before. Compared to the Scarborough location the staff in this office are friendly and helpful. More than that they display that the fact that they deal with humans not animals like in the Scarborough location.

The service was excellent. The teller saw a problem with my ID that wasn't recorded in the system properly (for years) and jumped through hoops on the phone to correct so that I wouldn't have a possible problem down the road. Amazing!

To be open only 4 hours a day and CLOSED Saturdays is not helpful to the custom that works Monday to friday.

The staff were super friendly and very well organised. Although there was a line it moved quickly.

Friendly and pretty efficient. We have to line up outside now, but at least they're doing a good job to minimize slow-downs. They have staff pre-checking everyone in line, making sure they have the right paperwork. I really appreciated not having to wait in line for someone to argue at a wicket about their incomplete paperwork. Some people got sent back home to pick up more paperwork, but they were given the option to 'pre-book' and skip the line when they returned. I also like the very tall industrial ceilings inside this ServiceOntario.

Incredibly fast, efficient, friendly. Literally the best Service Ontario office visit I have ever had to do.

I have been here on two occasions and have not had a good experience both times. The staff is very rude, and have a strong attitude. The second time I went there to get a sticker for my plates after having safety done, I was assisted by a lady who reviewed the safety and ownership and said it was okay and asked me to fill out some forms. When I brought up the forms to another staff member, she told me that the safety certificate was not okay "due to an altercation" even though it was just checked by the other staff member. I asked her where the altercation was and she told me to look for it myself, I asked her where it was and she would not show me. I repeated my VIN number on the safety and all she said was "No" and handed me back all my paperwork and license. I asked her what I need to do to get it corrected, as I could not find the error and she all together just stopped acknowledging me and answering any of my questions until I left. I still have no idea what is wrong with the safety or what it needs.useless staff.

Great experience here. There were two people working, and a bit of a line. But, they were both very efficient and the line moved quickly. I had anticipated a longer wait on the upwards of 30 minutes, but it took less than 20! One of the individuals was super friendly with customers, which made the wait just a bit nicer too.

This location is not good for car dealership because they don’t respect your customer and dealer workers

I find it funny how I provide my cell phone number on my health card renewal yesterday and received a telemarketer call last night and just received one now. I thought a government service wouldn't share or sell our phone numbers but I guess I was mistaken. Just to add I'm very cautious about putting my cell phone number out there and hardly ever get telemarketer calls. Thanks Service Ontario. Great job!

I have noticed nobody from the establishment is taking note or responding to the numerous complaints regarding attitude. I have 2 negative experiences with a Woman who is shorter in height, has short hair, and wears glasses. I over heard a Customer telling her that her responses and attitude overall were unacceptable, and when I came up to have my health card photo taken, it was the exact same, it is as if she is auto tone and has no Customer Service skills.when I came back for another service, I heard her speaking to her one of her co workers a Girl who seems new as I have not seen her before at this location in a very disrespectful and demeaning tone. I have been working in Customer service for over a decade, and when it comes to speaking to Customers #1 that needs to be addressed with this Woman because she has no respect, but the People skills she has with her own co workers is unacceptable as well, People need to be treated with kindness and respect, and these types of Employee's are never a good asset towards a company like Service Ontario, please take note and do better for your Customers as we can hear your conversations!

What's the use of having a phone number when you can't even talk to someone for help let alone being new to the city. Jeez I hope they're not all like this service station.

Went to this location today to renew my drivers licence, validation sticker and health card. I had the most pleasant experience with Shanika (hope I got that right!). Professional and friendly, Shanika turned what is normally a chore into an easy visit.

Small location. Not too busy. But one staff member was rude and uninformed of her service position. She had no clue or withheld information on options for emission testing.

As good as a Service Ontario can be. Arrive earlier in the day if you don't like waiting in lines.

Go there at least once a year - service is always great and friendly - much shorter lines than on Fairview Street.
